I took my 4 year old baby in there to get his first hair cut and it was extremely bad. The lady said he didnt not sit still which was a lie, she really didnt know what she was doing.... I will never be back there!!!

I walked in about 6 weeks ago and only one hairstylist was working. Told her I just needed a trim and she got right on it. 20 minutes later and I had the best cut in 2 years! Im thin on top and she worked her magic. It was amazing. Thank you Reta!!

The lady cut hair way to fast no attention to detail at all was not pleased with a men’s hair cut would not recommend for any guy to get hair cut there....my opinion though...

I am sorely disappointed with my visit at this Salon. I was going to get my hair done today for the first time in years, yes it is long about to my mid back... I told her I wanted a cut and a perm and asked her to hold on while i found the photo of what I wanted, before i could even pull the photo out she said no your hair is too long to perm now. (3 hours before the store closed, and 1 hour early from when she told me to show up for a perm) She did not even ask how short i wanted it or anything. I will never visit this Salon again, I cant speak for their talent, but the customer service is horrible.

If I could have rated it a negative 5, I would . Letitia was terrible . I don’t know how good the other girls were, but Letitia was rude. I wanted a cut and dye, she told me would be over $150, which was ridiculous. I told her to just cut it how I wanted , which was an angled bob. She told me angled bobs are unrealistic. While she was “trimming” my hair , me and a friend were discussing something && she butted in and gave her opinion about everything we said to each other && she was very rude while doing so (guess she didn’t like what we said).I pretty much paid $45 for a TRIM & for her to curl my hair (which was a sad job too).She wouldn’t fix it for me and she said if she did cut it how I wanted, it would look bad so I just decided I’d go somewhere else .

They are so nice. Dessie is my favorite person. She deserves a big raise. She a great person.
