I had 5x7 cards printed here that were cut in all different sizes and shapes when I came to pick them up. Selah (spelling?) was very nice and offered to reprint and cut them correctly for me. Then I was given a discount for the trouble ans having to come back again for pickup. Great customer service making a wrong right!

Well Walgreens was once great for getting your meds at least picked up at whatever time you needed them but that is no longer the case. At 8:04 pm on a Sunday and I was out of luck getting a much-needed antibiotic.

Pharmacy is trash, took 2 hours to get a medication prescription not counting the time waiting to give them my prescription

Worst customer services ever especially on the pharmacy side I dont see how they can keep people like this in the business industry very rude staffs and I dont think they really run your insurance cards either but I would advise people to stay away from this location its not worth it especially the bad energy that come with it

Being displaced Im using this Walgreens to pick up my prescriptions. This Walgreens is easy to find though it might be a little hard to reach, its on the corner of two busy roads here in Dothan. Its a typical Walgreens and has a clean parking lot. Wheelchair access was good with both parking and a curb cut in front of the door, no access barriers. Access inside the store was good as well though I found a few options blocked with stocking going on. There were other options and employees were willing to move things for me. I found the employees nice and willing to help, asking if I was finding things or asking if they could be of assistance. I did notice a seasonal change to Christmas had started, Thanksgiving still hasn’t happened. The pharmacy staff was good as well. I was lucky there was no one waiting to be served so I was taken care of quickly. I took a few pictures for those looking to plan their trip.

My husband and I have never had a problem with them. In fact would like to thank them for after leaving ER with my youngest at 11 at night they filled her Rx so we could get her home. Fast and friendly. thank you.

LOVE this Walgreens! They always have my meds ready when I come by and the pharmacists are real nice to help ya find what your looking for!

Went to Walgreens to get a passport photo. Customer service poor. Staff did not seem to know how to do much. Went to pick up photo, could not find. Showed no concern or apology. Acted like they could not be bothered. However, after I made it home, I called back to see if the picture was still on the camera and was told that they made a new picture and it was ready for pick up. I went back and the technicians told me they were sorry for the inconvenience and no charge for the picture.

I have the most horrible experience with the Pharmacy and Pharmacys staff every time. I only keep a backup prescription of insulin here just in case Im out of town or cant get to my regular pharmacy. The ONLY reason I continue to fill the one prescription of insulin here is because better safe than sorry and if I do need to refill insulin but Im not at home u can pretty much bet there is a walgreens nearby and it and also a chance that its 24hrs. Other than that, the store itself is, for the most part, over-priced and the rest of the time its mediocre but also possibly more convenient at best. Regardless, the OVERPRICED Pharmacy and its seemingly untrained Pharmacy staff continue to be the top 2 reasons Id rather pay more for less ANYWHERE ELSE; so long as dont have to see the confused and tempered look on their​ faces when they​ realize that they cant find my prescription that they just called, texted, emailed and pushed a notification to my home screen fun the App telling me its ready.

Male pharm Very friendly and was willing to check On the location of my relatives hard to obtain pain prescription; younger female Came back ten minutes later to rudely tell me that they dont accept Out-of-State prescriptions. Thanks, Walgreens for 2 years of service and now no more. I was 45 miles away from home trying to locate a sick mans medicine . Guess if you cant take your medication on a plane with you either then youre just screwed.

Made the mistake of trying to use Walgreens pharmacy again. 1 hours later the pharmacist just got back and still says it will be another 30 mins before she could transfer my sick sons medication.

I have never had great service from this pharmacy, but today took the cake. (I only use this pharmacy when I am pressed for time since my regular pharmacy is a hospital employee pharmacy on the other side of town.) A prescription was called in for my newborn. I took them my insurance card; the tech tried entering the information in the computer then told me that my child is not listed as a covered dependent. She said they would have to call. I went out and waited in my vehicle and called back 20 minutes later. They told me I will have to pay cash, approximately $39 for the antibiotic. I was annoyed since I knew my child was covered. I wrnt through the drive-thru to pick the Rx up and it came to $55.99. When I asked why the price is different, they said THEY had to change the Rx since they didnt have the smaller quantity that was prescribed. Not only did they not ask me if that would be alright, but they were jerks on top of it. I would have went to my regular pharmacy. I called my insurance company and my child IS covered. This lazy pharmacy just didnt call or run my insurance. I have to drive back to Dothan with my receipt to get a refund.

Other than the amount of time it took I was very pleased with the technicians and the pharmacist.
