Not good services. They would have early morning meetings but have patients scheduled for that time. No one covered for the therapist if they were gone. Never helped in therapy to get back to a decent level. Sessions were to be at least 45 minutes but tgey were late in starting and then finished early. Do mot recommend them at all.

My therapist treated me with the utmost respect making therapy fun. My thumb was almost back to normal when she released me to continue my therapy at home.She was very professional and still made it fun.I would recommend Ascension Via Christi Therapy to other people needing therapy.

Excellent one on one PT care & guidance! The entire staff took time to listen & answer all of my multiple questions/concerns on healing/ROM with my recovery of TKR. They always showed true caring & encouragement with my progress, as well as some day’s experiencing set backs with my ROM. They explained in detail all the exercises I needed to do & continue at home to improve my ROM & strength. They were very knowledgeable, professional & especially kind to me, and for that I am grateful as I continue my road to recovery of my new knee replacement. A huge thank you to Jason, Natasha & John!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horribly rude receptionists. Every SINGLE time I came into the office to get a depo shot I was told something different. They were always confused and told me I needed an appointment before I could get the shot, then the next time I would be told something entirely different from the last. A bunch of idiots who dont know anything. Absolutely awful organization. I will be finding a new doctor thanks to these morons.

Not one to post a bad review on any place but nothing but bad experiences with the receptionists at this location. Very rude, unhelpful, and unfriendly. I had to change my daughters pediatrician to driving way to the East side just because of the unfriendly terrible experiences with the receptionists and ladies up front. Just had another bad experience with them when I had to come to this office for an ob appointment. Don’t recommend this office at all. I will continue to drive across town to avoid this location, and will not let them schedule another appointment for me at this office.

Dr. Anthony is loud and doesn’t know what he is doing I love to see Dr.garner the most but he was booked. Anthony was sticking an otoscope up my nose even though I just wanted to know if I had the flu. Worst person ever

John really listened to the history of my foot injury during the initial assessment. Each and every visit he worked hard to provide ideas on additional stretches and exercises I could do between visits to compliment the treatments. While I didn’t end my therapy with my plantar fasciitis “cured”, I certainly left with the tools to continue the healing process moving forward! I highly recommend John and the Via Christi Clinic Physical Therapy in Derby!

Im almost 19 and my primary doctor is at this clinic. I loved being seen by Dr. Palacio, but every single time I have interacted with the receptionists I have had a problem. They frequently give false information, and even told me not to make an appointment because my doctor probably wouldnt do anything. The receptionists are rude, inconsiderate and fail to do their job properly. I had to wait over an hour for an injection because the receptionist failed to notify the nurse, who then told me that I should never wait more than 5 minutes to get my injection. Every time I have tried to make an appointment Im greeted by rude people who give their opinion rather than help you schedule an appointment. Great doctors and nurses, but awful receptionists.

I went to this clinic last month and while the staff and nurses were very courteous, the billing and lab work was terrible. I went in with severe abdomen pain, they refused to do blood work and only did a UA. The UA came back negative and there was no sign of infection but they wanted to treat it like an infection. 500 dollars later (that i paid upfront) i received a bill for an additional 70 dollars. When I asked what the charges were for the young woman i spoke to said she would call back, she did and informed me again that I still owed money and that I signed an agreement that other charges might apply I said thats fine but what are the charges for, she answered Nothing specific. And of course the treatment didnt work and after going to a different clinic they did the blood work, found the issue, treated me properly and now Im good to go.

I have tried getting in to see ODell a few times either shes booked until a few months out, or I have to see a nurse practitioner. I have 1 no call no show due to being too sick to go in, and I slept through the appointment time. The second time I had to take my dad to the ER, and honestly you dont think about appointments when your dads heart is failing. Also I have had to deal with rude receptionists, rude scheduling. Ive called for a simple referral to see an obgyn for an ongoing medical issue I have. I had a cyst burst recently, because I couldnt get in. The scheduling lady told me to call my insurance which I have horrible anxiety about calling people, so I told her Id have my mother help me. The lady said Youre an adult why dont you call?. I wouldnt recommend this office to anyone. Ive been to some bad offices, but this takes the cake.

They refused to treat me for an urgent medical condition bc I have a pre existing mental health disorder. I didn’t even need treated by them for a mental issue but for organ failure. Hope I survive until I can call a different new Dr, between work & kids I don’t have time for discrimination!

Dr Palacio and Dr Fullerton are both amazing and compassionate doctors that care about their patients. Our family loves the care weve received!

Dr Garner was great,the lady who draws blood was rude,this is Ashley’s mom and ash has disabilities and hearing loss. So you have to talk in front of her.ashley felt as though she was rude to her.all it takes is kindness.ashley wouldn’t say anything but let me know it bothered her.

DR. P is amazing and great with both kids. He stays on top of any medical issues.

Rarely a wait to get into a room. Have always had professional service and good medical advice/help.
