Everyone at South Hills Eyecare is so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. I had a wonderful experience here and the staff helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses- on the first try! I highly recommend them and am weirdly excited for my glasses to come so I can go in and see them all again! ;-)

I had a bad experience here. We have been going here for 2 years and both years weve had problems with the glasses. The first year my daughter went and selected new glasses but they were way too strong and they had gotten the frame wrong. We went again a few months ago and we had the same problem.

My family has been going here for a few years now after a recommendation from a family at my kid’s school. We couldn’t be happier! They take the time to explain everything, are very helpful and the nicest people. I recommend them to everyone!

This was the second time I have seen Dr. Peirce and I only go to the eye doctor once a year. Despite my last visit being over a year ago, he remembered that Im an avid skier and made sure to ask me how my job at snowbird is going. Hes a very goofy dude but it fits his character well and hes one of the nicest people Ive ever met. On top of being so friendly, he also seems to know what hes talking about and he wants to make sure you see what he sees and that you understand what he’s looking at when he reviews your eyes. Overall it was a great experience and I loved that I got to look at all of the pictures of my strange little eyeballs, Dr. Peirce made going to the eye doctor a fun experience.

Dr. Pierce was very kind and thorough. The made sure he was positive with my diagnosis before advancing. My only complaint was insurance related. When I scheduled my appointment I was told they accepted my insurance but later found that it wasnt the case. Even though they did offer me a discount on the cost of my visits it was hard to pay for something that would have been covered elsewhere.

Dr. Peirce was great with my 8yo during her first eye appointment. I think she actually had fun getting an eye exam. There was a little bit of a long wait for the appointment, but then he spent a lot of time with my daughter explaining things and showing us different options in eye wear.Update: 2 years later and now two of my kids go to Dr Peirce. Hes so great with them. Hes enthusiastic and makes it really fun for them to go to the eye Dr.

Dr Peirce and the office staff were so personable with my 8 year old daughter. Dr Peirce even came out and looked at frames with her and made it a fun experience for her. The exam was as thorough as any Ive ever had with my ophthalmologist, and Ive been going to one of those for over 40 years! They were also really good about checking the different programs we may be eligible for to get us the best deal. I was very impressed and will be returning!

Excellent service, staff is super helpful and friendly. Excellent Doctor, obviously very knowledgeable and taught me about different aspects of my eye and eyesight. I really felt like the staff took their time and didnt rush the appointment unlike other optometrists Ive been to. Highly recommend.

Took my nervous 8 yrs old to get new glasses. the staff was very polite and helpful. Dr Peirce was super nice and made my daughter feel comfortable, he took the time to get to know her and make sure he got her RX correct and even came out and looked at glasses with her. I recommended this office to my mom and she loved it as much as I did. will definitely be going back for all our vision needs.

Dr. Peirce is so great! He is so personable and fun to be around, does a great job trying to find the best and least expensive option for my overly sensitive eyes, and you can tell he actually cares about helping you. I look forward to my yearly eye exam because I like these guys so much! I absolutely recommend him!

I absolutely love going here! Best experience ever with a optometrist. Dr. Pierce is like that cool uncle you dont see all the time, but you get excited when you do get to see him. I felt like everyone here truly cared about me which made this experience even better. Brittney even took the time to help me find the object glasses for me, which was a time consuming and difficult task. I highly recommend going here, needs you hate happiness and good service. :)

It is easy to say that a provider is competent. It is much more difficult to attest to having received incredible service and attention. I cant say too much good about how Dr. Pierce has treated me and my wife. He has also done a fine job in training his staff to also provide great service. We appreciate this.

Dr. Peirce is a wonderful eye doctor. He is patient and never hesitates to spend extra time to thoroughly answer my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a family optometrist. To add his staff is awesome and are always more than accommodating!

As always, my experience at South Hills Family Eye Care was great! Dr. Peirce is very thorough and takes his time explaining your vision to you. He has great technology in his office and spends most of the appointment with you, which is great. His office staff (Kayla) was wonderful and very knowledgeable and was able to get my insurance information quickly and explain it to me. Dr. Peirce and his staff are awesome. They really take their time with patients, you dont feel rushed like at other offices. Ive been going to an eye doctor for vision correction for over 43 years. Ive had a few places that I went back to a few times, but have NEVER had an experience like the one at Dr. Peirces. I was seen immediately when I came in, and had the most thorough visit in all of those 43 years. Dr. Peirce is warm and personable, and took the time to answer every single question I had and to educate me. I felt completely comfortable and reassured. I thrilled to have found this office, and will be taking my family there as well.

I have been looking for a really good O.D. for awhile and finally found Dr. Peirce at South Hills Family Eye care. I am a pilot, so my eyes are VERY important to me and my livelyhood. Dr. Peirce gave me a very thorough eye exam, explained everything to me and worked hard to get me the best prescription possible. In addition to being a great O.D., Dr Peirce is also a very positive person, passionate about his work and makes eye exams a great overall experience.

I cant say enough good things about this place. The doctor was incredibly personable, gave me great advice, took the time to explain to me what was going on in my eyes and show me images, and even helped me pick out some glasses! As long as I live in Utah, this is where Ill be coming for my eye care.

THEY ARE AWESOME and very personable. Dr. Pierce is the best eye Dr. I have ever had and I have had a lot. All previous doctors were incompetent and I had to go back 3-4 times every check up because they got something wrong, but now I can stay in one place. He takes the time needed for every patient to get the treatment needed.

We love South Hills Eye care! Everyone in the office is so helpful. The eye dr is really really great with my kids, one who has anxiety and ADHD and struggles at appointments. Very knowledgeable and the screenings are high tech! I definitely recommend these guys 100%!!!

Dr. Peirce makes it easy to get an eye exam. My Fourth Grader needed glasses and the staff made it fun to pick out his frames and he is excited to wear them.

My family and I have been seeing Doctor Peirce for over 5 years. If youre looking for an OD that will get you in and out in 15 minutes, this is not the place. If on the other hand, you wish to have a very thorough evaluation of the health of your eyes and exploring all your options for superior vision and comfort, this is definately the place to be seen. Dr. Peirce has never rushed an appointment and I feel completely confident in the diagonsis or treatment upon leaving. He will also go out of his way to help you with insurance to see if they will cover more expensive options if he feels it would be of benefit. GREAT OD, I would not see anyone else.
