The staff were very friendly and knowledgable!! The doctor helped me find my problem when another doctor at another location didnt even try to help me!! Thank you for your help!! I will definitely recommend this place to family and friends!!

My son has been coming to this facility for now 3 years. During this time we have never had a single bad experience in this office. The entire staff is very pleasant and compassionate as well as the doctors! My son has son severe allergies he had to deal with for most of his young childhood and the treatment here has made a world of difference for my son! From over a handful of things he was allergic to is now only allergic to one thing and in the next two years being able to get off the shots and medications so he can live a normal life! The process through all this has been very smooth and wonderful. To see such a tremendous amount of difference in my sons health improving over the past few years has been astounding! So glad our pediatrician had referred us to this location. Hands down one of the best facilities I’ve been in. The staff is just amazing and helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Very unprofessional office. I went in for my allergy shot at the same time I always do. You need to text a number when you arrive, and they normally text you back. Today, they never texted me back. The phone number on their website is busy no matter when I call, and the number I texted has no voicemail.After waiting for over 30 minutes, I went inside. The door was locked. I could hear people talking and laughing inside, but no one opened it after I rattled it twice. This is completely unacceptable that they refuse to communicate with me during business hours. I have severe allergies and will be switching to a provider that can at least answer the phone.UPDATE: I wrote this review on a Saturday. The phone number was down until 3:40pm on Tuesday of the next week. I called the corporate number on Wednesday and was promised a call back from the office manager for that location. When they called, they were unconcerned and told me to just come in on Thursday (I am at work when they are open on Thursday).They also said that there is no way to send out a mass communications regarding changes and insisted that the door was not locked. In order to see another provider, I need to fill out a form to release my records. They are saying that the form can take up to 30 days to process. I have severe allergies and cant wait a month to be seen for this. I sent in the form to request my records on the first of the month, and they have not sent them two weeks later.I called the corporate office again and was told that everyones records are locked in an electronic file that nobody has access to. I was told that no records are being released for any reason and that they dont know when this will be fixed but to please be patient. I told them that it is illegal to hold my records hostage, and they said that they know, but they cant do anything about it and to please be patient.They are changing the allergy shot hours in two weeks. They will be closed on Saturday and will only be offering shots on Tuesday at 8:00 am – 5:30 pm and Thursday at 8:00 am – 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm. I am at work during those hours and have told both the office and the corporate line this many times, and they refuse to accommodate me. I have already filed a federal complaint against them. Avoid at all costs if you need to be seen.

Nurses and doctors and reception is wonderful. As I walk in they give me a warm welcome.If you need a doctor for asthma and or allergry this is the place.

I called for an appointment and to my surprise, I was seen right away! Their offices are conveniently located. I came in and while I was sitting there I had a really bad asthma attack. Everyone there was so kind and caring. I was very well taken care of. Dr Sharoff, gave me the help I had been in need of for years. This practice really cares about the treatment that will help you NOW!!!

We were given very wrong and outdated information!We were brought to the office due to my one year old sons outbreak. His skin was super patchy and red so we thought the issue could be allergies. The doctor ordered a blood test which came back with allergies to soy, dairy, peanuts and eggs. He said we needed to do a 9 week elimination diet to get the allergens out of his system. This left hardly any items for my son to eat and he offered no advice or referals to make sure his growing body was still getting all the nutrients it needed. After 9 weeks and several hundred dollars and stressful situations later his skin wasnt any better. I then contacted Nationwide Children dermatology clinic for him to be seen with their doctors. To much dismay, this doctor said many blood tests come back with false positives due to environmental exposures at the time of the test. She said we could get his body cleared up with a steriod and perform an allergy back test. The oil she gave us cleared him up over the weekend and hwe had the allergy test the following week. SHOCKER!!! He had ZERO allergies and the doctor said by doing the elimation diet he could have developed some. So then we had a food clinic scheduled to re-introduce them with supervision. He had zero issues and went back to eating his normal diet. I am very disappointed with the outdated information we were given and the many stressful days and hours missed at work. I do not recommend this office.

Very bad experience. Overpriced and the skin test made me break out in hives all over for five days straight. Will not ever go back.

If you have asthma... this is where you need to go.
