Alicia did my hair and was super fun to talk to and made me look like a million $! For my massage I had Nichole and it was relaxing at the same time she worked all of my stresses out! I LOVE CANDACE COSTELLO!!!! She is the most Amazing hair stylist that I have EVER been to and I used to live in L.A. and have been to some pretty high scale well know stylists. No one has EVER compared to how talented she is! NO ONE! I have been going to her since I moved to UTAH 8 years ago. I live 30 min NORTH of Salt Lake (about 45 min from Candace) and I would still drive to her if it was 2 hours each way shes that good. I dont know why Im telling yall how amazing she is because now everyone is going to start booking up her schedule even MORE then it already is, which is like over a month and a half out!!! So, just kidding, shes not that good.... :) :) :) haha!

Have been taking my Uncle with Downs Syndrome there for over 10 years for monthly haircut and pedicure. Originally started out of curiosity as a member of Treehouse Athletic Club where my kids were being watched at the Nest. Wendy, Sarah, Taylor, Megan, Ashley, Christy, Sue, Stephanie and the whole gang have always shown us such personalized attention and caring service. We tease about how I dont have a Man Card anymore but well worth it for my soft and supple feet.

Super UNimpressed, where to start. They double scheduled my appointment and called me to reschedule the day of, put me on hold for about 5 minutes while they figured it out. I showed up for the manicure and pedicure and wished I went somewhere else. I scheduled a gel manicure and they scheduled me for a regular non gel. I got no massage with the manicure. Both with the pedicure and manicure I could have trimmed and tidy the nails much better than the nail specialist did. I will definitely not be going back and highly highly recommend going somewhere else for a manicure and or pedicure.

Great place to get a hair cut was a little long time wise but the people cutting your hair are great. A little pricey though.

Ive called here a few times to check on availability for makeup and other services and every time the receptionist has been rude and short with me. I wont be coming here based on that alone. The Lifetime Fitness spa has way better customer service and services.

Falling Waters is terrific, the staff is friendly, quality products are used and available and the stylist are current with the trends. Relaxing massages, facials, mani and pedis, the perfect place to be pampered!
