I normally don’t leave reviews but after yesterday, I feel that I need to let people know to not use this place. I’m not exactly sure which stylist we had, name sticker on mirror was Corina but name painted on mirror was Makayla. We had the absolute worst experience. I took my son in to have his hair cut, there was no one else there when we got here and there were two stylist. I told the lady we wanted a little longer than finger length on bottom and sides and left a little longer on top. This is what I’ve always told stylist and have never had a problem. She begins just cutting a little length off around the very bottom, basically barely trimming what he already had. His hair had grown out quite a bit so she wasn’t taking much off. I said we wanted it shorter and she said she was just getting her base line…… not really sure what that means but I should have just stopped her then. I had to tell her 3-4 more times that we wanted it shorter. She finally asked to see a picture so found something online and showed her that. She got her clippers out and started in, she had no idea what she was doing. She finally asked the other lady to come over and help her. Which she ended up doing another 2 times. We were there almost an hour and half getting a normal guy haircut! Again I should have stopped her but I kept thinking she’ll eventually get right. I should have went with my gut. I wish I could post pictures. His hairline is crooked and the front looks like a chili bowl. Definitely not blended!!! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Not only that it was $22 dollars for the haircut, that I don’t feel I should have to of had to pay for.

Friendly atmosphere and the ladies always do there best to take care of everyone! I saw alesha this last time and she really listened to how i wanted my hair! I really appreciate the time she took with me! Thank you

My mom and I were just talking about my kids needing haircuts and the unavailability I have as a working mother. The only thing good about this place is their hours....but remembering that my kids left CRYING (11 and 4) last time we went.. reminded me that a review was worth it. Not only was it 100% NOT what we asked for (they left with complete buzz cuts) they smelled of cigarettes so bad. Wont be back. Ehhh

Hair cut was a lot better than the supercut in town. And the ladies had great humor. Be my go to place for now on.

I think her name was Alesha, she is very amazing I went to a different place to get my 4 year olds very first hair cut and they messed it up really bad, went in there at 6:30 and explained to them and they made it looked perfect and also stayed late just to make sure his hair was fixed! We will def be going back to her!!

Aleshia absolutely destroyed my hair. I gave instructions and showed a picture with exactly what I wanted. The result is not even close. She did not even blend my sides into the top and I have a noticeable ring around my head. To be fair, she took my sides so high that if she tried to blend anything I would have no top. I showed her the picture of how I like to style the top of my head and she cut it so short there is literally no way to style this at all. Thats entire haircut was absolutely unacceptable. But, I guess thats what I get for lowering my standards to Supercuts

I would give zero stars if possible. I had the Durant super cuts cut my 6 year Olds hair for school. It was suppose to be a stacked bob. Its a total disaster. Do not go here.

The young lady did not understand That it is hot outside and I needed a weight off of my head she went over it 3 times and now I will go home and finish cutting it myself because it still looks like I did not get a haircut worse $22 ever spent..

My hair is thick and fine and difficult to cut. I took off about 5 in the first time. I noticed it was a little crooked which is what it tends to do. I went back the next day and they gave me a touch up that fixed everything and helped me not to lose any more inches. Great job ladies! I appreciate your hard work! ❤️

I walked in no one greeted me there was two stylist cutting hair at the moment so no big deal signed in sat down they both finished up at the same time and the customers left witch left only me at theyll never acknowledged me not once one looked at me rolled her eyes and went back to sweeping the floor Im disgusted at how I was treated I left and never got my hair cut how unprofessional and rude will never go back in there

She jacked my bangs up (I have curly hair that she didnt know how to cut apparently), and insulted me when I asked if it was possible to pull my hair back after she cut my main hair shorter. Which she cut too short.

Different stylists every time you go. Some good, some not so good. Since they are different every time it’s a gamble. They do hair coloring and highlights here so be prepared to sit there for 2 hours because everyone in this town gets their hair colored at Supercuts.

I was in Sunday evening 1/6/19 about 5pm. There were 2 stylists there. One was cutting hair when a lady with 2 children came in as I did. The other stylist, an African American girl, took the young girl whose hair was to be cut and washed it and began cutting it. The other stylist, whose station is on the north wall about mid way, finished cutting the young mans hair, cleaned her station and disappeared with no communication. I sat for about 10 minutes, then went to my van to leave. As I got into my van, I looked into the window and she had come back out and was sitting, talking to the mom of the two kids. She obviously did not want to cut my hair and receive payment and a tip. It seemed she went out of her way to not provide service to me. If this was simply poor customer service with no communication, she needs a discussion with the owner or manager. If she was shunning me for some reason, I will need to find another salon. Customer service in salons is poor at best anymore, but I took this as a personal afront. Thank you for your time.

The lady (can’t remember her name 😒) that did my hair today was amazing. She blended my hair so well from the color I wanted (dark red) with my roots showing(which was ginger color roots and faded black from dying it black a year ago)! .. it looks perfect, can’t even tell it was two colors beforehand. I couldn’t be happier and glad I went to her. Thanks so much!!

NOT HAPPY WITH THIS PLACE...I took both my sons to get a hair cut. The lady that did one of my sons hair cut. Did not listen to what I ask. He wanted it short on the sides and longer on top but not to long. I look over and she has buzzed his hair on top short. Really short. This was not at all what I ask and my son is devastated and now is in his room crying and upset cause you cant just fix it with another hair cut because there is no hair. I will not be going back.

I typically dont trust any of the Super Cuts or Great Clips chains because in the past its felt like the fast food of hair styling. Today was a completely different story, though, and Im glad I stopped in.
