I didn’t make an appointment here unfortunately because of a groupon miscommunication. I had a groupon for (quote) “Haircut with touch-up, single color, and style” that I wanted to use for a single process color and haircut. However, I was told that the groupon was only for a “root touch up.” Single color is not a root touch up, it’s single process, full color. I checked that with others before purchasing the groupon and was still told that this was not a part of the sale. I understand the shop deserves to profit off their work- however, they should not advertise their groupon as a “single color” and should advertise it as a “root touch up” because it is misleading to customers. Luckily I was able to get a refund for it (place is a little far for me to go and pay full price when I can just go to a salon closer to my area) but I do hope you’ll change the listing! Glad it was at least brought to my attention before I went into the shop.

I started going here on a groupon, and have been back everytime I need my nails done. Indre does such a great job that it is worth the 10 mile drive, passing other salons on the way because the quality is excellent. Even with this plandemic going on it is nice to be able to go somewhere you feel confident is clean and get a service done to help things feel closer to normal. I appreciate the whole staff because customer service has been great! I would recommend to not only check out groupon because their deals are amazing, but try a service out for yourself.

I bought a Groupon because I wanted a new haircut and style. I booked with Laura and she is amazing. You can tell she’s very meticulous and takes a lot of pride in her work. That’s exactly the kind of person I want cutting my hair. She did exactly what I asked and it turned out better than I expected! Highly recommend this salon and specifically Laura! Great location. My stylist this time was Laura Palcaukiene. She was friendly, professional, and accommodating. I ended up not having the Groupon code that was requested, but she was able to take my credit card (or cash). Keep in mind when you come here that you cannot tip using your card, its easiest to use cash or the Groupon code + cash.All the other girls here were very friendly and polite. Ill definitely be coming back here in the future. Thank you!

Sooooo relaxing & that was for a mani pedi. Nice setup with 2nd fl salon. I think floor 1 was massage therapy. Strict adherence to COVID precautions. It was a little cool for my taste. But the service was excellent-planning to visit again!

Daniel is a fantastic massage therapist! I had some neck issues that had been bothering me for a few weeks. All my doctor could do was give steroids and muscle relaxers. I had been complaining about the pain to my coworkers, and they were giving me treatment suggestions. A friend of mine told me about Daniel and how she had issues that he was able to give relief. The massage was focused on my neck and shoulder area and it was heavenly. He felt what was wrong without me saying anything. I believe in spiritual healing and I think he has that gift. Hes very respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I felt completely comfortable.

This was my first time at Ambience Salon. It was such a great experience. My stylist was Maria and she was fabulous. She really listened to what I wanted and took the time to make the style just right. I will definitely be coming back to see Maria.

Got my lashes done by Gaby and they look amazing. Ive been to MANY lash studios and I have to say Gaby by far does the best lashes. She takes her time and is a perfectionist.

I switched hair stylists a few months back since I could NOT find someone who could properly color my hair for the past 2 years since it pulls a horrible copper color and was about to give up. Luckily I found Jeni C, who takes the time to remember my specific hair needs and flawlessly gets me to the color that Ive been wanting. She knew exactly what to do without experimenting on it or trial/error. She recently started doing her appointments at Ambience so I followed her there and Ive got to say its one of the most professional, relaxed, and clean studios Ive been to. The store is modern, comfortable and they do everything from massages to nails as well. You can tell that all the staff is really skilled and really values your business. I rate Jeni a 10 out of 5 if I could but I also give the salon a perfect score too!

Massages from Daniel are the best. Highly recommended, he pays close attention to what hurts and what you need. Hes very knowledgeable about what to do and how to provide the best quality massage. Be sure to make an appointment.

Loved it! I went in to have my hair fixed and I saw Christy. She was amazing. I have never had such a good cut. This will be my regular place from now on. I am scheduling my second appt this week. The first time, I went on my lunch break. She was very nice and kept a conversation going and went the extra mile for me. I recommend this for anyone looking for a new stylist.
