The staff were professional enough. I personally didn’t have a good experience compared to other allergists I’ve been to. I came here just to get injections for the summer while visiting from out of town. They will force you to wait the 30 minutes after your injection (9/10 times I do wait but other places allow you to sign a consent if you need to leave early) if you do happen to leave early, they give you a max of 2 times before they don’t allow you to get shots anymore… so plan accordingly or find a different allergist.
I came in to this office a few months ago for the first time and it will be my last time. The staff was kind enough but the doctor was so inappropriate. He brought in a student after I had undressed without asking me.The doctor kept pointing out something I’m very self conscious about. It’s a medical thing, he just kept going on and on about it in front of his student. Even after I had made it clear that I am already going to specialist for the condition, he just kept talking about it. Keep in mind it had NOTHING to do with allergies or asthma. I was so embarrassed.I can’t believe I paid a $75 copayment for that horrific experience. Extremely unprofessional.
My visit today was the worst experience I have had at any medical office. After expressing my concern with the Dr. he laughed and made me so uncomfortable. He then left the office after I had confided behind closed doors and stood in the hall and laughed and repeated what I had told him and said good grief. If I could hear him others could have as well. I have never been so embarrassed. If I had not already paid my co payment and been undressed I would have left. Know that if you visit this clinic and they dont agree with your opinions you are probably getting talked about and made fun of.
Dr Harris and his staff are terrific. He is kind, respectful, professional and his practice is current and evidence based. His support staff are highly trained, conscientious and courteous. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone suffering with allergy, they have given me my life back.
No online payment - if you were seen at the Draper office. Their website has online payment only if you were seen at the Ogden office. Then they are gone at 3:45, and their answering service is clueless: I dont know if theres a website where you can make a payment, but I can take your info and give it to them Thats a recipe for identity theft. Its been at least 16 years since it was even semi-acceptable to not have an online payment portal.
They were very quick. And very clear about everything!! They helped so much!!
I dont recommend this practice for allergy shots. Their hours are very unaccommodating. Staff is sub-par, one nurse is borderline rude and unprofessional.
Seem nice and not too busy
