I wanted to do 0 stars because we we towed from you bank tonight. Saturday December 15. Your signs say 9-12 on Saturday no parking during business hours. We went to dinner at 5 pm and we were gone for an hour and a half. Cass towing towed our car in that time at the cost of $225 dollars! We had two baby seats in the car and were stranded in the cold. Not to mention I had two Air Force service members whom are my family in the car with me. The car also had veteran plates. Cass Towing is the rudest company I have ever dealt with. I don’t know if this is your usual banking etiquette to have people towed after banking hours.

Very happy to work with a bank that will only reverse 1 overdraft fee of 3 charged in a single day, especially during the corona pandemic. Very very upsetting to see this from them.

I come from a different Credit Union and needed to withdraw cash. The attendant was friendly, quick, and walked me through the process with no hassle. :) Glad to have them so close.

People are nice, not pushy like BOA which I am use to (you cant get any worse than them unfortunately.) I really just wish that there was an ATM that would take my money instead of always needing to see a teller for a simple deposit. Please install a depositing ATM at your locations (mostly Dover). It is very inconvenient for people that work full time to try to find time to stop by. I WANT YOU TO TAKE MY MONEY!!! Anyways, I am waiting out until this happens. I pray to baby jesus every night that it is happening soon :)

Switched from Citizens to HRCU, love it, better rates, friendlier staff, and a lot less hassels, will not go back to citizens
