Love Dr. Neibaur and his staff. They are always so friendly when you walk in. We never wait long for appointments. The orthodontic care is reasonably priced, I looked around at 3 or 4 orthodontists first. When you have an issue they fit you right in and are really great at answering the phone and calling you back. If they don’t know the answer to your question, like insurance answers they will figure it out and respond in such a quick manner that I was so impressed. You cannot go wrong with Neibaur Family Orthodontics!! They also have a few great locations!!

So, yes, we only live a few blocks away.... It took me a while to post this, but I wanted to share our familys great experience with the Neibaur Family Orthodontics. He was recommended by our dentist by the old school in Draper. Ive been working in the education system locally, so I recognize the family as one of the local staples! The location is excellent, although if you go hungry, the smell of pizza in the hood could be distracting! I really enjoyed the tasteful and calming interior design full of Lady Neibaurs fingerprints. It seems like we did not have a lot of 1:1 with the doc, since we had no complicated issues. Payment plan was great, and in pre-covid era I enjoyed the open floorplan chairs, where you could se and hear as the other patients were making their all important color choices! Overall, we spent the most time with the top-notch assistants. I remember Ben R. providing outstanding service in multiple languages ;-), sorry for not remembering the the most outstanding lady assistants names! Follow-ups, swags were also great!

Neibaur Family Orthodontics is great, they made getting braces a great experience. Their customer service is amazing. Dr. Neibaur is awesome he is very nice and gentle on the kids mouths. They have a fun point system for kids to earn prizes which makes the whole experience more fun for them. Highly recommend!

This place is great, I do recommend it my favorite part about it is since it’s right next to a pizza place it smells like pizza 😋.

Neibaur Family Orthodontics is very family friendly. Doctor Ben is really helpful and cares about his patients. Whenever you have any problems they just fit you right in and fix them right away. Their receptionists are very helpful as well and are very nice. Overall Neibaur Family Orthodontics is the best.

My daughter was in need of braces for mildly crooked teeth. We received an evaluation from another Orthodontist in the area and were really quite shocked at the ticket price considering her teeth only needed mostly minor adjustments. Dr. Ben could see that my daughter didnt need such an aggressive plan. My daughter was in and out of braces in 7 months! I know thats probably not typical for a lot of kids. Her smile turned out gorgeous and the price was very affordable and fair for the moderate amount of work she needed. Each appointment was quick and the staff was super friendly and professional.I also want to add, Dr. Bens technology is fantastic. He used a big television screen and really neat 3D digital teeth models to show us the approach he was going to take with my daughter. The design of his office is so dynamic and artistic. Its fun just to sit and look around. Our experience was 100% positive!!! My next two children are gearing up for their Orthodontic experience and we wouldnt go anywhere else!

So much I love about this place. First of all it’s beautiful! So well designed. It is very family friendly. My little ones are always welcome and LOVE coming, to play on the fun iPads, get free pop sockets, eat a cookie and get a drink. They have fun incentives to help motivate you to take care of your teeth/braces. The staff are amazing. So friendly, kind and considerate. Dr. Ben and his cute wife run it very well. It seems like they are very conscientious about all the little and big details. So happy I found this place. Best care there is.

My son just got his braces put on and he said his appointment was “very good” and I asked why and he said, “very kind employees” 😊. That’s pretty great coming from a 13 year old boy that just got braces. It’s true that they are very kind to the kids when they come in and that makes them all very comfortable with an uncomfortable process. Also, they are very helpful with payment options and they want to make it work for you. They explain everything very well as well as what’s expected from the child...which is extremely helpful as a parent!! They give the child ownership and responsibility to take care of their teeth and braces. They reward the kids with points (that can be redeemed for gift cards) for having good hygiene at each appointment as well as offer incentives to take good care of them. This is a wonderful office to go to for orthodontic care!!!

Tried to schedule a time to go in and they wanted to wait 2 weeks and their doctor apparently only is there a fee days a week. Go somewhere else.

My Twins and I love Dr Ben he is always asking my kids how they are doing in school. He truly cares about his patients. We love Dr Ben! And his crew, and the front desk person Kara!

We have loved Neibaur! The staff is always so friendly! The waiting room is great! I always feel great bringing my younger kids along if I cant find a sitter. Theyre fast. I rarely wait for long! We had trouble one weekend with a sharp wire and were able to come right in and get it fixed in minutes!

Love this office it is designed so cool, staff is amazing & Dr. Ben is amazing. I’m an adult with braces & Dr. Ben is trying his best to make sure I’m not in them for longer than I need to be! Highly recommend this office to anyone!

My daughter went to Neibaur Family Orthodontics in Draper, UT for her orthodontic care. We were well pleased by the way we were received by the front office staff as well as the orthodontist and his assistants. Everyone seemed concerned for our little daughter who was very nervous about the whole process. She is now very excited to return for her future appointments. We also travel a great deal for our appointments and the people in charge of scheduling were accommodating as possible.

We love Neibaur Family Orthodontics! 4 teenagers with beautiful smiles thanks to Dr. Ben and his staff! young Ben that works with Dr. Neibaur has been fantastic and has taken great care of my kids! When there has been a broken bracket or a pokey wire...they are right on it and get us in to take care of the problem. They are the best!

Excellent service! Have 2 of my children currently receiving treatment here. My youngest is doing a Phase 1 or pre-treatment to avoid a more difficult treatment later, and my son is getting treatment for a fairly severe overbite.This is a great office! They have been super accommodating when weve needed wires removed for dental treatment and even though the office wasnt open for appointments (summer time), made arrangements for us to get wires back on. We never have trouble getting appointment times that work with our schedule. I dont feel like they do excessive treatments, just what is needed to meet our goals.They went over and above when we had atypical insurance coverage to make sure we got everything we could from our insurance.I have referred them to lots of people personally. My sister takes my nephew here and my other sister will soon bring her kids there.Highly recommend!

When I decided to get braces I had no clue where to even start looking. My dentist recommened Dr. Neibaur, so I set up a consultation. I could not have made a better decision! Dr. Ben is so helpful and always answers all of my questions. His staff is so friendly and I love the receptionist! They are so accommodating, and care so much about their patients. I highly recommend taking a visit to this office!

If youre searching for a great orthodontist, search no more! I have done your homework for you! I really wanted an orthodontist that cared about ALL aspects of the mouth, not just straight teeth. Proper occlusion to protect the joints, was top priority to me. I consulted with many local orthodontists, and travelled as far as Fort Collins, CO to a specialist, and Dr. Ben was the only one that I felt like had a good understanding of this. 3 of our children have gone to Dr. Ben, 2 of which had some difficult issues, and we are very happy with the results. Im not sure how they do it, but wait times are almost nonexistent at Neibaur Family Orthodontics! We arrive and we are seen! Ive never been to a Dr. office like that before. The staff is super friendly! We are so glad we found Neibaur Family Orthodontics! You will be too!

We will always take our kids here. The personal touch, where you go back with your child and sit and watch all procedures is awesome. Dad also appreciates the treats (dark Chocolate) at the counter and friendly service.

Dr. Ben is incredibly skilled at his work. I have been amazed out how quickly he is able to move teeth and create a beautiful smile. I had invisalign braces to straighten my less than perfect braces job as a teenager. My 11 year old son is now in braces and within a matter of months the gaps in his teeth have disappeared. I used to think that all orthodontists were alike but now I realize that is simply not the case. It takes both education and talent to move teeth quickly and correct bites; and then end up with a perfect result. I have referred all my family and friends to Neibaur Family Orthodontics as well. They are always pleased with the service and continue to refer customers. We also appreciate their kind staff, availability of appointments, and child friendly offices which make it easy to bring younger siblings along. If you are going to invest the time and money into braces, you should only have to do it once. Dr. Neibaur is the man for the job!

They are a fraud, if you have other options. Take it. my daughter detached the retainer 3 months ago, and since then they only give her visits every 4 weeks and tell her to use the other retainers, on each visit she has told them that those retainers hurt her and cut her gum, and They only tell you to continue using them, and today what they have told me is that I have to pay again. because that tooth was moved with the retainer on.

Neibaur Orthodontics is absolutely the best. They are super accommodating! They provided entertainment to my younger kids while we waited for big brothers braces to be put on. Dr. Ben is super good at making sure your kids teeth are healthy, and they are happy!

Let me mention a few items first, Dr. Ben is great, his location is nice and clean, and it is extremely rare for me to rate anything below 3 stars. Unfortunately, the person currently in charge of billing is frankly rude and unprofessional. We had a problem with our shift in insurance due to my wifes new occupation and instead of giving us the benefit of the doubt, we were treated like deadbeats. I would HIGHLY recommend you avoid this provider until this employee is either reprimanded or removed. Its really a shame because EVERYthing else about this provider is great. UPDATE - the billing supervisor has contacted us with new information and we are hopeful this issue will be resolved and I will update my review accordingly.

We love the office we recommend it to everyone

I waited for 45 minutes for a consultation, and I arrived 10 minutes early. When I did meet with the Doctor he seemed kind and knowledgable. I did find it strange how there is a Pano machine next to the chairs where patients have their braces done. Dont patients need radiation protection?

Every visit has been a positive experience. Dr. Neibaur is excellent and we appreciate the friendly and helpful staff.

Not a great experience, staff was rude and made excuses and blamed my daughter for broken brackets instead of realizing their staff are inadequate to work on teeth. I am pretty sure no real training has been taken. Office manager is even worse charging $50 late fees for a payment one day late! And the worst thing EVER refusing to submit a simple form to my insurance company stating services stopped in DEC 2017 it is Aug 29th of 2018! What is going on over there!! It is fraud to accept money from an insurance company and hold the new office hostage of payments due to them! It is worth the drive to PC or Salt Lake to avoid this place!

Did great work for my child and teeth look great. The work is pricey though. The total brace charge was 4600 in 2015 before insurance helped out. After the braces were removed and we were paid in full, wE went in to have one spot on a retainer glued. It. Took a tech 20 minutes and the office charged me 150. I questioned the charges fairness to no avail. In short, Im real happy with the quality but it comes at what seems a high initial price, and unreasonable ongoing retainer maintenance costs.

Excellent orthodontist and staff. I like his conservative outlook to the treatment plan.

My 10 year old son loves the staff and they make him feel at ease about going to the orthodontist.
