Central Ohio Endodontics was able to get me in the same day my dentist called for an appointment. Dr Ryan Pasiewicz did a very thorough job of explaining the root canal procedure. The process was painless and I felt much better right afterwards. He and his assistant were very professional and and made the entire procedure very comfortable. I would highly recommend Dr Pasiewicz and COE for this type of procedure.

I went in to see Dr. Menke to do a retreat root canal. It was extremely refreshing to have a dentist who was so professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything so well and made me feel comfortable. He even personally called the next day to follow up on the root canal. I highly recommend him. Even that staff were so nice, the front desk and the dental assistant was were so kind.

What a great office! The staff was very pleasant and Dr.Smith and his assistant Rita were the best!! No pain, my anxiety was depleted by the time I left, and for a double root canal visit, I would say this was the most pleasant dental visit Ive ever had!!

Based upon the reviews I found online, I contacted Central Ohio Endodontics to schedule an appointment when I had severe tooth pain also impacting my sinuses and jaw. I completely see why this practice has so many 5 star reviews as all of the staff are absolutely amazing and their dentists are fantastic with their patients.I was promptly scheduled me for an appointment by the receptionist and while i was initially booked with a doctor who was out of network, they notified me while i was waiting for my appointment that an opening with an in-network provider had come available and asked if I wanted to switch to save money. Their offer saved me several hundred dollars and Dr. Steven Smith, and his assistant, Kim, could not have been more kind, caring and amazing. Never did I have any pain during the procedure, and I have to say Dr. Smith’s magic touch made the root canal more comfortable than other minor dental procedures I’ve had. I couldn’t recommend this practice more and am grateful all the positive reviews left before me lead me to this practice.

Extremely expensive. I could have bought 14 brand new air conditioners for the price of one root canal. Incompetent, inexperienced and hostile endodontist. The doctor permanently damaged my jaw and left components in my tooth. Course you sign a waver which I never had to do at other places. Now I understand why. Absolutely terrible and there isnt a damn thing can do about it. Dont be me. Youve been warned.

Recently I had a root canal performed by Dr. Webster. If you have to have a root canal I would definitely recommend Central Ohio Endodontic and especially Dr. Webster. The quality of care and professionalism was far above what I have received for similar services elsewhere. Dr. Webster thoroughly explained the issue with my tooth and what he was going to do to correct it. I felt no discomfort during the procedure or afterwards that evening because he provided appropriate guidance regarding how to minimize any pain and discomfort. I felt totally comfortable and at ease with Dr. Webster. Additionally, he called me personally the next day to check up on me. How often does the actual doctor call their patient the next day to check on them? Typically that work is handed off to a nurse or dental assistant. Although I missed the call I truly appreciated the sentiment, it was obviously sincere. Thank you Dr. Webster!

Dr. SMITH was FANTASTIC! I came to him needing a Root Canal had allot of anxiety as I had a bad experience a long time ago at a different place. I was very apprehensive about getting it done. He was very compassionate and very caring about my anxiety, he is simply the BEST! Ill never forget he told me if you aint numb, I aint working. He also gave me a oral sedative that I took 1hr prior to my appointment to help me relax, which I highly recommend. Would highly recommend Dr. Smith to anyone needing dental work done, you will not be dissapointed!!

So I’ve had many troubles with my teeth in the past so I’ve visited many many dentists and end specialists. It’s my first time reviewing one and my 3rd or 4th time reviewing anything in general! I had an appointment with Dr. James Poulos and it was the best treatment I ever had!! I didn’t felt a thing! He was quick and he explained everything that he’s going to do before he starts and then everything he’ve done and why, after he was done. It was BY FAR the best experience and service I ever had. And I’ve been to many!!

Dr. James Poulos was amazing. He was very patient and had incredible bedside manner. As soon as my root canal procedure was over, I felt immediate relief. No pain or pressure. I highly recommend Dr. Poulos!

The dentist doesnt normally scare me. When they told me that I needed a root canal, I delayed it longer than I should have because everyone talked about the intensity of them. Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing. Confident in what he was doing, and very friendly. My appointment was at 9am, and I was home before 10am. Zero pain, during or after the procedure. Dr. Smith also called me 24 hours later to check on me! He completely went above & beyond. Thank you for your amazing service Dr. Smith & staff.

Two weeks ago, I had a root canal done by Dr. Smith. After the procedure was finished I told him that he would get a 5 star review! I very much appreciated the play by play of everything that he did. The sounds, the sights, the smells and the equipment were all identified and explained to me. No surprises! Loved that!The procedure went very smoothly. Dr. Smith worked efficiently and carefully to complete the root canal. Prior to leaving the office I was given prescriptions just in case. I was informed that there could be some issues within 72 hours of the procedure, but fortunately, there were none. The following morning, I got a phone call from Dr. Smith to see how I was doing. Dr Arens was terrific. I went in for a consultation and he determined right away that he could save my tooth and after explaining everything to me asked if I wanted to do it and he did right there on the spot . The injections were painless and the procedure was quick and profession. I have had a ton of dental work and several root canals and this one was by far the best (if you can say such a thing about root canals).

I highly recommend Dr. Smith. I had a root canal elsewhere in the past which was so invasive and a metal device was used to hold my mouth open. I chose Dr. Smith because of many wonderful reviews. Im giving Central Ohio Endodontics a solid five star rating. I had a root canal performed by Dr. Steven Smith and I have to say he is one of the most professional, skilled, and courteous endodontists I have ever had. I developed a severe toothache the day before Christmas, and I was unable to find anyone to perform a root canal in the Dayton or Cincinnati area where I live due to the holiday season. Dr. Smith graciously was able to fit me into his schedule. I am extremely pleased with the results. My toothache is completely gone, and the recovery was quick and easy. Because of the excellent job, I intend to go back to this clinic for any future endodontic appointments I may need. Dr. Steven M. Smith performed the quickest, most painless & even more importantly most efficient root canal. After my numbing injections I didn’t feel a thing, rarely even felt pressure even when he said he’d be applying some. He talked me through every step & his assistant helped him along smoothly. Hearing the words from my DDS, that first time, You need a root canal, scared the wits out of me. Looking back, had I known that my DDS would next place me in the care of Dr. Smith, I should never have lost a moment of sleep. Dr. Menke is outstanding! I came in a nervous wreck to have a root canal done and after talking with him it eased my mind and he was encouraging through out the entire procedure. Everyone was so nice and professional and it really helped.

It was emergency and I was referred to Dr Steven M. Smith for root canal. He managed to see me on the same day and did root canal right away. He explained the procedure and calmed me down. The process is about an hour and I no longer have tooth pain. Dr Smith called and checked on me the next day to make sure I am ok. I highly recommend Dr Smith if you ever need root canal. It is awful but it helps if you can get a good doctor.

If you need a root canal, this is the place to go. I went to another endodontist in Indiana who could not get my tooth to go numb, and said I need expensive IV sedation. I came into Dr Webster’s office, and was able to get evaluated for a root canal, and have a successful root canal the same day, with no IV anesthesia. He was very calm, knowledgeable, and made getting a root canal easier than some fillings i’ve had. I strongly recommend this place.

Dr. Webster got me in right away when I had a very painful infected root canal. He was kind and personable, and worked very efficiently. Would recommend to anyone needing an emergency root canal or other service.

I was completely pain free after my root canal. I didnt even need Advil! Pretty impressive.

I was over billed by about $100 causing issues with my fsa account resulting in my fsa credit card being suspended. When I called to get clarification on this issue and explained what an inconvenience this caused me, the receptionist wasn’t the least bit apologetic and told me “our payment estimate was pretty good”, then hung up on me.

Dr. Webster and the entire staff will make you feel very comfortable and assured of a job well done. Dr. Webster was calm and soothing, not once during my visit did I become anxious or worried about my procedure. I had never gotten a root canal before and I was SO nervous but it was so easy and virtually painless. Dr. Arens was so nice to work with and explained exactly what he would be doing and how it will feel. The pain after the numbness wore off was much more bearable then I expected. Dr. Arens even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was healing correctly. If your dentist ever says You need a root canal.. you must call Central Ohio Endodontics!

Woke up this morning with tremendous pain in my tooth. Called the office they got me in for a consultation. Dr. Whitcomb saw me and said he would make the time for me today. I had a great experience with Dr. Smith and staff today. Everyone was exceptionally friendly and worked to alleviate any anxiety I had about getting a root canal. Dr. Smith was very thorough and explained the entire process step by step.He was also very gentle and as diligent about ensuring that I was completely numb during the procedure. Initially, I was referred by my dentist for a root canal that was causing me serious discomfort. After taking several x-rays, we realized that the pain I was feeling was in fact coming from two teeth. He offered to do an exploratory excavation of the 2nd tooth, and once he confirmed that I needed two root canals, treated both teeth. I appreciated his willingness to investigate before proceeding with the 2nd root canal- as I was paying for the procedures out of pocket.Also, the practice also offers convenient payment plans, allowing customers to pay for the procedures over a few months. This was helpful.Should I need another root canal, I would certainly return to Central Ohio Endodontics.

Im a life long visitor to the dental office, now having only two teeth without cavities or crowns. Im missing two.When I went to COE the second time, I asked for Dr. Smith as hes as good or better than any dentist Ive experienced at helping me avoid pain.He gives shots like no other, specifically, that little dodge around the nerve case at the temporomandibular joint.We laughed during his follow-up call, me feeling self conscious about evaluating him not on his training and expertise but rather his skill in administering shots.This last one was particularly tricky because there some root snaggles.Yet, I was most grateful to him for his ability to get around that nerve casing.Three days later, while I knew something had happened, there was no need at any time to take the ibuprofen.Tip O the hat to you Dr. Smith.

Central Ohio Endodontics is the real deal.I was on vacation in Central OH at the end of October (2014). I had slowly increasing pain in No. 3 molar, which had been previously treated in 2005. I had a sleepless night...intense pain...swelling on the right side of my face. I contacted my dentist who was 212 miles away and requested that they contact my (prior) endodontist (or any endodontist!) for immediate treatment...I was going to drive back by early afternoon to get treatment. No joy from my dentist, my (Indiana endodontist) or any endodontist in Indiana. The endodontists simply did not work on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday.My fiancee contacted Central Ohio Endodontics with no advice, ratings or references. Central Ohio Endodontics requested that I immediately come up to Dublin.Once in treatment, I was placed into the able hands of Shannon and Dr. Smith. Molar No. 3 was a mess with an hidden nerve remaining and a post that had been improperly placed 40 years before when I was in the Navy. I was so afraid that the tooth could not be saved. Dr. Smith discussed the tooth risks with me, but was confident that he would do everything to save the tooth.Long story short...he saved the tooth. They showed complete confidence, great chair-side manners and overall, a wonderful experience. I cannot complement Central Ohio Endodontics enough. There folks are the real deal. I am making Dr. Smith my permanent endodontist.Well done Central Ohio Endodontics!Scott
