Another fantastic job! I’ve been to Jada nails multiple times over the last few years. They’ve always done a great job. So when it came time to get my nails done for my own wedding, there was no question about where I was going. It was such a relaxing experience. I have gotten SO many compliments on my nails!!!

Workspace was cluttered and didnt seem wiped off. I asked for simple flowers on my nail but they couldnt do it right. In the end I had small flowers with smudged yellow dots in the middle.

Always have a great experience here. Everyone is really nice, they all do great designs and their prices arent bad at all. Highly recommend.

Been going there for a while for semi-annual nail care.Usually for my daughters birthday or just when we need a great time together.The staff is always very friendly and easy to work with. They make great suggestions and do a great job.My legs and hands feel wonderful after. The toe nails look nice too.

Sliced open both of my Wifes heels! Removing several layers of skin and causing bleeding. The technician had to be told by another technician to go and get band-aids. Then not only did they charge her full price, they pressured her into leaving a tip! What? How about this for a tip. Do a good quality job with the health and safety of your clients as a priority. I called to resolve this issue and got nothing but attitude and refusal of any accountability or willingness to give us a refund for the poor service. Fortunately my wife was able to clean out the wounds and keep herself from getting an infection. I am a business owner and know how important it is to have the opportunity to resolve an issue before leaving a client no other choice but to leave a negative review. This is the first one star review that I have ever left and I hope that it will keep someone else from experiencing this type of problem. I strongly recommend that you go some where other than Jada Nails for your personal safety as well as for a better quality experience! Absolutely Do Not Recommend! If ZERO stars was an option that is what I would give this place.

This place gave a horrible first experience. Firstly, they scheduled way too many people on the same time block that we all ended up standing idle at the entrance for at least 20 minutes past our appointment time while listening to yelling back and forth and scrambling to get to someone as soon as possible and because of this, not only mines, but 2 others next to me has manircures that were completely RUSHED! We waited longer then the actual service took if that helps. Plus, there were women getting pedis done who also commented on the fact that they all were rushed out of there and barely even got their massages! This place clearly stacks appointments to get them in and out the fastest for a turned profit, very unprofessional. As for my personal service, I had a simple manicure done which was rushed and the lady kept knicking my polish, making gashes in them and all she did was slap more polish on in hopes that it’d be easy to cover up but only made it worse! Seriously, my 8 year old could have done my nails better. It’s only day 2 since I’ve had them done and they are chipped everywhere!!! Do NOT waste your money here!!! Go somewhere that will appreciate you and your business and not just rush you out like cattle!

I’ve gone here for years and only recently had problems. I got a full acrylic set and within two days four nails broke off. I went back to get them fixed and they charged me 60 to fix. The next day another nail broke off then within three days two more came off. It’s not like they were extra long. I didn’t do anything that would cause them to break off. I’ve done my nails for years and never had this problem. Anyways I called them and let them know that only after one day they started falling off. She told me I would have to pay full price again. I would understand if it was after a week or so but after only one day and they started coming off. She refused to fix them for free or even discounted. And was very rude. She kept arguing with me and wouldn’t let me talk. I know several people that I referred there over the years that now will not be going back. They didn’t care that both times the nails they did were falling off day one. Very combative and didn’t care that I’ve been going there for years.

Love this place! Best pedicures! And they always seem to get me in last minute. Every nail tech is so nice!

I had called to book a dip nail, when I arrived, the technician removed my old dip powder nails. She then started to put on acrylic. I said I wanted a dip, and another technician came over and said they are the same. It was too late to go to another salon, so I now have bad looking acrylics (did not remove all of the powder nail so it show through, and there are air bubbles on one nail. I got French nails, and the under color is too dark. I asked but the technician did not speak much English so she basically indicated it was fine, not too dark.I will look for another salon who really does offer the dips, which last longer for me and do not separate the way that acrylics do. Very disappointed.

I have been coming here for over a year and have always had a wonderful experience. I really like the atmosphere and that there are no tvs blaring at me while I am trying to relax. They play really nice relaxing music and have beautiful crystals all over the place. They started my pedicure with a shoulder massage which does not suck! She also made several adjustments that I asked for very patiently. They do a really great job with gel pedicures and they last a long time. This is my favorite place to go in the Draper area.

I’ve been going to Jada nails off an on for a couple of years, and never had any issues until my most recent visit. The services were good, but the pressure to up-sell was off the charts, which was kind of annoying, but more so than that, was the unprofessionalism of the nail techs. While a friend and I were getting Mani/pedis, there were 3 techs ( one was just doing the mani) and the whole time they were standing up in our faces, because they were doing the mani in the pedi chairs( which is actually great), and we’re talking very loudly in their native language and laughing. My friend and I could not even hear each other to have a conversation of our own, and god forbid we wanted to just relax, it was so loud that could never happen. Also, while I cannot confirm what they were actually saying, it was very uncomfortable and we both left their feeling like they were talking about us. I do really like their services, but likely won’t be back because of this experience.

They stole money from me. My nails were $50, I gave a 20% tip bringing it to $60. That night I looked in my bank and saw they took $72!! A $22 tip?! Yea, your nails werent THAT good Jada. What a theif! Ill never go back, because geez, I cant afford to! Who knows how much theyll take after telling me the price.

They didnt even care about what I wanted as a customer. I went in and told them exactly what I wanted and they said they could do it and it was only after I was in the middle of it, was told they couldnt. So obviously they only cared about getting me in and making a sale.

DO NOT GO HERE! I was way overcharged ($20) for what I actually got done on my nails. I was cut 5 times and my fingers are still sore a few days later. My nails already look grown out. Save your money and go somewhere else.

This salon is very clean, and the employees are always kind. This place is also very hit or miss. Half the time I walk out feeling like my nails are perfect and the other 1/2 I see gel streaks on my nail from lack of attention to detail and gel on my cuticle and on my finger so I know its just going to peel in a couple of days and i will have to go somewhere else to fix it. If you have a technician you like at Jada nails make sure you book with them, there are plenty of great technicians here. I have also had a couple of technicians be in such a great hurry a couple of times. Overall I would recommend this salon to friends.

We had an appointment for 3 pedicures booked for a Monday night at 630. We were not acknowledged until 650, and then made to wait until 710 in the back with not a single person checking in on us. We watched as they let it walk-ins and had a few other ladies waiting to get back who had made appointments as well. We eventually ended up leaving as they close at 730, and we did not want to have to pay for a rushed, sloppy pedicure. When we left, we were asked to wait 5 more minutes, but we declined. We asked to speak to a manager, and Jada was sitting right there,she didn’t even lift her head from what she was doing to look at us. Will not be coming back. Like another review said, if the bad reviews don’t do anything, maybe the decline of clientele will change something.

Went for a pedi. She took her time, and did a great job.

I spent over $50 on my nails. Walked out of there with nails that were not even close in length. Air bubbles started to form almost instantly. The acrylic is not painted all the way so it looks messed up. I would like a refund or a gift card.

We absolutely love Jada! I take my girls to Jada to get their eyebrows waxed and they are perfection every time. Thank you Jada!

Please do NOT get your eyelashes permed here. She does not take caution when using the chemicals around the eyes. Started to get frustrated with me when my eyes were watering due to her putting glue directly in them. She was on a personal phone call the ENTIRE service. Didn’t say one word to me the entire 2 hours I was there. Tried to tell her what I wanted and was interrupted by her phone call each time. She seriously acted like I wasn’t there. She was too busy on her phone call to ask me to hold a fan so instead- she yanked my arm and put it in my hand. Gave her a tip that she didn’t deserve and was again.. too busy on the phone to call even say “thank you” or even a “have a good night” Just rushed me out the door. So disappointed. She charged me almost $40 more than what is listed on the website and I will now have to pay someone else to get my eyelashes fixed. Lost over half of them and they are so over curled, that they make a complete circle back around to my lash line. Not only that, she put my bottom lashes in the glue so they are sticking straight up. Didn’t wash her hands once, the place was disgusting, and she was so extremely disrespectful. Tools are 100% reused and the wax room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in years. Please save yourself the money and find another salon.

My Acrylic nail started falling off a couple days later.

My daughter got the princess package for her birthday, but never got the treats and tiara. Her nails looked cute, but the lady working on her gave her an ingrown toenail. I got the hand and foot reflexology, which felt nice, but the lady working on me had to keep answering the phone, so I didnt get the full 30 minutes I paid for. They are nice ladies, but they might want to hire a receptionist.

It was my 40th birthday and I wanted a facial and to relax. So I call and make an appointment. When I went they were like, No, we cant see you now because we booked you for facial waxing can you come back in 2 hours. I agreed. I should have walked away. But it was my birthday and I really wanted to treat myself. I came back 2 hours later and they were still not ready for me... They knew I was there and acknowledged what I was there for... and then I sat for 15 min waiting. Ok, fine, maybe they are just running behind, I will get my 50 min of lovely pampering...So then I get taken back to the room for facials, and I get ready... and I wait another 10 min. so now we are 25 min into my time and she comes in. Convinces me to get facial waxing as well so I look better for birthday dinner I agree. Waxing was ok... but she did it before the exfoliation... I havent broken out this badly since I was 16. I am really glad that masks are required most places, Its been over a week and my face is still recovering.So then she does the fastest, roughest facial Ive ever had, maybe 15-20 min at most. She is going 50 mph, she NEVER SITS DOWN! The extractions are so rough that my eyes are tearing (I do extractions at home and with every facial and I NEVER tear up)She then LEAVES THE ROOM FOR ANOTHER 8-9 MIN. or 3.5 pop songs that are playing. I leave that room at 58 after the hour.Then comes back and tells me Im all done. I leave the treatment room.I dont know about any other part of this place, but Do NOT think that you will be pampered on the day spa part. Biggest waste of money ever!

The interior of this place is so cool! Also the employees had a hard time understanding me but they were really nice about it. The guy who did my nails was tall and very nice. He did a good job. And i intend to come back to this place when i need my nails done again.

We called ahead because it was a group of 5 and they said yes they could fit us in. They did but I would have preferred they tell us they didn’t have time, because they rushed on our nails and there were quite a few mess ups on mine and my sisters.

I have been to most salons in the area. At first Jada did not impress me. Too busy, wait too long. But when I tried my other options I realized what a difference Jada makes. They were friendly and really listened to what I needed and got it done so well. I had a broken nail and the girl that did my manicure really did a good job building it up and matching the rest of my nails. Took great care of me for which I’m grateful.

I made a mistake coming to Jada for an eyelash perm. The process was very painful and I let Jada know that it was hurting. She told me she was just trying to get them extra curly. When she was done, they werent curled, just crimped at the ends. She also left me in the room alone to process and I think she over processed me. I had to go to someone else to have them fixed...the process wasnt painful at all with this other girl and I had a totally different result. I called Jada to let her know and she offered $5 off another service. She refused to refund me my money and said I must have been too sensitive. She was very unprofessional about it. I will not be going back. Make sure you do not get an eyelash perm here!

This is my first time coming to Jada and I will definitely be coming again! My technician, Caden, was phenomenal! He was kind, always asking if I was comfortable, and he did a great job on my feet. I’d give Jada 6 stars if I could!

Visited Jada Nails & Beauty Treats Day Spa some time ago and it is one of the most professional spa you can ever find. Hands down the best manicure Ive gotten (and keep getting). If my nails didnt grow so quickly I could EASILY keep the gel on for 4-5 weeks.

Ive been coming here for a really long time now and they have never let me down!! every single nail technician is skilled and they all do amazing jobs!! My nails last far longer after having them done here than anywhere else Ive visited, and its due to the superb work done on the front end.

I used to love this place, but lately its been getting worse. The prices change depending on who rings you up and some technicians are sloppy. I appreciate that I usually get in quickly, but the quality isnt always great. When I happen to get Jada herself the quality is great, but the cost is way more. It doesnt follow the pricing menu.

My friends and I been coming to Jadas Nails and Day Spa for 5+ years. Jada and her staff are professional, courteous, and friendly. They always go out of their way to be punctual taking care of me. I love this place! Its my go to nail salon in the neighbourhood and i go twice a month and they treat me well each time! They did such an amazing job with my nails! ve tried other places but this one wins so far! Cant wait to come back!

I’m leaving on vacation tomorrow and went to Jada for gel polish change on my fingernails and toes as well as eyebrow wax and tint since I’ve been going there for years. After today, sadly I won’t be going back. I clearly said I only wanted a gel polish change for nails and toes due to time constraints. I repeated it a few times. Well after an hour my nails were finally done. I’m assuming it was a full manicure since that’s what I was charged for but wasn’t sure what to expect since I had never had just a polish change before. They totally spaced doing my toes but for the amount of time it took to do my fingernails I didn’t have the time to stay. It’s because of my wax/tint that I won’t be going back. Jada very aggressively quickly did the wax (painful and much too hot—-and I regularly get waxed) and then quickly applied the tint and let it sit >10 min. I felt it was much too wet but had no idea it was actually spreading down my cheeks since I was laying flat. When Jada finally came in, she actually gasped since it had run down my face. She accused me of causing that to happen by wiping it——which I didn’t do. She then rubbed very aggressively....and it was actually very painful around my entire eye and cheeks from the tint running down. Before she showed me the mirror she prefaced it by saying that it’ll “wash off” and it was because I “had tanning solution on” that it was smeared all around my eyebrow. It looked horrible!!! And I was in tears in the car after seeing how bad it looked in the light and right before I leave for vacation!!! I regularly get waxed/tint and have never had this happen!! It looked like a 5 year old applied the tint. I will never be going back and will tell everyone I know about this bad experience!!!

Staff at Jada nails is very friendly and accommodating. Best pedicure I have had. Foot and leg massage was wonderful! Technician was very good! She was great at all of the details and very thorough My toes look great!

They are always really busy. They run you through really fast. They don’t really care about the finished product. I wouldn’t recommend them but if you are in a bind they are fine.

Always receive excellent and prompt service at Jada Nails! The technicians are pleasant and do such a great job! The shoulder, arm and leg massages are such a treat. And the ambience is beautiful, relaxing and very clean. Jada Nails get my highest recommendation!.

Walk in for pedicure and they got us in right away. The massage chairs were nice, and the pedicure looked great! The only problem was she didnt hear me say tea tree oil and used citrus oil which irritates my skin. But overall it was a good experience.

Id give 10 srars if I could. I drive 35 minutes without regret. They have plenty of chairs and do a great job at a good price.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. I recently got my nails done with a bridal party here. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. None of us had been before and wed scheduled an appointment several days in advance. Our appointment was for 5 of us at 11:10 on a Thursday morning. We were not helped until noon.They then separated us and we were not seated together. I paid extra to get my gel taken off (I get my nails done regularly and have never been charged to get it off when getting a gel color change, but this place charges 5 bucks - nbd to some, just a note). I also paid extra for a french manicure (which I am familiar with and feel is typical and customary). I then paid extra for what the nail tech was calling hot gel thats apparently supposed to last longer than normal gel? Id never heard of it but knew I was paying extra for my french tips and wanted to ensure it lasted. Altogether it came out to 45 dollars without tip for my hot gel french manicure. Upon leaving the salon I was unhappy with one my nails. The woman wasnt careful and even when I explained a nail she was working on had gotten bumped inside the LED light, she continued to cure the polish. This left a noticeable bubble right in the center of one of my nails. That was irritating. Not even 24 hours after our visit, myself and another girl noticed our french tips cracking. Its now less than a week later and my supposed longer-lasting, hot gel french manicure that should outlast normal gel is horrid! All the tips of my nails have cracks, with one completely chipped and others chipping right and left. Again, I get my nails done regularly with gel on my nails and Ive never experienced anything like this. Not sure what they did but at least two of us got french manicures here that were ruined within a day of getting it done. I dont do anything out of the ordinary with my nails either, so its not like my nails were chipping as a result of a project or what not. Youre better off bypassing this place and finding another! I wish we had!

I have been going to Jada since I was 13 and there is no one else I would rather go to for my nail and waxing needs. She is the best and handles my sensitive skin. I will always recommend friends and family to Jada!

This Salon offers everything. They are clean and friendly and that is what I really look at. The owner Jada, truly wants everyone to have a good experience and I appreciate that. I’ve been coming here for years.

It was an okay experience, I don’t think I’ll be going again. The lady that did my nails was quite pushy that I do acrylics. Also, the salon doesn’t seem hygienic at all! She would clip the skin off my fingers or clip my nails and just put the tool back in the drawers! Looking inside the drawer....so dirty. Although, as she was doing my nails she was nice and they lasted 2 weeks! So there are pros and cons! Overall, for your health, I would recommend going somewhere else. Honestly.

Ive always loved Jada Nails. Its clean and massage chairs are comfortable. Im giving only 4 stars because they used to include little extras like shoulder massage with their pedicures but last few times Ive been in they have skipped this. Also had a manicure and had no hand massage at all. They were busy and I get their need to hurry people along but I miss those little extras.

They do a good job on your nails, but they never get me in on time. Even if I schedule an appointment, I have to wait about 40 minutes before my pedicure even starts. They constantly take walk ins which pushes back their appointments . Super frustrating.

I took my wife to get her nails done and they did an awful job. Many of the workers are very friendly and know what they are doing but there are others who don’t. Unfortunately the guy helping my wife had no idea what he was doing, the nails turned out misshapen, she had cuts all over her fingers, you would expect the nails to be smooth but they most definitely aren’t. Not to mention he was smoking on the job. Pretty disappointed in the work done today.

I have just moved here from out of state and had no idea where to go. I just googled searched and gave it a try! I had a wonderful experience! They took their time, they were very kind and sweet to my girls who got the princess package. I got the deluxe package and it was great. I’m not even from this area but will drive back to make this my nail spot.

Jada has been the only person my daughter and I have gone to for the last 5 years. Her new salon is conveniently located off the freeway and is fresh and clean. Jada is an artist with her eyebrow shaping and her massages are excellent. Her staff is friendly and is large enough to accommodate a big party. Jada goes above and beyond to make sure she welcomes you and wants you to come back. Congrats Jada on the new salon location and thanks for your talents!!!

I have been coming here for 3 years and each time my experience gets a little less desirable. I make appointments ahead of time only to wait 45 min to an hour! If the reviews arent making a difference eventually the decline of good paying customers will. Its never ok to over book only to under staff. The quality is truly only best with Jada or Cindy for nails, and pedicures are 50/50 chance. Its a shame that nothing is changing in customer service. I won’t cone back again after referring my family from out of town. I watched Jada lie in front of new walk ins about wait time just to have them wait longer.

I have gone to Jada for years and really like going there. Lately when I’ve gone I feel like they really rush to get my nails done so that they can get to the next person and my nails turn out not looking so great. When you go somewhere and pay a lot of money for it, they should take their time so that you feel like you got what you paid for and not have to go back a couple days later to have them fixed!

They were so rude from the second I walked in. When I had told the woman that I wanted clear acrylics ( so I could go home and paint them myself because thats something I enjoy doing!) She looked at me and said no youre going to do this and its $5 extra I was already having a hard time being somewhere new with my anxiety that I didnt feel I was able to say no.. 😔 And all through out the service she was Very aggressive with my hands. And every time I tried to start a conversation, hoping it would get better, it didnt and she answered very short and unfriendly like. But of course carried on conversations with her coworkers. And after all of this and feeling terrible they charged an arm and a leg for something that I didnt even want... Also my nails have NEVER hurt so bad in my life. They are so achy and its hard to do the daily things because theyre so tender. Not to mention I got them done at 11 am and by 9 pm two of my nails had broken. The way she had applied them was terrible. They were so thin and flimsy. AND!!! On the way out she said after handing her the amount I owed exact in cash youre not going to tip me?! lucky her. I had left it at the table where she had done my nails. ( if she would have said that without me already having done it I would not have!) This was legit a terrible experience and I will never give my business to them again.I hope this helps anyone considering going to Jada nails.

This is the absolute best place to get a pedicure! Ive never been unhappy... All of the nail technicians are amazing.Its clean and everyone is so friendly....

I have had a great experience every time I go to Jada Nails. They can always get me in and they are very fast. My nails are strong and look great and when I get a pedicure they take extra steps to make my feet look and feel great. I am always worried about trying new places so when all the ladies in the area kept telling me to go to Jada I decided to try it out and I am glad I did.

I don’t normally leave comments if they’re poor but I’ve never experienced anything like this. I usually go to another place in draper but a friend wanted to go here for her birthday. The guy took an hour and a half to do gel on my finger nails. He messed up my thumb and had to redo it and it took another 15. I wasn’t even frustrated at that point. That same day, 3 gel nails fell completely off and another the next day and another the next. It’s been leas than a week and I have to get them completely redone again. I won’t be going back there.

First I will say the gentleman doing my pedicure was great, he definitely is not the reason for this review. The nail tech however, was a completely horrible experience. She was hurting me, drilling my nails extremely hard, then cut my finger, under my nail, drawing blood. I told her several times she was hurting me. She then proceeded to rip my full acrylic nails off the other hand, not even trying to soak off or drill off. On top of this, I had specifically said i wanted to keep my long real nails-no tips, she proceeded to cut all my nails off and insisted on tips. My nails hurt. I have bruised and red nail beds and on top of dried blood under my finger, I also still have nail dust residue under my nails and acrylic all down my fingers that wont come off. No way will I go back here again.

Came in for a fill and asked for a specific look. The nails had no shape and were painted sloppy. Came back in the same day for a color change and a reshaping and was much happier with the final result. Cost almost double but I got pretty nails at the end.

We had appointments and waited 45 minutes with no one coming to tell us us it will be a little longer. We finally went and asked and it was still going to be a while and they could only do two of us at a time. We had appointments for 5. In the past it was good service but it has gotten worse over time 😑

Nice spa but they dont do any of the nice spa treatments such as hot towel or lotion, etc when you get a manicure. Definitely not worth the money when other spas are cheaper and pamper you more.

I used to love coming to Jada Nails to get my nails and eye brows done. Recently I started just getting my eye brows done because they SUCK at doing nails. The last time I came here Jada did my eye brows in legit one minute. I checked them and they seemed fine except they were thinner than usual. I decided to give her another chance thinking she was just busy. I just left about 15 mins ago, went in the sun and looked at my brows, they are AWFUL. They look the same as they did when I walked in but red. My 6 year old nephew couldve done a better job. It is sad because I recommended her to so many people and they all loved her. I will NEVER go here again for anything. I only gave it 1 star because you dont have the option to give 0. Worst experience ever!

Booked an appointment for 11am for 4 people, we arrived right on time and waited over an hour. Asked for a discount to compensate us for our time, and were denied. Will not be coming back.

They’re doing a lot of things here, some right, some wrong. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish and glitter, total came to $70. Deluxe with gel was supposed to be 55, which means they charged 15 for glitter eyeshadow applied over the last coat. I also had a wax appointment but they didn’t let the waxer know I was there and she left before I got mine done. Some of the women working there spent the whole time snap chatting their friends and making fun of customers and coworkers alike while giggling about it SUPER LOUD. Not going back.

I have been going to Jada for years and always got acrylics. A few months ago, I decided to have them taken off and just so gel manicures. My nails were so weak and fragile that would break, split, or whatever at the smallest touch. I decided to give them time to heal and then went back two weeks ago to have acrylics put back on. The girl did a really good job and cleaned under my nails. They looked fabulous. I started to notice that my nail beds were getting really sore and yellow. I went back yesterday for a fill and told them about it and the girl in charge made such a big deal about it. In a salon full of people she told me that nails were pretty much gross and I needed to go to an doctor. I was so embarrassed! When I explained that this started happening since my new set, she told me that wasnt true. They also said I have always had yellow nail beds which is also untrue. They then proceeded to talk about me in vietnamese in front of me. They definitely lost a long time customer. I will never go back and am now on the hunt for another place.

This was my first time going here. I arrived at 8:35am and wanted to get my nails done but only had 1 hour. They were able to do a manicure and pedicure at the same time with two ladies working on me, Dina and Joan(?). The massage in the pedicure was lovely. I got out with 5 minutes to spare. I love how my nails turned out. Dina was fun to talk to the whole time. The only negative review I have is that I thought it was pricey.

Jada is excellent with brow shaping amd contouring. She makes lashes look natural, and uses the best products. Kathy is my favorite when it come to nails. She always does a professional job, and I always leave feeling like a million bucks.

I went here for many years when I first moved to Draper, UT. It was just your typical nail salon. Nothing terrible. But nothing special. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, so I tend to review things I love. That’s easier for me to share. BUT I also am not shy about telling the truth when something has not really worked out. The last time I went to Jada Nails one of the Nail Tech’s literally went through the gel on top of my pinky finger, through the nail & into my skin with a drill. My finger was gushing blood. It was AWFUL. I am still scared from the experience and left with a hole through my nail into my flesh. They poured rubbing alcohol on my open wound. I screamed. I cried even, I was so embarrassed but could not hold back the tears. They asked me to pay for my services afterwards & leave a tip (haha) even with what happened?! I was shocked but actually did pay & left a tip. I have NEVER returned to their Salon since & never will. I would not recommend this Salon. There are others in the area that are not only managed Better, but also have better trained nail technicians & customer service. If I could I would leave zero stars but had to leave at least one!

My gel manicure chipped after 2 days. My nails were filed unevenly which I fixed myself before I went back to get the chipped nails fixed. They didnt charge for the fix. She also took a drimmel to my natural nail which has destroyed my nail bed causing them to peel and snag. They still chipped 2 days after the fix. My mother on the other hand had a great experience with a regular polish pedicure. They have a great color selection for both gel and regular polish. We got in immediately as walk-ins. If Im ever back in UT, I wont be coming back here but maybe my mom will.

Called for an appointment. Waited 30 minutes until I saw them start helping people they knew had arrived later than me without appointments. Don’t waste your time.

Rushed, rough and sloppy! I’ve been going to Jada’s for years. In the beginning, the service and quality was amazing - absolutely off the charts. In the last year the quality has significantly deteriorated. Last night I gave them a 3rd chance to prove me wrong because I REALLY want to see them turn things around. Sadly, my manicurist completed a full pedicure in just 30-minutes (because she clearly wanted to leave). She was overly aggressive, making the pedicure miserable. She didn’t even bothering to apply top coat! I think something changed internally, perhaps compensation, because they are only focused on moving clients through.

I have been going way before this location for 16 years Jayda and her staff are amazing my family and friends always have a great time and we go once a month to treat ourselves

I went in before christmas wanting to get solid glitter nails and asked before proceeding with my nails if they could do the solid glitter and they said yes. Everything was going well until she started doing my nails, and I had a nailthat i had ripped off my skin about a week ago... this nail was very sensitive and the girl doing my nails proceeded to rip that nail off and put new acrylic on. I was in tears because of how bad it hurt. and she did not tellme that it would cost me to fix the nail until after it was off. Then when she was doing the polish my nails looks absolutely horrible and nothing what i asked for. even she looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. overall i had a horrible experience and very bad customer service. i will never be returning to this salon again.

I have been coming to Jada for over 7 years and have always, always been totally thrilled with what she does for my hands and feet... Not to mention her incredible massages. I refuse to go anywhere else... ever... she is the best!! :-)

When I first found this place, I thought they did an amazing job. I haven’t been for months and decided to spoil myself for my birthday with gel toes and a basic manicure. I left with base coat......and paid $75 for it. They have been very lazy lately, rushed services, and there is no way to email their customer service with concerns. I wish I could get a full refund for what I could have done myself.

Absolutely hated it. I had a horrible experience. I just went for a simple wax and I always come here. After them forgetting about me for 20 minutes I went up front and she said Jada would return.After I went back into the wax room I waited another 40 minutes. Only to be told Jada is busy for another hour and I can come back then.If I had the option to leave no stars I would.

Honestly one of the worst pedicures and manicures I’ve ever had. I wanted the luxury pedicure and manicure. When I was sat down, my water was freezing cold and I mentioned it to them but then didn’t change it. I sat there with my feet soaking for 20 minutes before anyone came over and helped me. I felt like the whole thing was completely rushed and they kept leaving and walking away. Didn’t even massage my feet or hands. I have nail polish all over my toes and they didn’t even clean it up. I’m so disappointed and won’t be going back to Jada nails. Not worth the price at ALL!

Went in for a gel manicure, let myself get talked into acrylics to make my nails stronger, had a rush job done with nothing done to my cuticles and the gel being applied unevenly and 5 days later two of the acrylics have separated to the point that Im not sure theyll stay on until they open in 6 hours. Ive heard great things about Jadas but my experience wasnt worth the time, money, or damage to my natural nails.

I came in to get my nails dipped but decided to also get a pedicure. After they finished my pedicure, they tried to get me to switch to acrylic nails which are more expensive. I only wanted dip but at that point I was told they could not do them. I would have went somewhere else had I known. It was a really horrible experience. I will not be back.

Got a mani pedi with gel and my boyfriend got his first pedi. Overall great experience. Very grateful they fit us in same day!

I used to love coming here, but unfortunately that is no longer the case. I asked for a little acrylic on top of my real nails and Kathy drilled the tips of my real nails off at the end. It will take months for them to go back to that again. Then when I picked out this soft pink of course the swatch didnt match the color. So finally they just put an ugly gold on my nails. I should have spoke up, but it was such a horrible job I just wanted to get out of there!! Would not recommend coming here!

Have been a loyal customer for a while now and am always pleased. Jada is an amazing owner/nail tech/waxer extraordinaire! If you go in you MUST get your eye brows done- it is better than anywhere else I have ever gone and especially better than I can do at home.

If I could rate this 0 I would. Extremely loud and over priced spa- They over charge for everything. If you get your nails in an oval or stiletto shape they charge 5 extra dollars also 5 more depending on the length. My friend and I were not aware of this until we went up to pay. None of the workers even told us about extra charges or anything. They have a lot of hidden fees, and also when we let the owner know we were unhappy she was being very rude and didn’t even help or bring down the price. They are super in and out don’t make you feel relaxed here. First time was amazing here and second time was a disaster. Never going back. I advice you to find a better salon before coming to jada nails. All the co workers are super loud with each other and didn’t communicate very well. SOSOSO over priced for average oval shaped nails and regular pedicures.

I had an appt today at 12pm for a deluxe pedicure, very friendly and they know what they’re doing. Needless to say I was in my own Nirvana, the entire hour was so relaxing. She started with a nice shoulder massage, after that she used a scrub on my legs. She then trimmed down my nails, and then put my feet in wax while massaging my legs with oils and heat rocks for about 30 min. Then she used hot towels on my legs and feet to clean them off. She did a great job at painting my toe nails just the way I wanted them done. She got a great tip from me and I definitely plan on returning, after my stressful week that was just what I needed.
