Workers are very friendly there and I was comfortable with the nurses

Albia German did not help me to get the information I need. First I told her I had a my vaccine record from fort Lewis. She told me that I didnt and made me send her the record as proof. Then I told her I needed a more in depth look at my vaccine records. She told me they dont have that information and lectured me that I never got more vaccines there. She was very rude to me. Even when I told her she was being rude and I was simply trying to get a more detailed record she told me she wasnt being rude. Terrible point of contact and interaction with this woman.

We have had a good experience picking up our sons health care needs while away from home. They have been helpful, timely and professional in all of his interactions.
