Dr O was so gentle and im running back as soon as I can to have her finish up some more work I need done; they are the best!! Ive been going to their offices for over 20 years!!

I’ve been going to Dr Bruce for over 35 years and wouldn’t go to anyone else. Followed him when he moved from Chamblee to Norcross which made my trips longer but so worth it. All the staff is courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for dental procedures.

Dunwoody Family and Cosmetic Dentistry is the best dentist in the area. My teeth are kept in excellent shape thanks to them. They go above and beyond with Dr. Obijiway coming in on Saturday because I had an early morning flight on Monday. They truly care about their patients. I have been seeing Leslie as my dental hygienist for years and I walk in and know that she knows me personally and that is rare.

I have never seen a team work more effectively and they do it effortlessly. Everyone is always helpful and friendly. I also want to acknowledge Doctor Bruce who you can speak with as a friend. I would never think of going anywhere else. These folks are awesome!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! From the time I walked in to the time I left, every single person was friendly, professional and truly cared about me and it showed. Dr. Ojibway way unreal! Her assistants were amazing as well. I wish I could shout from the rooftops about how amazing my dentist is and what an amazing staff they have.Dr. Ojibway and Michal are amazing!!!I have spent most of my life in a dentist chair...and during every moment in that dentist chair I have had constant fear and anxiety!That has all changed since going to see Dr. Ojibway and her phenomenal assistant!Today, I was brought to tears from the artistry she performed on my front teeth...I have never been as happy with my teeth as I am today.It has been a journey and they have had to talk me through so many anxious visits.But today...today was epic in so many ways!Not only was I finally the most relaxed and comfortable Ive ever been...but the artistry was something I cannot even describe.Dr. Ojibway and Michal have a partnership like no other...I never hear them speak a word to one another and they work together like a well choreographed dance every time I am in their chair.I am one happy girl...and I am so glad I have found this amazing team.I smile for so many reasons today!

I would recommend this place entirely, the staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly, with the exception of Wesley or Leslie the hygienist, who failed to communicate fees on certain services during my cleaning. Overall, Id recommend this place, front desk staff is friendly especially Melody and she makes sure you are well taken care of during your visit!

I like the dental office and the staff ... the only reason for 3 stars is because the tooth was giving me issues and the reason I started going to Dunwoody Family and cosmetic 2 years ago still hasnt been touched. I just feel like they wanted to do the work that would get them more money like 3 crown. And still to this day the tooth still hurts while I wait on my crown to come smh. When I did mention it I was told the other things were more important even though those teeth werent giving me any issues.

Every time I leave I feel confused, taken advantage of, nothing positive. My hygienist is the sweetest and my dentist seems knowledgeable ( except when she filled the wrong cavity) but I seriously dread any interaction with the lady at check out. She is always rude and today especially she was confirming a problem and never came back with an answer. Then I heard her talking negatively about another patient. Seriously?! I believe she is also the person I was speaking to over the phone about that cavity that was incorrectly filled, she was curt, she never helped me speak with some to resolve the issue and I had to wait 6 months before I saw the dentist again to get any answers. On this last visit I found out my insurance is out of network- I just wish she had said that when it first happened. Just a heads up so I could make an informed decision about my care. Not everyone has the extra income to throw away to pay above and beyond their insurance esp when you pay for 100% coverage. I believe I’m at my wits end with this practice. I hope this feedback helps to make positive changes. I would just avoid the hassle this practice presents- going to the dentist is stressful enough.

Dunwoody Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is truly a great place. I had my first visit today and it was definitely a great first impression. My hygienist was “little” Dianna (because there are two Dianna’s at the practice). She took great care of me and helped me feel very relaxed and comfortable the entire time by explaining everything to me in detail that she was going to do. I also saw Dr. Bruce who was just as amazing as Dianna. He was extremely thorough and both had such great personalities. I definitely will be going back. Such a great experience!

Dr Bruce is an expert at injections for numbing prior to treatment; very little discomfort. He is also an extremely talented DDS for cosmetic dentistry. He was assisted today by an equally talented assistant Jason, who inquired about an additional filling that needed attention and I jumped at the opportunity to get all my dental work done at one time and without a second appointment and injections. Great practice! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a DDS in Dunwoody area!

My Hygienist was Diana and she was completely open and honest about the procedures she was performing, explaining everything in detail before beginning. GO TO THIS PRACTICE. I have received service that goes beyond my expectations. In the medical/dental world it can be so challenging to find a practice/provider who truly takes their time with you, remembers who you are, knows what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and is a lot of fun to see. They really make you feel like part of their family. I went three years without going to a dentist and these guys are putting me back together. My dental health is better than it’s ever been because of my hygienist’s instructions. I always see Dr. Thornton and she’s so personable and knowledgeable. I saw Dr. Ojibway this most recent visit and she’s absolutely brilliant as well. Even the front desk ladies are warm and welcoming and on top of things. I’ve since moved out of the area but have absolutely no problem driving 45 minutes away to continue treatment here!

Rhonda and Jason were amazing, keeping me informed every step of the way. The hygienist not so much. She barely spoke and she was really rough. I have never had such a Painful cleaning. My normal hygienist Leslie was not available, she has always been amazing and I have been going here since 2001. Dr Bruce is always great, unfortunately this was one of those days when other patients required more of his time so I was there for three hours for cleaning and fitting for a new crown.

Leslie and Dr Bruce are both very professional and kind. Dr Bruce even fixed my mouth guard free of charge for me to pick up later today. Great customer service!

I just visited this dentist office yesterday and I absolutely love it. I was referrred based off finding a dentist within my network for my insurance. I was able to get a quick appointment for a consultation. I will start by saying that the office is extremely clean and neat. The staff from the receptionist, hygienist and Dr. Ojibway were extremely professional and nice. I also appreciated that I didnt feel like the dentist was out to get money from me and only recommended services beneficial to me personally and not for the gain of the business. I needed a followup for an additional appointment and was surprised that I was able to do so within the same week. The staff works extremely fast which makes it super convenient for me to get the work I need done within the least amount of wait time. I definitely recommend this office you will be in great care!!

Great first appointment! Friendly and courteous staff, beautiful office and decor, very up to date with technology, very thorough exam and cleaning, hygienist and dentist went over everything. It was a great overall first appointment. My first job ever as a young teen/adult was at a dental office and after trying many Atlanta dental offices I think I have finally found what I’ve been searching for since my move here several years ago :)

John Bruce, the dentist I saw, was warm, sympathetic and, above all, competent and knowledgeable. I visited Dunwoody Family and Cosmetic Dentistry today for the first time and had a wonderful experience! My dental hygienist was Nicholette and she was amazing!! She was very thorough and informative about the process. My exam with Dr. Bruce went very well also, he was very funny and also extremely informative. The office is absolutely beautiful and very welcoming, Ive never had a dental experience like this before.

Trying a new dentist can be scary, lets be honest going to the dentist is scary. But I am very happy I went to their office. They are very kind, friendly, and thorough. They took the time to explain things to me and werent pushy at all. From the front desk staff, assistances, and doctors everyone was great.

I became a patient of Dr. Bruce 17 years ago. I recommend him to anyone ever looking for a dentist. He has always provided great care. And he doesn’t prescribe work just for the sake of making money. I rarely require more than a regular exam and cleaning. His staff is great as well. I cannot speak highly enough of the practice.

Finally found a dentist I can trust! I’ve tried three different dentists the past few years and didn’t like any of them — I hated that they were pushing tons of unnecessary procedures on me and were extremely fast paced. Dunwoody Family Dentistry is the opposite! Everyone there listens to me and genuinely wants to help me without just wanting me to spend tons of money. They take their time and answer every single one of my questions. I get super anxious going to the dentist but I really love it here. As soon as I walked in the receptionist knew my name and had everything ready for me. I waited less then five minutes to go the back. Once I got to the back , I even got a blanket ! The cleaning was great ! Less painful then I thought . The staff was amazing!!Update: today I went for a fill in with Dr. Fields. As always I was greeted upon entry by name. I was taken to the back by Jason, and he had me smiling and laughing the entire time. He and Dr. Fields made the process super easy and eased my anxiety a lot ! They explained every step and cracked jokes to keep me smiling and did their job very well and fast.

I just got Invasilign braces. Dr. Bruce has been my dentist for over 20 years. During my first visit, Dr. Bruce and his team took the time to explain everything to me. I have just completed my first week. I am excited to see the finished product.

My appointment today was with Lacey & Dr. O, and they were great! They made sure I was comfortable during the entire visit & were clearly very knowledgeable (as any dentist should be, though Ive had problems with questionable dentists in the past). They immediately addressed cosmetic issues Id been wanting fixed that my previous dentist said couldnt be resolved. I had stains on my veneers that my previous dentist said they couldnt get rid of. When I mentioned the issue to Lacey she said she would be able to polish them off today, and now my teeth look so much better! Im very happy with my visit today!

Dr. Bruce and the staff is the best! I have been coming here for 20 plus years. They are doing a beautiful remodel now and are almost done with it.

Get a 2nd opinion!!! Having relocated from another state, I was referred to this practice. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they booked my promptly. When I arrived and sat in the chair it was then they told me I wasn’t going to get a cleaning because they needed the time to take X-rays, images and measurements. They proceeded to tell me I needed 2 deep perio cleaning appointments with 3 month follow ups, several crowns and potential teeth realignment. They lied. I went back to my reputable dentist Dr. Mitchell Mink who after cleaning my teeth and taking xrays informed my teeth were still strong, I had no plaque below my gums,and there was one old filling that needed to either be replaced or capped. He explained the dentistry for some has become a business not a health care business and they will do unnecessary work because insurance will pay, not because you need it.Never going back unless it’s to get my images for myself.

I was a new patient and called and got in the next day. Office was very new and clean. Met the Dr that owns the practice and really love her a lot. I believe it was my hygienists first day on the job and someone was showing him how to operate everything. I had quite a bit of pain from him when he was measuring my gums. Ill give him one more shot before I request someone new if I get him again, but love my new dental spot! Hopefully this one doesnt get militant with insurance like my last two dentists so I dont have to switch again :-(
