After receiving very poor service from another local optical company and waiting 3-1/2 months for new glasses, the new glasses still needed nose pad adjustments. I could not bear going back to the place where I bought them. Instead, I tried Stack Optical Service in my neighborhood. At Stack, Nay made me feel welcome and did an excellent job of adjusting my new frame and nose pads. She is truly an artisan! I am grateful to find an optical company that I trust and look forward to working with again and again!

I had a sudden need to get my glasses frames fixed after stepping on them and was told they werent fixable. However, I found Stack Optical on S. Monaco Parkway and went by to see if they could help. I was immediately helped by the friendly staff and within minutes my glasses were expertly fixed by Nadine, their in-house specialist. She even adjusted the glasses I was wearing, so now I have 2 pairs that fit and function perfectly. The kicker was there was no charge for this repair! I will definitely be back there for future eyewear purchases, and will refer my friends at every opportunity. Spectacular service.

I just want to give a big shoutout to Stack Optical! I highly recommend them. My daughter had gotten her eyeglasses from a different optical place and we kept going back to the place where we got them from several times! The guy told us he couldn’t adjust them anymore. So we then found Stacks. We went inside and I explain to the lady what had happened and that my daughter had broken her other pair of glasses and the pair that she had on was really bothering the back of her ears. My daughter happens to have special needs and I told the lady she needs these glasses fixed because she starts school tomorrow and she doesn’t have another pair. This lady sat my daughter down and immediately started working on her glasses and before you know it she had fix her glasses! at no charge to us. I am generally not the type who write reviews! But the service i received from stack optical was beyond my expectations. We were visiting from VA to CO for a family trip! My dad broke his only pair of glasses on day 2 of 6 and was very stressed for obvious reasons! I came across stack optical since it was near our hotel and because of the reviews! I went in the store and Nadine greeted me with a smile and was a charm to work with! She was so friendly that we ended up chatting for almost 45 minutes! 5 stars!! Recently, a few of my favorite pairs of sunglasses broke. After looking for awhile trying to find a good place to get them fixed, I came across Stack Optical and read nothing but great reviews. I decided to give them a try and well- I now know where to go for any of my glasses needs in the future! They were not only able to get me in quickly and fix the glasses within minutes, but were also incredibly nice and friendly! I will definitely be back in the future for any eye care needs!

Highly recommended. Brought my Ray-Ban’s in that I had purchased elsewhere that were twisted and staff fixed them quickly and sent me on my way - no charge. They are clearly skilled and knowledgeable as well as the friendliest shop I’ve stopped into in the 8 years I’ve lived in Denver.

This place was a life saver. The frames on my glasses broke and I found out that other stores wont let you buy new frames unless you bought your original glasses with them. They all said they couldnt help me.When the store I bought mine from opened they said they could only use the same frame I bought and that they wouldnt be in stock for more than a month. I work moving large vehicles in a garage so I had no idea what I was going to do until I found this place.They got me new frames that matched the lenses I had in about half an hour and I was able to go to work that evening. The service was great and if I have trouble with my glasses again this will be the first place I go to.

About a week ago my boyfriend accidently sat on my glasses and I thought there was no hope for it and I would have to get new ones - not only had the lenses fallen off, but the whole frame had also become completely deformed.A quick google search led me to the Stack Optical Service and I couldnt be more satisfied with my finding and choice - the care that my glasses and I were given by Nadine were exceptional!I wish I had taken pictures of my glasses before and after but, as I said, I was hopeless about it! I did not think I would be able to wear them ever again!Obviously and fortunately, I was wrong!Although it was a 30-40 bike ride from my place, it was completely worth it! I had chosen this place because of its great reviews and in fact I ended up having a great experience!

Nadine is so nice! I was visiting the Denver area and I brought my frame in because the screw fell out. I couldn’t get it back in myself because of the spring on the arm. She fixed my glasses and didn’t charge. I don’t live in the area but if I did I would come here for my next pair of glasses!

Nadine is terrific! I bought a pair of Prada sunglasses from Sunglass Hut this summer for my birthday and had an accident. The hinge was broken inside of the frame and I was turned away by Sunglass Hut, Lens Crafters and Prada’s own technicians Luxxotica. I explained everything to Nadine and that I understood the damage may be irreparable. Nadine took a shot at it and my Pradas are back in business. I came here to get my glasses fixed after an arm fell off. They were able to fix it for 100% free because I had lost the spring because it had fallen out so one of the arms is still loose because it’s unfixable without a new arm. I’d 100% recommend them they are extremely welcoming and friendly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

The eye doctors here are incredibly kind and welcoming. I had a pair of Ray-Ban frames that had gotten bent out of shape accidentally. Dr. Stack fixed the issue immediately and didnt charge me anything! My glasses had come apart as a result of losing one of those very tiny screws holding the temple to the eyeglass frame. . I called Stack Optical and spoke with Allen Stack, the owner and head optician who invited me over. He was able to fix the problem in minutes and refused any monetary compensation for his efforts. I made an appointment (social distancing) to have these guys look at a pair of prescription wire frame sunglasses i accidently sat on and really got them twisted. I wasnt sure if they were going to be able to fix them as i bought another frame off ebay and they too were twisted--but not as bad as mine. I was refused my prescription twice, the first time was directly after the exam and again 2 weeks later over the phone. It seemed like they were trying to force me into spending money with their business and I do not appreciate being forced to do anything. The eye doctor is friendly, professional and polite, but the staff is lacking organization, quality service, and efficient/effective communication. I am Never coming back here and neither is my spouse.
