One of the worst experiences for my 2 year old daughter who recently got her blood drawn for her pediatrician recommended labs. Absolutely brutal & inhuman for a such a small baby to have green & blue bruises in the area where the blood was drawn. I am still heart broken and will never ever return here. Do not recommend.

Its almost like the doctors here are trained to pocket as much as money as possible, they do so many tests for no reason, bill the wrong provider, they also dont tell the patients what medications do what. I switched to stanford health care.

I am very claustrophobic and was very panicked about needing an MRI. I have had many in the past. This was absolutely amazing. It is a larger MRI and well lit so no tight black tube. I had amazing people working with me that communicated very well through the whole thing. The main reason I did 4 stars is because it was very expensive . An MRI normally costs me $150 this one was over $1000. Check with your insurance so you dont get surprised like I did. I also did 4 stars because the images were not clear enough for definitive answers. Granted I realize a lot of factors go into that portion. If you are claustrophobic like I am this is still the best MRI center I have been to.

I have done many labs before and in Sutter health labs too in different locations. But this is one of my worst experiences ever. It was my most painful blood draws in my life. She thought that I am over reacting about my pain and responds to me in a rude way saying that her hand is not even moving. Why would someone lie about their pain?. It’s not the hand moving. It’s her way of harsh poking left lump on my left arm. And the lump was there even after 3 hours and still there after 2 days sore & painful. My left arm still hurts. I don’t know whether she treats all the persons who goes for blood work the same way or she was having a bad day. Whatever but don’t take your stress (POS) out on others. It’s really awful to see such behavior. Very much disappointed by the lab person rudeness and unprofessional attitude.

Everything went perfect for my MRI. On time, polite and informative. This is a larger MRI machine which I fit, other locations have smaller machines which rub on my nose and arms. They use double hearing protection which is great. Machine does get quite warm and wish they had more airflow into the machine.

Update: Ive finished my clustering treatment and want to update the feedback here. Overall, the experience turned out to be pretty good. Both the nurse and the doctor are pretty nice and patient. The scheduling issue turned out to be that they only have one nurse on this and if she had any issue that she cant make it at work, no one can facilitate the treatment and appointment has to be rescheduled.I would hope that they could work on the staffing so that they could have backup. Also, if their representative who is calling could give a bit of detailed information, it may help me to understand the situation better.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This place is a total disaster. I had this allergy treatment with them set up a long time ago. It is supposed to be 5 sessions once per week starting last week. Two weeks in a row, they just called and notified me that they have to cancel the appointment 30-45 minutes before the appointments. Both time, I was already on the way to the hospital. No explanation is provided. The operator didnt care. She just said that she is supposed to notify me and she doesnt know what is happening.I live in the tai-valley area and work at South Bay. And I got busy schedule at work. To arrange an appointment is not easy which I told them. But they dont see to give a f*k about it.I will update the thread and let you know my experience on follow-up. For now, I strongly suggest avoid this place at all cost if possible.

Thus far I’ve had great experiences with all the doctors I’ve seen. We have a pediatrician, obgyn, and nutrionist here. It’s fairly easy to make appointment. It’s always clean. Staff is generally nice. I’d recommend anyone here!

Had MRI of hand. Technician appeared to be in a rush with no consideration for my comfort. Have had better customer care at chain spa. How many $1,000s of $$$$s is this costing me to be treated as a contortionist? RU STUPID radiologists? No accountable management response until I hammered the administration. Never experienced such slock at PAMF for 15 years. Getting too big?

Overall good medical practice -- I like it because its a one-stop-shop for everything -- you can see your primary care physician, a specialist, and get lab work, all under one roof. They are pretty good about getting you in on time, meaning that there usually isnt a long wait from the time you check in to the time you see your doctor.

It looks like the Palo Alto medical foundation Dublin, CA either execute a payment scam or they trained Doctors to loot insurance amount as much as possible. This is the overall experience I obtained from my past experience.I visited PAMF dublin for my physical routine checkup. They have billed insurance for the physical appointment and office visit appointment. Can anyone pays 2 bills for the same visit that too without anything beyond routine checkup? Ha.. Its possible with PAMF.I have escalated the issue to billing representative about this incorrect/invalid billing to insurance/myself. The entire visit was only for the physical annual routine consultation and there was absolutely no other treatment. If doctor had asked questions, as he/she is a primary physician, I had to clarify it there was absolutely no tests, touch or time more than a minute. If they think that those clarifications resulted to use office visit code billing, doctor should have informed upfront and there was no communication regarding double charging beforehand.I never initiated or asked any questions from my side. How will I be responsible for that?In fact, I also ensured during the front desk before consulting doctor when they asked for a co-pay of $10 and explained them that this visit is a routine physical and no copy for the visit. They agreed, corrected and confirmed. They say that its a breach/integrity if they cant charge all the billing code that doctors provided. If this is the case, how did they process cancelled appointment payment earlier for my son? This is not the first time billing discrepancy from PAMF and I had several instances. For instance, last year, I had cancelled 24 hours prior to the appointment for my son, PAMF filed a claim and processed already and sent me a letter to pay copy of $10.00 within a week! Finally, I had to struggle multiple times to call Insurance and billing team and wasting time to get that finally void.Beware of this hospitals!!!

Ive been a patient here since opening and Im not sure exactly when that was. The staff have always been attentive and focused on me and my health. Ive been worked in on schedules not only with my physician but in radiology and lab services as well. A move to Manteca 9 years ago and a healthcare decision had to be made...I made the decision to make the 35 mile trip to Dublin, even a couple times a week! A decision to go with Palo Alto Medical will not be a mistake in my opinion.

Overpriced. Sutter PAMF charged $760 for a childs eye appointment. Same appointment was around $350 in Burlingame from a different well respected provider. Asked them to review billing a month and half ago. Still waiting.

The doctor always send the wrong billing code and you will be charged unexpectedly. The billing department refuse to correct it.

I used to go to Camino Medical group of Hospitals way way back after being drugged almost senseless with Narcotics by a DR. Kurt Vandevort for almost a decade, I switched to Stanford where I managed to quit all my pain medications. I cannot say Stanford was any good, besides, it was almost two to (with traffic almost three hours) drive away. I switched to Sutter Health (of which Camino Medical is now a part of) because it is in Dublin too and I am in San Ramon and today was my first visit with the Neurologist Dr. Raveen Deol, earlier I had seen Dr. S. Advani who is now my new PCP. I have nothing but nice things to say so far and quite regret not having switched back earler. Dr. Advani is a great, well spoken and decisive Dr. who has excellent bedside Manners and gwent out of her way to help address my issues and my experience with Dr. Deol was quite amazing too. So far things look great and I look forward to my next Docctors visits at Sutters instead of looking Backwards as I had begun to do to Stanford after missing my appointments there. I hope Sutter works out for me.
