Something Terribly wrong with the Staff, or Manager, or Security! Not certain, but perhaps Racial Profiling is going on! Definitely Discriminatory Retaliation, or Who knows Why? But, it seems Every Time myself or a Family member Goes to This Store Location, Police invariably..Show Up, shortly thereafter or during. A Security Man gave me a Dirty Look ,during one visit. I complained to the manager. Thereafter, Police began showing up! Ridiculous! I always pay for everything I purchase, of course, Absolutely NO REASON FOR THIS UNWELL TREATMENT! AVOID THIS STORE

Sheila at the cvs health was providing covid 19 testing! What a sweetheart that she is! She made sure that I arrived safely on time even though I was stuck in rush hour traffic. Once I met her I can see that smile on her face behind the mask! She’ loves to prioritize people very kind hearted! She’s holding the fort down that’s for sure! Thank you for a pleasant visit!

This 5 Star review is for SheliaMy experience with Sheila and her comrade Shalaya (forgive me if I misspelled) was phenomenal! My scheduled Covid test was for 3:40pm. After receiving my test results (negative) via phone call @4pm as I waited in CVS parking lot. I asked Sheila if I could go into minute clinic to be seen because at this point I suspected sinus infection and am borderline asthmatic which usually attacks my respiratory system. I wanted to get started on an antibiotic. Sheila assured me that I could. Minute clinic didnt close until 4:30 pm.The NP Rachel was still there. Little did I know she was also in charge of Covid testing.I was trying to use the kiosk to sign in. I was having trouble so I just waited. Rachel opens the door @4:17pm after seeing another patient. She sees me and says, I am sorry we are closed for the day. I have phone calls to make. Little did she know, I would be one of those phone calls. I tried to explain I called ahead (Sheila said I could walk in) Rachel says, You can come back tomorrow. I said, I am not feeling well. She says again, You can come back tomorrow. I left and was stunned at the unkindness. People will remember how you treated them and made them feel. No one knows your body better than you as a person. I am responsible for my elderly Dad who depends on me weekly as well as other people I care for passionately. This NP could had helped me start feeling better by tonight. Simply by seeing me and calling in the Rx I need before my symptoms worsen. My symptoms are worsening and my care has been delayed another day. Which will prompt me to call primary. Last place I want to go to is a Hospital. I will now be delayed in caring for my Dad and others this week. I do hope the NP thinks twice before turning another patient away.So 30 minutes later guess who calls me? Rachel! She says is this Lori B.? This is Rachel R. from CVS. She says, Are you the person who was trying to sign in at the kiosk? I said, Are you the person who turned me away? She said, Yes. And was starting to say something else. She must had put 2 & 2 together. She didnt know who I was sitting in the waiting area. She probably saw that I tried to sign in unsuccessfully and matched the names with the Covid testing. I simply explained, I would be giving a negative review for her(Rachel) and would not be returning to that CVS ever. And she was unmasked.... every Health Care Professional I have encountered is always geared up taking precautions. Sheila was properly geared as well as Shalaya with a shield and masks as I witnessed with testing today. Nate (my son)wanted to go in and say something.. What was the point? She would not see me. She already made her mind up.Update: saw my NP at Primary care today. She was masked up and shielded even though vaccinated. (Precautions)On my way to feeling better soon. I was prescribed antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection that is attacking my respiratory system.

This store has a drive -thru for people that are in a hurry so they can pick up their prescriptions and be in their way ! What a great idea! Oh but wait someone had another idea . They said maybe we should give people a chance to get a covid19 self test while driving thru the line that we made for people in a hurry? Now we have to wait a extra average 5 to 8 minutes while the customer with one or two kids do their testing !Why cant they get their testing kits and be instructed to drive away and do the testing in a safe parking spot and then get back in line and return the kits ?

Supposed to get COVID tested today the system was down. They did not take the time to reach out to customers who were coming to get their PCR tests done. No one had a solution to resolve the matter. Extremely unprofessional staff as well, if you don’t want to work in retail customer service/pharmacy then get another job.

Scheduled a COVID-19 test at this site. Received two text messages from CVS, one confirming my test date, and a second literally 30 minutes before my appointment giving me instructions for the test. However, when I arrived, the lady informed me that their system was down and they would be unable to test me today. They told me they tried to call me, but the phone was answered by a person that wasnt me. I told her that she must have dialed the wrong number because I received two texts from CVS as above. However, she insisted that I provided the wrong number. Listen, things happen, and if the system goes down, then it goes down. But I was attempting to get tested so I could keep my family safe during a pandemic, and they couldnt take the time to double check and make sure they dialed the right number so they could inform me that their system was down. Now, all the appointment slots are filled, and I cant tested prior to a family get-together to make sure Im safe to spend time with them.

This is by far the worst Cvs Pharmacy I’ve ever been too. The Entire Pharmacy Staff is extremely Incompetent and lazy. Every time I use the automated prescription refill jawn and every time one of my dr.s calls me in a prescription the prescriptions are never ready when I go pick them up not even once. Also the pharmacy drive thru is always unnecessarily long. I give the pharmacy part of this cvs and all the pharmacy staff 2 thumbs way down. As for the rest of the cvs staff and store I have had no problems with.#LongLiveRiteAid

Stopped in here to return a stapler thinking it would take 2 seconds. Wrong. There was a woman in front of me buying a ton of stuff and one cashier working. There was another cashier walking around like she was lost instead of helping. I returned the stapler and asked for a store credit rather than a credit to my bank card and explained that my bank card was frozen due to a hacking issue we had on Friday. I wasnt sure how the card would handle any transaction so I thought it would be best just to get a store credit. Even though I had a receipt showing the full price that I paid, the cashier (Jaclyn) told me she could only give me a partial credit because it wasnt going back to the card. That didnt make sense to me, as the price I paid was marked on the receipt right in front of her. I asked to see a manger. I explained the situation to the manager who replied, Well, this is our store policy. I asked her to override it given that this was a $13 something stapler and that this really didnt need to be as big of an issue as they were making it. There is now a line full of people. At this point my 4-year-old is grabbing everything in sight and Im trying to control him. The manager agrees to do a full refund as Jaclyn stands there a laughs. Both the manager and Jaclyn needed a calculator to figure out the $3 difference. At that point, I was given a partial store credit and CVS extra cash and walked out. Ladies, my advice to you, .....a basic customer service class or even a first grade math class (or both) will really go a long way.

Terrible service.I pulled into the drive through lane with one car in front of me. I wait 15-20 minutes for my turn. By then there were 5 more cars behind me. When I give my information to pick up my prescription, the woman tells me it has already been picked up and signed for. I asked her who signed for it and she replies with “you will have to come back later for that information, there is a line.” Why couldn’t I get the same level of service and care as the person I front of me? At least ask me to come into the store instead of giving me the brush off. It was rude and I didn’t appreciate it.In another instance, I went in for a flu shot. The man walked around the desk and gave me a shot right on the floor in front of 6 other customers. I usually am asked to go into the clinic room where I can get my flu shot in private.

Do not go here! Read the NYT article on chain pharmacies from 1/31/20. These people are pushed by their corporate bosses past reasonable limits, and the results are dangerous. Besides rendering the pharmacists incompetent, it makes them miserable and unpleasant. I was warned, but didnt believe it. Never again.

This location is absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I called the store pharmacy to ask them if they had a medication I needed in stock and after they finally answered she said said yes I know weather or not we have it, but Im not going to tell you over the phone if we have it in stock, and hung up. At that point, especially because she had an attitude in her voice I was pretty mad. So I drive up there to see if they had it and she they said that they did not have it in stock. I can not just explain to you enough how bad the Pharmacy and stuff are here. DO NOT COME HERE! THEY ARE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!
