This is a great place to take anyone afraid or nervous about visiting a dentist. It’s peaceful and clam, exactly what one wants when going to have a procedure.They get to know you and take great care and pride when working on your teeth.

Very positive experience with this office over the past 2 years. Dr Huang and his associate dentists have been very friendly and helpful in improving my dental health. Dr Huang is personable and has even recalls specific topics we have conversed on months prior. I’ve required a few fillings, as well as a deep cleaning, and I’ve experienced next to zero pain with these (including the injected anesthetic), thankfully. It’s also nice that it is the dentist that is doing much of the cleaning work. Lastly, though I don’t know her name (I think “Mous,” but pardon me for the spelling of incorrect), the receptionist is most welcoming and kind; always knows my name when I walk in, and displays utmost professionalism.

I am lucky that Doctor James DDS has been my dentist for 10+ years. He saved my teeth and, thus, my overall health over the years. Let me start out by saying I am a germ phoebe that suffers from PTSD and Panic disorder (not the easiest of patients to have in the chair, lol) I arrived at my first appointment with significant repairs needed. Scary! We (yep, I was involved) created a lengthy treatment plan. They explained EVERY procedure and cost and presented alternative options. I asked questions, and they were answered. Not one person in the office ever made me feel ashamed or embarrassed about the state of my dental health or the rate I could afford to address the issues. The All In One Dental Innovations team’s goal was to get me well. Their office offers all the bells and whistles. The doctors stay very well versed in new technology but are still not afraid to use old-school common sense problem-solving. When I had emergency dental needs, Doctor James has always been there for me. Him and his staff have always checked-in after all procedures (big or small, and when I say checked in, I mean the Drs. themselves called as well as Moose” Office staff personnel”). I have spent many hours in their dental chair, and everyone has been exceedingly kind and patient. I do not often post on Yelp, but my visit with the office this last week 02/11/2021 inspired me to sing their praises.As Doctor James has always said that he is all about function over vanity, but in my case, I have lived the better part of my life with a smile I would hide (and that is hard because I like to smile). I think Doctor James knew how important this was for me, so he made it happen. With all this COVID-19 stuff I was still nervous (more then usual), but once I saw all the extra precautions him and the staff had made with special filter system in each room, extra cleaning and masks and gloves on everyone, including testing the staff for IGg/IGm related to the COVID-19. I was all in and ready for the chair. For me this was very emotional, and Doctor James listened to my requests and just dove in, to be honest, I did not feel a thing and at no time did I feel anxious about the procedure, but anxious to see the amazing results. And as you can see the before and after, you know I shed a tear (or ten).Sorry to be so long winded, I just cannot say enough about him and his staff... in short, if you do not have a connection or feel as if you are just $$$ to your dentist, make a change and go see Doctor James and His staff of highly trained and skill Dentists and Assistance. Again, I was exceedingly pleased with Dr. Huang and other dentists’ expert work and sincere advice. Much impressed by another round of state-of-the-art instruments installed. The staff’s professional service reflected the clinic’s academically educated management. My three hours of round-trip travels from a metropolitan city to Dublin over the past few years proved to be worthwhile.

Dr. James and his staff are exceptional. It is obvious they genuinely want the best for you. I have a tooth that has been causing me discomfort and Dr. James took xrays and a 3D image to diagnose what was going on and did an excellent job fixing it. I’ve been going to this dentist office for years .. the service is great but lately no one answers the phone , returns my call, or even responds to the online appointment requests I made. I don’t know if you all have been extremely busy but it’s going on 4 months with no response so I’m going to another dentist ..

Ive been a patient of Dr. James for quite a few years now .... staff is always courteous friendly and happy to see you . I suffer from PTSD and I am definitely not your normal patient. Dr. James and his staff have always been able to accommodate me and make me feel safe secure and at ease and never in the pain . I actually enjoy going to the dentist now. I would recommend Dr. James to everybody especially if you havent been to the dentist in years and have anxiety he is the perfect match for you .

I really loved my experience at this dental clinic. All the employees are all so nice and accommodating especially the hygienist (Melissa) who helped me. I am the kind of person who is always scared to go to the dentist but because of how Melissa took care of me, I forgot how scared I was :). She explained to me everything that she was doing and that made me comfortable. Dr. Huang is also very informative and helpful. Thumbs up to their team!

My dentist was closed for the day and I had an emergency repair that I needed done - I couldnt wait until Monday (filling broke on Thursday night). My friend suggested Dr. James, as her family has been coming to All-In-One for a long time. Im glad I did - the office staff was able to get me in on very short notice (within an hour of me walking into the building) and everyone was very attentive and nice. I was extremely grateful that they were able to work me in!!! In the short time I met with him, Dr. James was great - gentle, efficient, and took care of my issue without rushing but still got me on with my day quickly. Great service, beautiful facility, and easy to find. I love my current dentist, but Im seriously looking at switching over to Dr. James since he is great too and much closer to home!

Friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Dr. Huang is very professional and helpful. I have more work schedules, but enjoyed my first visit and really felt they have everything under control and my best interests in mind. A very rare experience for me with so many medical staff and professionals these days. It pays to look around and carefully choose physicians rather than tolerate attitudes or incompetence. The office also makes good use of high tech equipment and procedures.

I went in for some work with Dr. James. The entire process was painless, he didnt push anything I didnt need and made everything as easy as possible. Everything went well, with the TVs on the wall and ceilings its easy to forget youre even having work done.The experience was awesome from the beginning, everyone up front really took care of me. Nelly, Katie, and Lilly each were friendly and talkative, making the experience pleasant from the beginning. They do a great job of making it more than just an appointment. Its the most welcoming environment youll find at the dentist.

I was referred by a friend to go here when I was looking for a new dentist. When I scheduled an appointment, everything was done online or through email which was very efficient. Everyone was very nice and welcoming in here. I felt really taken cared of. Theyre also very up front with what you really need and dont trick you into getting other procedures that are not really important. They seem like they genuinely care and dont seem like theyre just doing it to milk you out of your money. Theyre also very calm and positive that if I were ever nervous, I think their general attitude would calm me down. I had a cleaning with Dr. Kim and she has very light hands - one of the things that I personally require or look for from dentists.

My best place for regular cleanings. Best equipment, atmosphere and doctors. Always on time, always polite and high attention to customer needs. Great job, guys!

Dr. Huangs office is by far the nicest dentists office- not to mention he is such a kind dentist. I used to hate going to the dentist and now I mind it less. I was in so much pain Friday and my normal dentist office was closed of course this was about 3pm. My husband found all in one dental on google he called and spoke to the receptionist who was extremely nice and said they could fit us in at 5pm. We got there the receptionist was super nice and I didn’t wait long to see the dentist. I had to get my wisdom and molar tooth extracted. I was nervous but the pain was unbearable. Thankfully he fit me in and did it right away. Dr Huang and his team are incredible and definitely will be back for future visit.

Until I came to All in One, I hated going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and gums, and do not handle mouth pain well, which always made visiting the dentist an emotional nightmare for me. Dr. Huang and his staff are AMAZING! They take my sensitivity seriously while also doing great cleanings and have made going to the dentist a, dare I say, enjoyable experience. Love the team at All in One!

I cannot trust this place. I made an appointment with them by personally walking into the office about a month prior to the appointment day. I received a message from the office day before the appointment, asking to fill out new patient form. Their website to the link was not working, so I gave them a message that the link provided is not working. Soon I got a call from the office and they start rebuking me for the fact that I did not provided sufficient insurance information. At first I was clueless, since I did not even had a chance to see the form. I try to give more information to solve the problem but they repeatedly mentioned that I need to pay office fee if I cannot provide more information. They were very rude, and I cannot trust this place.

Service has always been great for our family of 5 (with 3 young children). The office is always pristine and welcoming and plenty of amenities are offered.I am down one star on the review due to how very very busy they have become. We started with James when he first opened, and there was only 1 employee, Kyla, other than himself and his wife. I was pregnant with my 2nd son, who is now 6 years old.In agreement with James and his wife, we made some changes to how we schedule our appointments:1) The family can no longer come in all at once, the concurrent appointments, were not happening correctly, and we experienced wait times of over an hour.2) We cannot schedule weekday afternoon appointments (prime time).3) Avoid the holidays, specifically December as everyone is trying to use up their insurance coverage.And so we set ourselves up for success and our most recent appointment, this past Saturday afternoon, was wonderful. Enjoyable and relaxing, actually, even with my 6 year old getting the last 2 of his 6 cavities filled up, with no melt-down, no fight, no fear.

I am very impressed with Dr. Huang practice. I recommend All In One Innovation to all from all age. Two tombs up from me for good job :)

This was my first time using All-In-One Dental. I was a little weary of selecting a dentist that was recommended by my PPO as there was only one dentist in a 30 mile radius from my house but I was pleasantly surprised with my visit to Dr. James office.I was able to get an appointment within a week of the day that I called and the receptionist that I worked with was extremely helpful. The first thing I noticed was the decor of the office. Very sleek and stylish. I was able to relax and watch TV while Dr. James did the exam. All of the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Overall I would say that I enjoyed my visit to Dr. James and if I was going to be staying in Northern California longer I would definitely use this office again.

I joined All-in-one Dental for my jaw issues. Their office is very clean and the staff is very attentive, and courteous. You are always greeted with a smile. The service is amazing, I was just in there a couple of days ago and they saw me 5 mins before my appointment time. Amazing, I used to go to another dentist and it always felt like they were trying to up-sell me for services that I really could do without, by far one of the best dental offices Ive been too!

I cant express how wonderful Dr. James and his staff treat their patients. I recently just had a dental crown procedure done. While I was nervous about the procedure, the offices atmosphere and the friendly staff helped put me at ease. During my first appointment when I had my teeth prepped, Dr. James and his staff asked if I was in pain throughout the entire process. A few minutes after the drilling started, I realized that I was pretty relaxed (something I had never associated with dentists). Two weeks later, I went back for my permanent crowns. After taking off my temporary crown, Dr. James placed the permanent crowns and let me spend a few minutes looking at a mirror to make sure I was completely satisfied before sealing them on. I am extremely happy with the results. They look natural and I now feel much more confident about smiling.In the past, I used to be scared going to dentist appointments, but ever since I switched to All in One Dental, I had nothing but positive remarks about this office.

This is a fantastic, clean and professional facility. The doctor does not try to force sell anything. Very pleased. It is really a breath of fresh air to be able to get work done without getting pressured. He is very gentle and he got rid of an issue that I had tried to get another dentist to do years ago and they wanted to do other stuff first. I cant say enough good things about this provider. Had my routine appt today. I didnt like my hygienist (punctured the side of my mouth with her tools, didnt notice when I needed to swallow and not gag, and rough with the flossing) but I really like Dr. James, so I keep going to see him. As Dr. James is great, kind, thorough, and doesnt rush his patients. He listens and I trust him. So Ill just request his other hygienist next time.

Been going there for 3 years. Usually good but they do have new staff for every position every time I go. The last time there was a new dentist so we didnt see Dr. Huang who usually does a quick look, he doesnt do the bulk of the appointment. I felt like the chemistry of the place wasnt as good and They were sort of bouncing us from one room to another and it was just not ideal since we have small kids. They cancelled my appointment and never replied with a new time. Seems odd since usually they are really on top of getting your appointments scheduled and done.we were just back today (got an email after posting so we got an appointment the next day) and the kids seem to be getting the hang of the new people there and the appointment went better. some new faces, some old. it was expensive but i had to have a filling redone and it was quick, happy i didnt have to book another appointment to have that done. my insurance isnt as good as it used to be so i find myself paying much more than before and with 3 kids it adds up. over all, went well, adding another star, hoping things continue to go well there.

I continue to come back because the doctor is GREAT. Professional, genuinely makes me feel comfortable, and a amazing sense of humor. I travel all the way from SF to come here, which says a lot in bay area traffic these days! His office looks state of the art, clean with what appears to be the latest equipment and technology (plus it doesnt hurt that you can watch t.v from the ceiling while getting drilled on). Puts you at ease to know he cares about the little details, and he invest in what he thinks will make the patients experience as pleasant as possible (remember it still is a dentist office :)!)I needed an emergency appointment for my chipped tooth, and his staff accommodated my schedule with no problems. Just had our first visit today with Dr. James and the staff at AllinOne Dental. We finally found our new dentist! They were respectful, timely, and the office is beautiful. They offered snacks for my daughter while we waited and I had a cup of coffee. They also have a great little area for kids to color and play while the parents are getting their cleaning. I loved that the X-rays are digital, there are TVs in the cleaning area, on the ceiling as well, which was so cool because he was able to put my X-rays on the screen above me to show me the areas he was talking about.If you are looking for a dentist for you and your family, this is definitely the place. I went there for cleaning. it was ok. the girl did the cleaning for me was very nice. but when it turned to another assistance who did the polish for me, I can tell she was not very good at it. She often ran the polish spin to my lip. After she was done, she just left me there without give me water to rinse my mouth. And I still felt lots of bits in my mouth and my lips were stained with the polish gel. It was kind of un-professional, quite surprised me.

I switched to All-In-One Dental about 6 months ago and what a difference from my prior dentist. All-In-One is very modern, clean and professional office. I just had my 6 month cleaning done there today. They were ready for me right at my appointment time. The staff is very friendly, and dental hygienist Bridget did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. She listened to my concern for a sensitive tooth, and worked very steady and gentle with the tools, and did not accidently nick my gums and did a thorough job. I did not feel rushed in any way. I would have to say it was one of by best cleaning experiences. There are 2 flat screen TVs, one for the sitting up position, and one hanging on the ceiling for when you are lying down being worked on, that can be set to whatever cable channel you prefer. In the lobby is Keurig coffee, tea, and cold drinks. My whole family is glad we made the move from our prior dentist.

Had I good time here, real easy to make an appointment and most of the cost of general dental work was a fare price. Also very friendly staff and good with people with dental fears.
