I like having an OB as my main physician and the office is nice, but Dr. Twede is really busy and doesnt seem to pay much attention to me. He blew over my concerns and did the exam, ordered the bloodwork I asked him for (due to medical concerns based on other things Ive been through this year) but didnt offer any advice or help, and forgot to refill the medication I asked him to refill so I contacted another doctor to put in the order. Maybe he would be good for pregnant women but Im going to find another OB who pays attention to me and seems to care and has information to share.

Dr Twede best OB in Utah. I’ve been seeing him for 25 years. Love his bed side manner. His office is always clean. Highly recommended for endometriosis and delivery of babies!! Highly educated and knowledgeable.

Dr. Tweed is a extremely busy man. I felt that he was constantly rushed out. Rarely got to get the help or answers I needed to my questions. Being a first time mom I tend to have more than someone who has many kids. When it came time for the birth of my baby I had to push for 4 hrs, he didn’t show up. Even after being called by the hospital 8 times. When he showed up he cut me without any warning and then delivered the baby and left 3 minutes later. He didn’t stay to check in or offer any encouragement or assistance. I understand that having a baby at 10pm at night isn’t the easiest time to be there but I thought someone would arrive to help me sooner than 4 hours later.

I made an appointment at my OBGYN, Dr. Michael Twede. I was told I had an appointment at 3 pm. As a single mom I took my well behaved 5 year old in with me and was told “We updated our policy and he can’t come back to the room with you” I had drove 45 minutes after being in extreme pain for 5 days to get to that appointment. I was mortified. What am I going to do? His grandparents were at work until 3:30. They are they only family I have in the area.There were no signs, no one on the phone told me the new “policy” and I was sent away for service. It felt very discriminatory against myself as a single mom to not acknowledge the policy beforehand but still enforce what seemed to be a made up rule and turn me down for service because of my child.The receptionist, said there was an opening at 4 pm so I made arrangements for my son to go to his grandparents for an hour . When I showed back up I was told the appointment was for tomorrow. I let them know I wouldn’t be leaving until I was seen as I had last minute rearranged care for my son and been in extreme pain for days on end. The only good thing they did was squeeze me in because of the errors they made.This clinic has NO organization. The front desk staff are rude and impolite. I will be looking for a new OBGYN and giving this clinic 0 stars.If you are a single mom, a busy stay at home mom with little babysitting options, STAY FAR AWAY!

There are no words to express our appreciation for Dr. Twede and his entire staff. Dr. Twede was my doctor through my entire first pregnancy. He delivered my son on 11-06-20. We we’re so comforted by his presence, confidence, age, expertise, resume, demeanor and skill set in and out of the delivery room and we’re not easily impressed. I will be going to Dr. Twede for my next child and any other OBGYN needs. There are no areas for improvement. I trust my life and babies life with Dr. Twede.

I really appreciate the knowledgeable, positive and professional attitude of all the staff. Very caring and friendly staff. Clean and relaxing feeling while waiting in the main and exam rooms. Dr. Tweede always listens to my concerns and never pushes me to do anything I don’t want to do. Gives many options for cares and leaves the decisions up to me. Ive been to more of my share of doctors, and never have I been to one so thorough, gentle, and understanding. He spent several minutes talking with me before a procedure, taking the time to explain my condition and the treatments in detail. He addressed all of my concerns, which Im used to having ignored or taken lightly, and adhered to every request to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. What I anticipated to be an extremely painful and uncomfortable procedure was much more bearable because of the time and care he took. My friend recommended him to me, and Id recommend him to everyone.

Would definitely recommend Dr. Twede to anyone. Our little dude was born with no complications. He always gave plenty of time during our visits to answer any/all of our questions. His staff are top notch and he was very respectful of our birth plan. Assuming we are still around the area for our next kid, we will definitely be coming back.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Twede. He is kind, caring, compassionate and has saved my life twice. When insurance changes happen my first question is whether or not he is on it. His office is always kind and caring as well.

Dr Twede has been my doctor for 20 years. He delivered my two children. In both cases I spotted in the fort 12 weeks and he did not hesitate to bring me in and do an ultrasound to make sure it was ok. He also treated me for other issues and has performed surgery on me. He has skill and I have not had any more issues after the surgery that was 15 years ago. I have also seen him for fertility and he has been so kind. I love his nurse Lindsey. She puts you at ease and shows she really loves her job. I have never felt any negative feelings from anyone in the office. I would and have recommended this office to my friends.

Great physician. Hes very good at listening to your concerns and offering solutions in a non- pushy way. He was also very professional and sensitive during my miscarriage and D&C. I would recommend him as a physician.

Unimpressed by Dr. Twede is an understatement! It was my first appointment after finding out I was pregnant..... I left his office crying and scared with lots of questions! They were not prepared with my previous ultrasound from the hospital and the appointment was fast and unprofessional! I went home and knew this doctor and office was not for me or in my best interest for me or my unborn child! As soon as I found another doctor and office it was a completely different experience! I explained my experience to my new doctor and she actually apologized on behalf of Dr. Twede and promised I would have a different experience at her office which I already have! Ladies please do your research before going to this office especially if you are going for anything prenatal! This time should be a comfortable happy uplifting experience even if it’s news you do or don’t want to hear! I think it’s time for certain doctors to retire when patients are having experiences like I did at this office! The office was also violating HIPPA when I was put in his office and his desk was full of other patients info that I could clearly see! Having worked myself in the medical industry for over 17 years this is a huge No No! As for me I would never recommend this doctor ever!

Dr. Twede has always been great! He explains things well and always checks to make sure you are comfortable. His nurse is so nice and makes you feel welcome. I will always stick with them!

I’ve had 3 children with Dr Twede and have had great experiences each time. He is very respectful of your wishes whatever your preferences, like if you don’t want to be checked, or don’t want an epidural or episiotomy, or if you do want those things he is very accommodating. Something else I like about his practice is he does every thing he can to be present at the birth of your child, even if one of his partners is the one on call he will be the one that delivers your baby unless he is out of town.

Dr. Tweed is an A+ physician and surgeon! He uses the most minimally invasive surgical techniques possible. He just performed my hysterectomy with no exterior incisions and practically no bleeding afterwards! He is amazing!

Dr. Michael Twede is in outstanding Doctor. I am extremely impressed by his skills as an obgyn. Dr. Twede went above and beyond when I needed extra attention for some unexplained pain post surgery and he wouldnt give up until the problem was solved. Hes my new Dr. for life. This was my first time at that clinic location, but I love my Dr & have been seeing him for almost 20 years. The place was clean & nice & the staff were super nice & profressional. Granger medical has become my preferred places to be seen in the last 5 years, before I always went to IHC, but I like Granger now & havent had any negative experiences w/them.

He takes the turn to answer questions and doesn’t seem rushed even when the office is busy.

I was being seen at another hospital, but ended up going to Doc Twede. First day, I waited over an hour just to see him and the rest of the appointments were like that. They found a heart defect with my daughter but he wanted nothing to do with this pregnancy, period! It was out of his hands and was a high risk pregnancy. The U of U tried calling his office to get my records and since they haven’t gotten the records. Looks like I’ll have to be assertive by getting them myself.....

Dr. Twede is the best OB I’ve had. I was previously seeing a midwife but had to have an emergency c-section and Dr. Twede was the doctor on call. I am so very glad he was. My c-section went smoothly and my scar is very clean and minimal. I was very nervous but he told me exactly what was going to happen and that eased my mind.Dr. Twede is awesome at explaining everything and answering questions before you even ask them. I appreciate doctors like him that give me all of the information up front instead of trying to fish for more information. He’s straight to the point. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Twede for my next pregnancy.

He listens to what you have to say, very personable, dont have to wait very long to get in to see him, and a very nice person overall. I have 11 Healthy Babies because of him. Dr Twede and his staff have really gone above and beyond to make my entire pregnancy and postpartum visits pleasant and memorable. I had to unexpectedly move 45 minutes away during the last 2 months of my pregnancy and debated on finding a new Dr, closer to home. I am so glad I decided to stay with Dr Twede. After searching for over a year for a doctor to help with my PCOS and hormone imbalance, I found Dr. Twede. Keep in mind I have gone to 2 OBs as well as a lyme doctor who have all given me different diagnosis / treatment.Going in, their office is super clean and nice, and their staff is so friendly. I got checked in and they had me go directly into his office. There he looked at my symptoms and we chatted and within 10 minutes he had a treatment plan laid out and had explained to me what was going on and the reasons. I REALLY appreciate him taking the time to explain it, as no other doctor has ever cared to.He then examined my stomach and heart, lungs, etc. for about 3 minutes and we were done! I am now on 2 prescriptions, not just for my PCOS problems but also insulin resistance caused by PCOS which has caused weight gain and blood sugar issues. I am VERY happy I decided to go in after so many years of struggling w hormones, and will be a returning patient for sure!

I was in need of a procedure, however the OB I’ve gone to for the last 12 years couldn’t help me because my insurance was not covered at the hospital he operates at. I was scared and hesitant to have go to any other OB. I have been to many before I found the one I stick with for 12 years.My doctor referred Dr. Twede. I sch an apt. Dr Twede was wonderful. He answered all my questions, and made sure I had all the information about the surgery. His staff is wonderful (better than my OB’s staff). He made sure I was well taken care of During surgery and recovery. Not to mention Lone Peek Hospital was wonderful! Better, by far than the hospital my OB works with! You will not be disappointed to have Dr. Twede and his staff as part of your life!

Dr. Twede is wonderful, knowledgeable and has okay bedside manner. He was able to help us finally have a baby after many years and miscarriages. However, his nurse is rude and unhelpful, so be prepared for that if you visit this doctor (and dont bother call her if you have concerns, just make an appointment to see the doctor).

He is the worst OB that I have ever seen! Our insurance changed so I had to find a new doctor. I went in for just a yearly check up. I waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes only to be taken back and waited for almost another hour. Then he came in did a quick pap and never did a breast exam or full check up. Then he asked me a few questions only to decide it was out of the normal questions so he charged me an additional office visit outside of what my insurance covers.I am totally disgusted at Dr. Twede! Never again will I go there!

This place is one of the best you can go for your obgyn care. Dr. Twede is the only best ive seen so far and delivered three of my kids.

Dr. Twede is the best doctor I have ever been to hands down. I have seen him several times over the past 3 years. He delivered my beautiful daughter. During the delivery her heart rate flat lined and I had to have an emergency c-section. Dr. Twede was very upfront about everything that was going to happen and was happy to fulfill my request to have sutures instead of staples to close the incision.Roughly a year after the birth of my daughter I returned for a yearly exam. He was really helpful and kind. He answered all of my questions in depth and made sure that I understood what he was talking about.Recently I had another surgery performed by Dr. Twede. He treated my endometriosis. The surgery went really well and I received the same care that I had received every single time before.The wait times in his office are usually 10-15 min, but it is an OB office. The nurses are also really kind and helpful. I have recommended him to 2 of my sister in laws that have also loved him. He really is an awesome OB.

Dr twede is an amazing doctor i have been with him since 2002 when i found out i was pregnant with my son. My son was a stillborn and dr twede did everything he did everything to try and save my son. Plus he even closed his practice for the day to make it to my sons funeral.

Dr twede is an incredible doctor with an incredible bedside manner. Ive seen him for 9 years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 13 and he was very supportive, comforting and knowledgeable. Ive suffered from a lot of chronic pain and pelvic pain which is very distressing and hes always been a great doctor and spends his time with you. One thing I love is he tells you everything hes doing as hes doing it during exams so you have no surprises. Ive seen several obgyns and hes the best by far that Ive been to. Im pregnant and there was no question who I was going to go to.My mom had an incredible experience with him as well. She suffered from infertility and once when she was really upset about it Dr twede rearranged his schedule and spent an hour in his office with her just comforting her. Ive never had another doctor whos done that.If youve had a bad experience with him then thats a rare occasion and mustve just been an off day. In the 9 years Ive known him and the millions of times Ive seen him I have never had a bad experience. He is such a good doctor.

I tend to give a bit of leeway when it comes to doctors and physician care -- I know that often times back ups and delays are not their fault but due to unforeseen circumstances. That being said, I have never been treated so rudely before by a physician. Ever.I scheduled for one of the first appointments of the morning. After spending nearly 30 minutes trying to find the office (my appointment was set for a time before the receptionist and secretaries started answering phones), I arrived 5 minutes late. I then waited over 20 minutes just to be lead to the back. I was placed in an exam room and talked to a nurse for 5 minutes before she told me to leave my things and step into another office. I then sat alone in Dr. Twedes FREEZING office for another 15 minutes before he stepped in. He was looking at his iPad and when he realized I was sitting there, looked up at me, said Oh. I didnt know you were here. Im not ready for you and left for another 10 minutes.At this point I was nearly in tears. I asked a nurse if Id been forgotten and that I wanted to walk out of the office and out of the appointment. It was another 10 minutes before Dr. Twede finally made his way back to his office. He didnt greet me, shake my hand, apologize for the wait or even smile. To make matters worse, 1/2 way through our consultation his phone rang and he answered it to talk to his son! Needless to say his bedside manner during the exam itself was just as callous and cold -- literally and figuratively. He seemed genuinely irritated anytime I asked a question about my health.I left the office furious and disrespected and sat and cried in my car. I had gone to Dr. Twede as a recommendation from a friend -- but I can honestly stay I will never recommend him to ANY of my friends.

I have been a patient of Dr. Twede since 1991. I have had 3 of my children with him, an endometriosis surgery, and a miscarriage. Dr. Twede took the time to assist me during a very difficult time. He has an incredible bedside manner, even at 3am! :) Dr. Twede, Diana,the receptionist, his nurse, and Linda Goodenough PA, have always been very sweet and helpful to me. They have always done an excellent job for me and my family. The billing staff is professional and easy to work with. They really went the extra mile with me. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
