This is the place, yall!! Genuinely the kindest and most thorough dental staff I have ever had. Dr. Nguyen is so great and explained everything he was looking at and seeing so thoroughly and answered all of my questions, including questions Ive never gotten straight answers on in the past from other dentists. And could dedicate an entire review just to my hygienist, Diana, who not only gave me the most pleasant and stress-free cleaning of my life but also is SO kind and full of joy. She rocks. If youre looking for an office that will go out of their way to make sure youre happy and that things go smoothly, this is it. The office staff restructured my cleaning schedule so that more of it would be covered by insurance — it was such a small thing but it spoke volumes about their dedication to patients — and you never have to wait very long to be seen. Thank you to Dr. Nguyen and Diana for getting my teeth looking and feeling better than ever! Ill be sending everyone I know to this office.

I visit this clinic every 6 months, from my first visit I feeling very happy how they works. If youre looking for a good location of a dentist, its the best one, I living@ 7 minutes from there. Very disappointed with this Dental Provider. I was told I need to have a deep cleaning and I was charged full price because my insurance denied the claim due to electronically approving deep cleaning instead of physically signing it(such bs). I then submitted a grievance of appeal and Authorized representative form back to my insurance because RJ didnt send it to my insurance in order to appeal the claim denial. Its been over a month and I didnt realize I had to do someone elses job for them.

Ms. Diana was phenomenal. During my cleaning she educated me on everything she was doing and my teeth are SUPER clean. Wonderful office and I believe I found my NEW dental office.

So today on June 25, 2021 I visit a dentist office that my coworker recommended. Walk into the office the front desk young lady was very pleasant, informed me of all my insurance information. Then I had the pleasure of meeting the other staff members who was so welcoming and friendly. The young lady that did my X-ray Kristina was even pleasant and friendly and also patience with me because of my gag reflex. But to top it off my dentist Dr. Nguyen and my hygienist Ms. Diana was so wonderful and a pleasure to meet very informative and keep me smiling and laughing throughout my visit. if I didn’t live so far from home I would’ve told my entire family about this wonderful and pleasant group of people. So if you’re looking for a great dentist family and you live or work in Dunwoody check them out and see why I love my new dentist office.

I never knew how awful the dental service I’ve been receiving over the years was until I came to Pure Dental.Dr. Nguyen and his staff are the best. They do not rush thru their patients. I’ve never felt more welcomed and listened to by any dentist or staff until I came to this office. Everyone takes time to explain everything. Each visit, they are happy to see you and make you feel they truly care.I cannot say how much I wish I had found this office years ago, but I found them when I was supposed to.I would recommend Dr. Nguyen and his staff with zero hesitation.

I’ve been a loyal patient of Pure Dental for 10+ years. My patronage began at the Buckhead location and due to a shorter travel distance, I recently decided to give the new location a try and it did not disappoint. Diana is simply the BEST hygienist: gentle, informative, kind, and hilarious! I must admit that I am a die-hard fan of Dr. Scott, and I originally was not fond of the idea that I wouldn’t be seeing him. However Dr. Nguyen was equally as amazing: thorough, patient, and also funny. I will continue to come back to this location!

I’ve been in search for an in network dental office for quite some time! Lucky for me I not only found Pure Dental in Dunwoody and truly received exceptional service from my dental hygienist, David Diggs! I have never looked forward to going to the dentist - until now. David was bright, understanding, knowledgeable and patient. His bedside manner is superior to any dental practitioner that I’ve ever had previously and his kindness was unmatched truly! I was overwhelmed with emotion that David possessed the cultural competency to treat me with such great care as a Black woman with only a dental savings plan at the moment. He knew just what to say and understood the struggles of a broken healthcare system that disproportionately impacts Black and Brown people. I did not feel judged or misunderstood by him at any point and he was so concerned for my comfort. I could not be more grateful to David for this experience. I’ll refer him to anyone I know and he’ll keep me coming back for continued care!

It was my husband and my first time going to them. Everyone was super friendly and knew what they were talking about. When they would talk to you they made you feel as if you were having a conversation and not being lectured. I am currently 6 months pregnant and they made sure they did everything possible to keep me and the baby safe. Highly recommend!!

I just witnessed on a social platform how an employee treated a well respected business owner here in Atlanta I can’t help but yo think did she speak like this cause of her skin tone. Then completely tried to make her feel like her money didn’t spend as others has. STAY AWAY! Go to the other facility.

Not a real big fan of dentists. Haven’t always had the best experiences. Going to this specific Pure dental was great. The work I needed done, was perfect. But the bed side manner of the entire staff and the no judgment approach they give a patient, is phenomenal. I’ve moved out of the area and still come to this location. The staff there is that good.

This was my first visit to a dentist office in a long while and I could not have been happier with my experience. Check-in was a breeze as I sent in my documents ahead of time. They also verified my insurance coverage for an added measure, which I truly appreciated. My dental hygienist, Ms.Diana, was amazing! Very personable from the start and eased my nerves before I sat down in the chair. For my cleaning, she was so gentle that I hardly realized she was performing the cleaning. They walked me through every step of my recovery process and surgery and even financed my procedures to help make it more affordable. Best dentist visit in a long time. After two years of fearing Dental care I have found a professional, experienced little nugget tucked away in Dunwoody. My hygienist and my dentist were experts in their profession and I highly reccomend them!

Wow just wow, Dr. Nyguen is a top notch provider. His bedside manner is impeccable. I felt comfortable with him which is a plus because I’ve had some pretty devastating experiences with past dentist. He is very knowledgeable and knows how to teach without being condescending. He could’ve been an educator in a past life. His staff is very welcoming and helped assist me during the whole appointment. I was initially going to. Go to the closer office but i will drive the extra 20 minutes for this great staff! SCAM. $99 dollar special? Marketing Scam. A way to lore poor people in and then charge them thousands for work they didn’t intend to do. Scam & disappointing. Offered a refund and then charged the amount of the refund on top of the $99. No cleaning done just an email of some x rays and NO refund. DONT GO HERE.UPDATE: they didn’t try to contact me at all. DO NOT go to this dental office. They did no cleaning whatsoever. Actually they tried to charge me $1400 and I was never contacted afterwards. I did I mention that I was refunded and the manager charged my card again saying that the refund was a mistake. This is a SCAM service. I didn’t realize that even dental offices participated in such low behavior. Save your money. Go to a real dentist. Or get insurance and save yourself the headache.

It was my first time at a dentist in a long time but Christina made sure I was comfortable and has good taste in tv shows. Diana was super duper friendly and handled my teeth cleaning with care. Dr Nguyen was very knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns, it was a great experience. The building used to be a bank, so if youre afraid of bank buildings I would proceed with caution.

Very poor service. The disrespect and the amount of prejudice is beyond me. I cane here thinking I was getting quality and all was received were individuals interested in getting a few dollars instead of being interested in their future customers. Maybe I would have lighter skin I would of been treated better. Just a waste of time.

Honestly the best dentist office I have ever been to!! Specifically, I have to shout out Diana the hygienist over in the Dunwoody location. The type of care this woman displayed during my visit was TOP NOTCH! The cherry on top was the EDUCATION she offered me that helped to heal a certain part of my gums that had been irritating me for several months. I’m all about learning better ways to invest in my health and I’m so thankful for her correcting my dental hygiene routine. The customer service is also wonderful and they are very flexible. I got a crown and the doctor did a neat job because I have no pain at all like I did at a previous dentist office!

Excellent! I received the most thorough exam and cleaning. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The office was clean and the decor was beautiful! And even though I have to return for a filling (cavity) it was hands down the best experience I have ever encountered at the Dentist.

First, I must rant and rave about my experience. I HATE going into the dentist office, but Dr. Nguyen Chriatina, Emily and (the entire staff) really made my visit (s) comfortable. I went in for extreme pain which ultimately led to root canal and it wasn’t painful at all.During my visits to the office Is ALWAYS see Dr. Diana. I almost walked out of the office without seeing her and she made sure to catch me to schedule my cleaning! Dr. Diana is MY hygienist! I can’t wait to see her every 6 months! 😁If you’ve not been to the dentist in a while, make Pure Dentistry your home. I certainly have and It’s probably the best decision I’ve made in 2021!-Corinthia ❤️

The receptionist Kristina is adorable and Diana did a great job. Procedure was quick and painless.

I had Diana as my hygienist and she was awesome. Super nice and gentle. Everything was efficient I was in and out and had a great cleaning appt. Thank you Diana for always taking care of me!
