I have been getting prescriptions filled at Jacks for some time for my husband. Today was really awful! I went in and was originally greeted by a cashier and was told I could browse their “boutique” section while I waited it wanted to. I did just that and found an item I wanted to purchase. I realized that I left my purse in my truck and left the item on the table with the cashier. When I returned into the store I was being watched and talked about from an old red head lady and two others. I asked if something was wrong and they ignored me! I then was in the process of paying for the medication and item I left at the register, then was advised that my check would have to be a proved by the same red head that was treating me differently than all the other customers. This was a horrible experience and I will never ever shop at Jacks Drugs again! I will also tell everyone I know to never shop there either!

I get my meds there everyday, and it would be 5 stars but this one time I went in and their computer system was down and I had to go two days without my medicine which isn’t a type of medicine that you can miss doses. They didn’t seem to care that I was going to be sick because of their system malfunctioning. The staff is usually very nice and they know me by name.

Dont have a problem with the drug store. I never go in but through the drive through. They tell me it will be 20-30 minutes sometimes so i pull away and go park and play on my computer and go back and all is good. I think not enough satisfied customers come on and rate places so Im going to rate the good, the bad, and the ugly.

The staff is overly helpful and more than courteous. Hospitality reigns #1 priority as the staff makes you feel right at home.

The staff is always so friendly and pharmacist is very knowledgeable, ensure medication is taken correctly by giving verbal instruction when meds are picked up.

I have always loved jacks drugs they are amazing. Until recently when this new girl answered the phone and was not particularly nice, all the other girls there I cut up with but this one went and lied to the pharmacist who then had the nerve to confront me about it with lies about things I said. My fiancé may still use them but I refuse to. Not after the way I was talked to all over a girl looking for drama. I believe if I was so bad they would have multiple complaints BUT THEY DONT so that girl who whined and lied and the pharmacist that told me they dont treat client ugly (while she was treating me ugly) can kiss it. I wont be back and Ive got about 6 people I told who wont be back either because they have had similar experiences. Just so you know. Watch out for the blonde pharmacist and the new meek one. 😎 later guys
