Horrible. Staff incompetent. I was told was a free drug rehab. No!!! This is a behavioral center for court ordered youth. Not free. My insurance is billed daily, plus they bill Medicaid. Not one AA meeting for my child or NA meeting. Just a big fat joke! Never put your child here! Excuse and lies daily. They need to be exposed.

Horrible. Never again. Worst staff. Could careless about dementia elderly stroke patients. My dad had bed sores, pneumonia and high blood sugar breathing issues and they said send him home. Despite our resistance. We ended up calling ambulance after one day of him being home. Took him to community.

This used to be the best hospital, in dyer, for the longest time. Things, doctors have changed,the best have left. Only a few nurses give it their all and care. Some are wonderful volunteers who are beautiful and caring. The floor nurses,like i said should not be a nurse. OneHad to grab her manual for directions on how to do cpr. They let my husband be torchered community hosp too. I went after 2 different nurses for horribile treatment because we didnt understand what she was saying. She was angry and walked out. 5th floor. I went after her finger in face words from me. Cancer doctor, - fake. One nodule on his lung wont kill a man. There are terriosts in these hospitals.I had an mri years ago and it revealed many things. Saw a spinal specialist, his referral to an independentMri phacility revealed more damage. He showed us on films. That was 20 years ago, I went to dyer St Franciscian. Radiologist stated there was darn near nothing wrong. 4 colapsed discs, central canal stenosis, 2 buldging discs and a herniated disc wasNot mentioned last year! The lady who did the mri was in a hurry it was not only for lower lumber but mid and upper spine. Should have taken 45 to and hour. It took 20 minites. She kept saying i have to rush this to get out of here. The machine kept stopping and restarting in different places and my back was not flat on the table. I believe a lousy job. Ill go to Northwestern MRI for recheck. What happened to this hospital? Only a few great doctors left. It is better than community hosp. Never go there!! Check in,you dont check out. These sites shouldnt make you put a star when it is not deserved!!

They keep deleting my review! Stay away from ICU. The nurses are more concerned about looking pretty for the doctors. They constantly flirt back and forth and I can only imagine what takes place after visitors have to leave . My father who passed away there stated multiply times he was put into restraints over night for asking for water or help going to the bathroom! I witnessed first hand watching my father not being rotated to prevent bed sores.All the medical problems.my father had were during the nightime as visit where not allowed. He was restrained continuously when no one was around. My father said he was restrained as soon as everyone left from visiting and he would press a call light and ask for help to urinate or for some water. He stated on multiple times nurses said we dont have time for this and would call a doctor to say he was unruly.Im just warning people, stay away from here if you really lo e your family member. Im sure somehow this re view will be removed, just like the ones in the past.

I’ve been here 3 times, twice at end of 2017 and once beginning of 2018.the food isn’t the greatest but it’s food.ur parents can visit you everyday 7-8 and they can bring you food!everyone there isn’t “crazy” most teens there are just going through depression.I definitely recommend going here if you need the help! some of the staff was very nice like Brian & Philip! and some were just very strict, but if you have any questions about the place just ask me bruh
