They were very thorough in explaining everything to me when my son (10y old) had many new allergies. Dr. Dang was so very helpful in discussing treatment with us and took his time! A great overall experience!

My family’s experience with Premier Allergy has been wonderful. They take the time to get to know their patients and their needs. My son was extremely nervous for his first shot. Kayla was kind, calm and gentle and was able to established a rapport with him. His trust in her will keep us driving the extra distance weekly. Everyone is very nice, patient, and helpful. Overall it’s a great experience and I 10/10 recommend it. And the building is located in a great spot with lots of good food within walking distance. Allergies stink but this place is awesome :)

Dr. Dang truly cares about my daughters ability to breathe. Due to his determination to eliminate most of her asthma, she can now breathe freely. What was once daily issues, is no longer the case. The staff is always kind and welcoming. Love Premier Allergy!

This practice and this location is excellent. We have been a Premier Allergy and Asthma patient for a while now and each location is different. This location from the time you walk in to the time you walk out is friendly, helpful, smiling and welcoming. Definitely would recommend someone to this practice and location. Having two kids that are fearful of the doctor and getting shots they help ease those fears and make them feel comfortable. The NP we see is awesome, she takes the time to listen to concerns and comes up with new plan if needed and then always makes us feel welcomed and goes above and beyond for us. :)

This was my third visit to Premier and I feel so welcome. The young lady at the front desk (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) is so efficient and knew my name before I told her. She already had me checked in!Then I had Kayla for my nurse. She went through my patient education with me so that I could decide which route to go on getting my allergy shots. She was awesome!! Answered every question and just made me feel so comfortable. I really didn’t even feel when she gave me my shots, 3 of them!So, I’ve seen Kate (CNP) twice now and am relieved to finally get some answers. I feel like, after many years of taking 3-4 allergy meds a day, I finally have a long term goal to quit taking them. Kate makes you feel like she has all the time in the world to answer your questions, yet I did not have to wait to see her. She is the kind of practitioner that everyone dreams of having.This practice is top notch! I’m glad I decided to come here.

Ive been a patient for the better part of a year for allergy immunotherapy and Premier Allergy and Asthma has made this a very easy and worth-while endeavor. I knew that I had allergies, but I didnt know the extent until I came here. The process has been very smooth, Harley has always been able to get me scheduled even during peak hours, my shots (3-per visit) are usually nearly painless, and any questions or concerns I have had are quickly answered. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, cheerful to talk to, and are great to joke around with.

I had been treating my allergies for several years with over the counter medicine. Diana Dye told me about premier Allergy and I went for an appointment and got tested. I’ve been getting shots for a little over a year now and this is the best my allergies have been in years. I appreciate her support she gave me about the process and because of her compassion it has made a real difference in my everyday health.

I have been a patient for over two years now. We have switch locations from the Powell office to the Dublin office. Heather has been at both and always remembers who I am. She always greets me with a cheerful smile and a great attitude.She sure makes getting three shots a whole lot nicer she is definitely an asset to Premier Allergy.

She was by our side through the treatment process, making us laugh, and guiding us through the process with the love and empathy that only she can give! There isn’t enough good to say about Drs Greenbaum and Dang! Then there is Ciera! Long story short . . . We were locked in an epic battle with our insurance company (perhaps a bit of an exaggeration—but still a battle I think we would have lost if left to ourselves).These professionals went the second and the third mile on behalf of the patient in my family regarding a treatment the insurance company had refused to approve. This process stretched over months. These three never gave up and they were full-throated advocates on our behalf. They seemed to never tire of the fight or of our inquires. I did most of the communication with the office and always spoke to Ciera. She was the foot soldier in the battle. She somehow made me feel like ours was only case with which she was dealing. Oh, and most importantly, “Team Ciera” prevailed, and the insurance company approved the treatment. Thank you Premier Allergy and Asthma and especially Ciera and Drs Greenbaum and Dang!

The staff was so nice on my visit. I was really nervous having never been to an allergist before but they walked me through everything and the skin tests were quick and easy. Everyone was very nice and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to figure out what they’re allergic to! They also explain immunotherapy shots at the appointment and tell you all the different ways to do it. Very helpful.

Dr. Dang has been wonderful at taking the time to fully explain our sons allergies which has lead to us to be more calm and comfortable with them as well. It was easy to get the appointment, I felt safe coronawise, they were friendly and the whole procedure took only 10 minutes.

Maybe Im somewhat jaded from the level of care that I received in Texas, but my experience with Premier has been less than ideal. On my initial visit, they wanted to retest me for allergies that I already knew that I had, and after providing records from both of my allergists in Ohio, and Texas they were adamant to test me again and start my treatment from scratch. Initially, I was adamant about not getting retested but after having an extended conversation with an incredibly nice, and experienced CNP (I cannot recall her name), I agreed to start over primarily because she pointed out how good my coverage was (Now that I think about it, she seemed to be surprised). Premier offers 3 forms of immunotherapy (allergy shots), Traditional, Rush, and Cluster that when explained to me by the CNP, seemed incredibly flexible that worked around peoples schedules. I was right, the flexibility was indeed incredible. Originally, I expressed interest in the Cluster treatment but had to settle for the Rush since scheduling the follow-up shots was more rigid than originally explained. At any point in time, you miss a treatment youre getting rolled back. If you got your original shot on Saturday, but have to miss next Saturday because you serve in the Guard/Reserve and youre on duty, you cant get your shot a day early, and youre getting rolled back. But back to my Rush experience, since it was a rush. They give you three days of medicine to take leading up to your first round of shots and when you get there, youre quizzed on the names of the medicines that you took, and the times that you took them. If youre remotely unsure of the names, or the times and dates that you took them, theyll refuse treatment, and youll have to reschedule the visit. Im speaking from experience. But at last, on 10/31/20, I came prepared this time and camped in for a five-hour appointment starting at 8 AM. I only knew it was going to be a five-hour day because when I asked to use the restroom at a quarter until 1 PM, I was informed that I was scheduled until one before I could even ask the question. The nurse at the nurses station said, I thought you were going to leave since you had all of your stuff on. After using the restroom, I sat in the main lobby because the lounge is a windowless room with incredibly uncomfortable furniture. That same nurse decided to follow me to the lounge and watched me from the front desk. It reminded me of being followed in a store to make sure I didnt steal anything. Im very coarse, and blunt but I didnt do anything to deserve that level of disrespect. In most instances, I can navigate this level of ridiculousness but they lack consistency. I expect a margin of error anytime you have a business with multiple branches but Premier isnt consistently ridiculous at the same location. For example, I had my first maintenance shot on 11/2/20 and was instructed to wait 25 minutes before I could leave. After 35 minutes I managed to flag a nurse in the hallway and she said I could go without asking how I was feeling or checking my injection sites for immediate signs of a negative reaction. I was confused. Needless to say that Ill most likely be transferring to another Allergist.

Highly recommend this place. I’m extremely happy and appreciative that found them. I suffered for over a year before I found them and even saw several other doctors that didn’t help me and in all honesty I feel that they were just taking my money. I didn’t feel like they were listening to me when I explained my symptoms. The made me come back multiple times and never got anywhere. I see a lot of reviews of people complaining about the costs here but the costs to me don’t seem different from what any of the other allergy specialists charge. I also feel that it really depends on your insurance. In fact Ohio ENT charged me $800 after insurance for an appointment where they had me waiting an hour and a half past my scheduled appointment time to see the doctor and when I saw the doctor I maybe saw him 5 minutes NO EXAGGERATION and all he did was look up my nose with a small tool and tell me what I had already told him and was my reasoning for seeing him. Then just scheduled me to come back and still didn’t help me. The staff is so professional and polite here. Literally my first appointment got straight to the point and figured out what was causing my issues and came up with a plan. Dr. Dang is amazing!! If you’re experiencing allergy or asthma symptoms they are more than worth a shot.

My daughter had her third food challenge yesterday and, despite her skin and blood tests showing the great likelihood of her being allergic to this food, she passed it with flying colors! Dr Dang has a great understanding of how this is possible and I’m very thankful and appreciative of being able to have her safely consume the questionable foods in his office.

Working all day I appreciate any office that has evening hours. For a later appointment, I expected them to be busy and run behind like so many doctors do but we were taken back right on time. We were in and out with no hassle or delays!

My appointment with Dr. Dang lasted almost 45 minutes and at no point did the conversation feel rushed. I felt like I was discussing my concerns with a partner in my health care instead my concerns being dismissed or down played. Although Im not changing any of my current treatments, I have the information I need to help me decide if/when a change might be needed.

Came to Dr Dang after my 4 year old was diagnosed with Peanut Allergy by another famous allergist in the city. We took him because one day after long hours in the sun, he had a Peanut butter Jelly sandwich and said his throat hurt. The skin test there showed that he was allergic to Cashews, Peanuts, Hazelnuts, Dogs, Cats what not and I was not at all convinced because he had been regularly having the foods in the list and has been around dogs a lot with 0 reaction. They did a blood test for peanuts and said he was mildly allergic and told us to stay away from it for now. My friend suggested Premier allergy and Our Pediatrician told us about Dr Dang and we are so thankful we came here. He was so cool and nice. The doctor told us the skin tests could be false positive and to believe in the body more that tests. We did a peanut challenge and my little one had absolutely no reaction. Dr Dang told us it could be just spring allergy and we could do just Benadryl in case it happened again. So happy we came to Dr Dang. We even suggested Dr Dang to one of my friends whose little one was diagnosed with walnut allergy and they had been avoiding it for like years now. That kid also passed his Walnut Challenge and the parents were absolutely relieved and happy. Clearly indicated how food allergies are being over-diagnosed , and that many people may be needlessly avoiding certain foods. Thank you Premier Allergy and Dr Dang.

First appointment started out great. Nice staff very helpful and explained everything in detail. Strared out with weekly shots but after I got home decided to do the 8 week cluster therapy. Called and switched with no problem and changed offices to go on my day off due to 3 hour appointments. Was told it would take 2 weeks for my stuff to get to the other office which I thought was strange. Only going from Grove City to Lancaster office. Showed up to my first session and no vials. Was told they forgot to send them. Rescheduled for two weeks later and got a call while I was in the building to tell me they still didnt have my vials.this appointment was at 1:30 in the afternoon. They seemed to wait till the last minute to send them. Trying one more time this week to see what happens. If I cant start this week I will go somewhere else.

All the staff at Premier Allergy are always positive and friendly and they make your stop as quick as possible. It is a very family friendly environment with fun Disney movies playing all the time. It is definitely a good place to go for any allergy or asthma issues you might have.

The experience at Premier Allergy was has been great since I have been feeling so much better and being normal fun self again. The only thing I Would like to see better is the option to possibly see a follow up before ordering new vials as an option to possibly might be a cause if needed to see if improvements or downgrade needs to happen to your shots. They have a great staff here. I usually go in the mornings when they open so its never been busy for me. Also getting allergy shots here is easier as they allow people to get them 5 out of 7 days a week, far more then any other premier allergy locations in Columbus. That certainly mattered to me as Ive got a very fluid schedule for work.

Making the decision to go to Premier Allergy has been one of the best decisions for my health yet. Ive been struggling with allergies for what seems like my entire life. Ive been hesitant to pursue immunotherapy treatment, typically opting for medicine as needed. However, Im to the point where I simply dont want to deal with them anymore.I really appreciated the introduction and approach to my treatment options, ease of testing, and friendliness of the staff. My initial blast treatment was relatively simple and I felt really comfortable with the whole process (I even got a bunch of work done in their private comfort room between treatments!). Im still on weekly shots and its so convenient and simple to go into the office. Every Wednesday Im greeted as soon as I enter, by name! I get my shots pretty quickly without waiting long, and post-shots I get to sit in their comfortable waiting room - and even get to catch up on some of the newest kid-friendly movies (which I would probably get to watch otherwise, since Im an adult without a child :P). Premier Allergy is a fantastic place for the entire family to get top-quality treatment with first-class service! Thanks!

I highly recommend going to premier allergy for any allergy or asthma related issues. All the employees are very nice and helpful. I get allergy shots once a week here and have ever had a bad experience. The hours and days they are open are great especially if you are extremely busy with work and school like me.

Premier Allergy has been a great experience so far. The people there are so nice and very quick to get me in and out with my shots even if its busy. They are always friendly and answer any questions I have. They even squeezed me in for an appointment when I was having some concerns. I did the RUSH therapy and were very attentive to keep me comfortable for the entire session. I would recommend them to anyone!

Premier Allergy has been great to work with. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I am a working adult, and they have been very accommodating to me when I needed to access the WiFi for work. I have been getting allergy shots with at Premier Allergy in Dublin for 5 weeks now. They are all so nice and very professional. The appointments are on the longer side (to make sure there is no negative reactions so the shots) but their waiting area is really nice and they have drinks available along with a phone charging station and a TV that has Netflix and Cable. They also provide free WIFI if you would like to pass the time on an iPad or iPhone. If you are experiencing allergy symptoms I highly recommend seeing them!

I have been struggling with bad hayfever my entire life and finally decided enough was enough. i heard they had great service and an immunotherapy plan with a 95% success rate and decided to give it a try. so far things are great! the plan is easy to do, the staff is extremely nice and the facilities are very clean and well kept. definitely recommend to anyone suffering from bad allergies to give it a go

I went through the Rush Immunotherapy and Im already feeling much better. After years of taking Allegra every day, I only take it now as required for my allergy shots. I highly recommend!

Terrible customer service. Called several times to verify that my insurance was approved by them and they told me it had been approved when it had not. They did not tell me prior to the appointment so I showed up and they expected me to pay $1000 for the appointment telling me that was normal even though they never let me know WITH TIME that they were unable to verify my insurance. Lady at front desk was disrespectful. They blamed it on the fact that their billing department lady had been out for a week (which should not be the patients problem). Terrible service. Will definitely not return. They falsely communicated several things to me.

Wow! Just got my bill. $1266 for a routine allergy appointment with a prick test. Well, I was there for almost 2 hrs. Mostly sitting in a cold room with the blinds open and my shirt off. Diagnosis, get a dust mite cover for your bedding. So, I guess that is fair. Im definitely going back to my original allergist that is way out of my way but apparently totally worth the drive.

I have had horrible seasonal allergies since I was a child. For many years just taking a daily allergy pill really helped. A couple of years ago I was having sinus infections and an increase in symptoms. In an effort to try to get feeling better I had allergy testing and found some additional allergies I did not know I had. The testing was painless and quick. I am almost finished with the initial treatment phase with shots and feel So much better, even on really high pollen days. I do not get sinus infections any more either. The staff at the Westerville office is wonderful and it is easy to fit the shots into my schedule because I can come whenever I want during open hours.

For the last 3 years spring has been a challenge for my family. Constant runny noses, throat clearing, & eyes that are red, itchy, and watery from my 6 & 8 yr old children. They are active in year round sports, but suffer terribly from allergy symptoms in the spring. This year I decided it was time to address the problem at the root of the cause. I made an appointment with Premier Allergy & Im sorry that I waited so long! The staff made the entire experience stress free & most importantly fear-free for my kiddos. When I made the appointments for my children, the friendly voice on the other end took as much information as she could over the phone so that I didnt have to spend extra time in the office with 2 kids filling out oodles of paper work. She clearly explained what medications I should have my little ones avoid to make the skin test results as accurate as possible. She also explained the procedure of the needless skin test to me so that we would know what to expect. Arriving at the office, the front desk staff was very pleasant and interacted very patiently with my talkative 6 yr old, who insisted on showing off his new train. :) Wait time from the time I walked into the door and got back with a nurse was the quickest Id ever experienced. The nurse that administered the skin tests was patient, well spoken, and did an excellent job explaining to my kids exactly what was going to happen. Neither of my kids shed a tear. After the test was complete, we met with a very knowledgable Nurse Practitioner who gave us some different treatment options for both childrens allergy symptoms. My daughter has begun allergy shots and has already started to feel the benefit. My son is breathing better, especially nasally, & excelling in soccer this season!I would recommend this practice to everyone if I could. They make you feel like one of the family.

Definitely consider doing their immunotherapy process before resorting to sinus surgery to resolve allergy issues.

Did a basic skin prick test for my son to identify allergies. The histamine didnt react, therefore the test had no meaning. Still was charged a $400 fee.

Office staff, phones and office management is terrible. Doctor is super. What do you do? They advertise as pediatric allergy, yet the woman testing my 4 yr old seemed to have no comprehension (or interest) about how to communicate with a child (even when well behaved).The walls were totally blank, and after 30 minute wait for an early morning appt, my 4 yr old was told ok, lay face down on this table and Im going to test you with 40+ allergens.An ipad was tossed at us after tests were administered, but when I asked about where the games might be the person said I dont know how to use it. There may be a movie on netflix or something, but she wont have time to watch the whole thingPhones often just go to a generic call center, and Ive not had a call returned after a week, so it feels prettty impersonal.Dr. Shah however is FANTASTIC. Personable, offered all sorts of info, talked to both my kid and to me. Ill likely stay because I like him.
