A walk in on a very busy day. I had symptoms of a UTI. They got me right in. The nurse practitioner (wish I remembered her name) was amazing. She sat with me and discussed with me everything that was going on with me this summer (been sick a lot). She went through everything and gave me very good suggestions. She didnt have to do anything but check me for a UTI. The girl at the front desk was very kind also. And I mean they were very BUSY!!

Just went in with my son who was sick. The desk person Sam and Nurse Practitioner Karla were so great with my son. Super patient and kind, and although they were busy these women never seemed rushed in their care of us. Covid has worn the healthcare workers out, but I am glad there are still wonderful people willing to do this important job despite the hardships. Thank you!

I am so thankful to the Nurse Practicionor and lady running the check-in desk today, July 20, 2021. My 3 year old daughter is visiting grandparents in Derby until August, we live in Texas. My daughter had an ear infection today. My mom took her in. They talked to me on my moms phone to get permission to treat my daughter and give permission for them to talk to my mom since she is not her legal guardian. They allowed it as verbal permission instead of me signing a written form. They kept me calm since I am six hours away in Texas. You guys are awesome. Thank you so much.

Easy, fast service. No complaints.

Rude and not helpful. I was having trouble completing the computer registration. Front desk person refused to watch to see what I was doing wrong. Told me they wouldn’t see me without the computer registration being completed. I was not able to do it. Surprise but she pulled out a paper saying I could complete it after being told only way was on the computer. Also, was told no other place around had high dose flu shots. Got a high dose flu shot elsewhere and won’t be back to The The Little Clinic.

Practitioner was very nice and helpful. Check in was fast and Audra was very professional. Would recommend.

I received better treatment and more answers to my upper respiratory struggles than ever here! I’ve visited Physicians, Specialists and even ER elsewhere and never received so many answers and I’m confident that I’m closer than ever to an absolute diagnosis with options for connection to future physical procedure to finally end my suffering. Wait time was reasonable; the nurse practitioner (Kim) is the principle reason I would return; not there just for a job; sincerely interested in treatment; follow-up care was excellent (they initiated 3 phone calls). Highly recommend if Kim is on the clock.

Been here multiple times and am never disappointed. They always give me great assistance and have given me further referrals to other doctors when needed. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but what do you expect from a walk in clinic?

Don’t go there, wait times are terrible and for something minor and they will try to schedule you for the next day.

Very convenient. Very fast. Able to do my groceries as well. But if you have the flu you have to wait 15 days to get antibiotics. Did get diagnosis to have flu which takes 2 weeks to run its course without medication per Kim the practitioner. Although able to get eczema medication filled and the pharmacy in Dillons is 10 foot-steps away which takes couple minutes to get my medication purchased.

I wouldnt even go back to this place for a minor case of the sniffles. Its a joke, a pretense at medical care. The staff was incredibly uninformed, impersonal and incompetent. The wait was ridiculous. Save time, money and pain and find real doctors.

Walked in to get checked out and the registration nurse was very rude when Indicating the wait time. I didnt stay to be seen.

I went there the first time and they didnt ask me for guardianship paperwork. I went for the back to school check up. The second time it was an emergency and they gave a grief about the paper. I request an itemized recipe that night and they told me I can get it later. I called later and requested them to be mailed to me and they denied. They want to see if I am the person that I am saying I am. Are you seriously. What kind of customer service is this.
