Ive been going to this Rite Aid for over 15 years. I love this store. Its convenient, I know where everything is. I love the prices, etc. I have one complaint. Lately, the newer employees look absolutely miserable. No smile, or friendly hello. One employee actually complains to me about what she hates about her job. Shes done that on three occasions. I find that unprofessional. There are three people in that store that are awesome. That is why I go back to this store. I always hope theyll be on duty. Over the years Rite Aid has had fabulous employees. I dont know what happened. Anyway, I hope they are more particular in who they hire for customer service.

The pharmacy hours shown are not correct. They close at 6pm on Saturday and Sunday and they dont open on Sunday until 10am. Even if you Look at 9 am, it will say the pharmacy is open. The only way you can find out for sure is to call.

As a store Rite Aid is as per the usual drug store. Employees are friendly and usually helpful. I visited the Redi clinic last year when I was sick and the Dr ( not sure her name, older Indian woman) was great. She did try to take someone who came after me, before me, but when she realized her mistake it was a pleasant experience. She was like a Mother who really cares. I sent my husband in today for sore throat because I recommended him to her. I called at 7:10, closing hour was 8. I said Hi , you close at 8? Her first words to me was Yeeeess but dont come late I said my husband can be there in 10 minutes. I walked in the door 3 minutes later to relieve him of the kids and off he went from where we live (next to Arlington cemetery) to Rite Aid on Lansdowne Ave, 5 minutes away. Long story short I he got the proper care and meds for sore throat but he said that she told him it took him 25 minutes to get there🤔 Ive worked in retail, I get it you want to go home, but he did NOT take 25 minutes to get there. More importantly he was there within the set hours of the clinic. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to tell a customer how long it took them to get there. My family will not return

It used to be my pharmacy when i lived near by 3 years ago it was 24 hours..i loved staff welcoming,friendly and the part i loved is new makeup displays...😍

Worst pharmacy ever... pharmacist is rude...wont fill prescription even though it says on site it is time to refill... terrible hours.. didnt have Prednisone...I will never fill another prescription here

Dr.Arya is so helpful and she had such a great attitude !

Tried to call at least 6 times no answer. How are people supposed to pick up their prescriptions if you don pick up the phone when your supposed to be open very dissatisfied will not be back to rite aid
