Worse bank Ive ever had. In the process of switching banks because they never have the instant debit card machine up and running. I have went to every location in Kent county trying to get a new debit card because I cant wait 10-14 business days for a card in the mail. super inconvenient. Last time my card was stolen I never even received a card in the mail, and now it was blocked because of a fraudulent charge. The card machines are never up and running, the app always goes down, and every time you call to speak with anyone you wait on hold for 30 mins and they dont even help you. I dont recommend this bank at all.

So I had an account since I was 15 years old. Paid any and all money I owed, even money I didnt owe to stay in good standing. I decided to check on my account and found they stole my money and closed it. They have all my contact information if I needed to take action on my account but, no, I received no contact. You just took my money and closed my account in secret. that is theft.... And another thing activity fees? Since when? When I first had my account there were none. I use to feel Dover Federal was the best bank there was but I guess my social status wasnt high enough to be informed about your practices. Thankfully I didnt need that money for an emergency. No wonder Ive hearing about so many members shopping for a new bank.

They now charge you 4 dollars if you pay your bill on the phone. And if you do it online they still charge you 4 dollars for the first time setting up the payments. Talk about squeezing money from people. Will close my account once I pay my car off. That’s crazy.

I have been with this bank almost twenty years, one of my first accounts. Just found out they have been charging me ridiculous inactivity fees, then closed my account once balance was deleted. All without any email notifications. I had no idea there was an issue with my address. Very upset. Called and told nothing can be done because wrong address on file. Somehow they had correct address to mail the account closure, but not the inactivity charges. Used to be great bank to work with, but I will not deal with them in future.

Paid 300$ on my car payment and they put my money on my ex fiancee vehicle. We only had the same address ...my name was never listed on his Toyota fj cruiser. I have a Chevy Malibu. He has lived in Texas for 3 years now. It was hell getting that straightened out.

The worst phone service ever been waiting on hold for 1 hour and 47 min and counting just so that I can pay my car payment and ask what my account number is this is horrible it’s a Wednesday they really need a call back option if they are that short staffed

They never answer the phone even at the extension they leave for you. Online website never works. charge an outrageous fee to pay your loan no matter how you pay it. Paid off my loan was told my title would congee in the mail in 6-7 weeks to later find out they held ft or a .63 balance that shouldnt have existed. They input everything incorrectly and customer service is terrible. Go elsewhere.

Wish l could give 0 stars. This bank is terrible with customer service, do NOT ever use them for a loan/title/anything other then a place to keep your money. Even then ld recommend finding a better bank. Something as simple as requesting a title cant even be done correctly. Customer service tells you one thing, the branch tells you something else, and no one returns phone calls. Cashiers check isnt the same as cash, but they seem to think so. This is the 2nd time lve ran into issues with this bank. The only person who was able to help me quit, probably because she was sick of doing other peoples jobs. You are much better off with another bank.
