My son just turned two, he had never had his eyes checked. I was dreading going in because I know my son does not sit still for long and does not like other people touching him. Luckily they are very good with children here. They have cool lights that distract him, cute cartoons, and we’re good at having him sit still. The walls are painted like children’s story books. This all helps make children a lot more relaxed…. I have previously took my older children to the Longmont location, but we have moved since. I’m glad this location is also good. I would suggest this place for any child.

My 5 year old had his first appointment at the vision department & it went amazing! They were So patient and extremely nice !!

My daughters both wear glasses. They have been going here since their first pair when they started kindergarten. We are often taken early if we arrive early and everything is done quickly and professionally. The sweet lady even guides them to glasses that fit their face because they inevitably choose ones that are way too big or arent flattering. I really like this location and will continue bringing my kids here for their vision appointments.

I had an appointment there for vision first and everything went well that side very nice and great Customer service but whole different story there at the dental side the receptionist seating on the left side unfortunately I didn’t catch her name but she was the rudest person there, for whatever reason she was struggling to verify my kid insurances and I defend paid the price for it, she was rude short answers and she literally threw my insurance card back at me it was my first time using their dentist services and Definitely never again!! I don’t need someone to make me feel that way specially having double coverage.

They are very good dentists, the only thing that isn’t the best their is. 1: they did lie to my daughter about getting a shot and 2:of you ask for less numbing they just swipe and then that’s it. 3: my daughters always leave their in pain whether it’s just a cleaning or leaving from the vision area of the store. But something I love about it here is the dentists really care with their heart they always make my kids feel better.

I came to get my daughter contacts and asked them for a case and they told me they didnt have any . What the heaven , how does a vision facility not have them . The Dr. Is a great guy but you sale glasses and contacts. How do you not have the cases for contacts. Then I heard the two ladys in the back saying they dont just give them out . I JUST BOUGHT 6 MONTHS OF CONTACTS FROM THEM THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS GIVE ME A CASE .

They wouldn’t see him because I didn’t want x rays for him, pretty sure he would have been ok with cleaning and dentist check.

I really appreciate the ease of having all three services so conveniently together. I was told by the dentist that my child needed a root canal. I went across to Risa’s who said she didn’t. I don’t know how to tell who is correct. 🤷‍♀️ Our experience with braces has been great with exception of one very harsh tech basically threatening to take my daughters braces off and not finish her treatment. Now at this last appointment they mentioned surgery to remove teeth to make room in her mouth. How has this literally NEVER been mentioned before? We just finished two years and they just told us we should be bringing our daughter in every 4-6 weeks. Why did they wait 2 years to tell us? 🤷‍♀️ Our experience with the vision has been great as well. Glasses are expensive no matter where you go but, they’re more expensive here than just getting your prescription and ordering them online.

My 6 year old needed to get a cap on one of his teeth and the dentist was so wonderful with him. I was going between two rooms and walked in to find the dentist (Dona)singing “baby shark” and “the wheels on the bus” with him while working on his teeth. Maybe it’s me but we need more people like her who work with small kids.

Did not help my daughter with her pain , and they are the one who caused it . Told her just to take pain pills and good bye 😡

My kiddos have gone to Adventure for dental and vision care. Everytime we go the staff is caring and kind and helpful. The nursing staff is amazing with kids of every age. They explain procedures and ensure every child is comfortable and understands what is happening. The Doctors are also amazing. They are so patient and take the time to talk to parents and kids and make sure everyone is clear on what is happening. I am so happy we found a place that cares so much about the health and wellness of my kiddos. I wish they could add pediatric medicine. That would be incredible. Keep up the great work😊

My daughter has been going here for her braces for over a year. We’ve had a couple issues with them threatening to not see her again if we missed a appointment witch I share 50/50 custody so the appointment was not my day. There’s been times I’ve taken her in for a emergency and they were closed due to “emergency”. Now I have a 12 year old needing braces witch are costing me 4000 and the day of his appointment we go in and they tell me they are closed. Due to another emergency. Apparently called me but said my number did work but they have my Email and emergency contact on file being I have other child who goes here. There for we set the appointment for the next day for his braces. Then they call back telling me they can’t see him he needs a cleaning first. But never told me this before the first appointment. So we’ll be waiting another month before my child can get into braces. This office is so unorganized and constantly running into some kind of emergency where they don’t even have a doctor on staff to do the work that needs to be done for our children.

They make appointments but never keep the times. We waited an hour and half for just a cleaning. They say come early for paper work and to be checked in. We came ten minutes before our time and seen people come in after us that got to go in. Our time was set for 3:30 my child didn’t get seen till 3:55 and that’s because I asked why the wait was long. Then I asked why kids were going in before us and they said their appointments were at the same time or before 3:30. So if they didn’t come in early for “paperwork “ or on time why get seen right away. They should take the kids who check in first not by appointment time if your late. Plus there is a sign that says please check with us if you have been waiting 20 minutes. Why post it if you won’t do anything about it. So frustrating.

Took my son here once and not again, he has special needs and takes a bit more of patience so when the Dr. Was asking the questions during the testing it took him a bit to respond I could tell the Dr. Was rolling her eyeballs and I could see the assistants face and how uncomfortable she felt she was more professional than the Dr.

Arrived 30 minutes early for an appointment that the company canceled without providing me notice. Receptionist wasnt interested in my appointment confirmation. Receptionist and manager lied and changed reasoning several times about why the appointment was canceled. Horrible in person customer service.

WONDERFUL STAFF!!! My little ones gave them such a hard time cause they didnt want the eye drops but the staff was so wonderful and patience with my little monsters, Im so sorry they acted like that but YOU ALL ARE WONDERFUL, THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

The Worst Costumer service ever especially with Receptionist name Rosa!!!!! in the dental care are my children have had all dental and vision and orthodontic care to this location for the longest time till they got new management thats what the receptionist had mention .they denied my kids care on a saturday when appointments have been confirm because of some discrepancies on there last name on there paper work to insurance its been the secound time this happens to me and its the same things with the same receptionist when the first time i made sure with here everything was right to no go tru this they could of call before the appointment and fix this problem insted of my husband showing up with all my kids on a saturday morning at 8am and get denied for there dental care at this point not taking my kids there no more after many years going to that location BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!!!! BIG DISCOURAGE !!!

After calling with my concerns adventure dental got us in very quickly. The staff is always very nice and thorough with exclamations of treatment.

My children saw Dr. Matt for vision and I highly recommend him. He was patient with my two children especially when we had to dilate their eyes and they screamed bloody murder. They were quiet and shy and even then he was patient and able to do a thorough exam on them. I will be coming here for future eye exams. Thank you.

My experience was not that great. If I could give 0 stars I would. The place was packed and we are in the middle of a world wide pandemic. There are many reasons on why I’m giving a one star, not all will I list. The staff is unprofessional, and many showed a lack of maturity. I was blamed for why we waited for over an hour to be seen, when I have a voice mail to prove our actual appointment time. They didn’t even know what the appointment was for, when we were sent on referral. The place was chaos. Reflecting back I am grateful no work needed to be done with them for my son, because we did not feel safe there. We won’t be returning.

The vision side was phenomenal from the assistants to the eye dr. Now on the dental side the assistants were rude and constantly giving dirty looks and the male dentist was nice and very knowledgeable but the female dentist had no bedside manner and was in a rush.

The place over all is nice and most of the staff is nice they’re a lot of new faces and I think they have new management because I have never seen one walking around as much as I have when I last took my kids. They have a new check in system they said nothing about it which was a little annoying but I get due to COVID and it depends on the front staff they’re all young girls and most of them have an attitude but I am not the one Brenda but other than that I love that place I’ve been taking my daughter there since she was 3 she is now 14 and my son has been going as well since he was 5 been back and worth cuz we’ve had to move but now we’re back the vision clinic is nice and the girls and staff I love them they’re great and fun and always helpful.

Dr. Dana was amazing. She kept our daughter comfortable during her procedure. She was engaged and kept us informed through the whole process

While I sat waiting for the doctor to provide services, staff was in and out of our room not even knocking when they were coming in. They talked amongst themselves about topics unrelated to treatment or anything related to my child’s services as if we were not in the room. Front desk staff gossiping while I was getting checked out. For being a kids dentistry, they are not very kid friendly especially the doctor. Considering finding a new kids dentistry.

Such a beautiful office decorated perfectly for children. The staff is good, calming and so attentive to the children. I recommend Adventure Dental.

Got here 10 min early our appointments were at 10.. its 10:30 as we still wait. I ask how long are they behind. She said ut would be about 10 more minutes witch its been 10 minutes.. the wait sucks i could see if it was only 10 min wait but.. if you have NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR DAY THEN YOU SHOULD BE OK TO WAIT AN HOUR AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT..

Both the dr and anesthesia dr were very thorough and went into great detail about my daughters procedure. They were amazing!

Although the office was busy they saw my son promptly. The medical assistant was amazing! She was so patient and friendly with my energetic son. She made him feel at ease during treatment. She truly cared for my son and made our visit wonderful.

I wish I could give this place zero stars 🤬 I called to set up an appt for my son & the person I spoke w/ was able to get me in the next day. I told her I wanted to to be set up at the location on Colfax & Boston she assured me that she would set up the appt there. I gave her all our insurance information. I later received an email to sign up for the portal, when I sign up for the portal she entered all of our information wrong. I go to my sons appt & I am told that I was signed up at a different & that the location I was at did not take my insurance. I would not recommend this practice. They did not care that someone on there team had made a mistake & did not acknowledge what had been done. There was a lack of sympathy & compassion from both offices. They seemed to not care or even try to resolve the solution.

I took my 5 yo for an eye exam because she didnt pass the school vision test. She was very nervous about it, but they were absolutely wonderful at interacting with her and making her feel comfortable and happy. My only small complaint is that the waiting room was very full and busy, but it really wasnt a big deal. Our overall experience was a very good one.

I want to be able to give a 5 so badly but it’s not deserved. I’ve been coming here for years and just recently have I been having issues there. The girls upfront are not the nicest when going about issues they like to say “well I don’t know what to tell you” like yesterday they tried to tell me I didn’t and I did and they said that. I’m so tired of the respectful that’s gone especially by the girls at the front they used to all be so sweet.

My daughters had a visit for vision and dental today. Vision front desk was amazing. I give them 5 stars. Very polite and attentive. They immediately asked us how we were and delivered extraordinary customer service! Dental, on the other hand, was not professional at all. We walked up to the reception area and both receptionists were on their phone. They did not acknowledge us until I said hi and told them I was ready to check in. I still didn’t get asked how I was doing, the receptionist put her phone down and gave me medical history forms to fill out. Aside from being rude, I had to ask for a clipboard because she did not hand me one. Reception was very unprofessional. Adventure Dental really needs to look into who they hire for their front desk, they are the first point of contact and they were not welcoming at all. At least pretend to like your job!!

Highly recommend Adventure Dental, the people here are so lovely, very nice!Jose was one of the people there that helped me, he’s a very sweet young man, really nice personality and good dental worker!

This is literally the only place I have brought my kids because they are amazing! The staff is great and they always know how to deal with difficult children. Dr. Dana is definitely one of the best hands down!! She sang to my son while working on his teeth today. The newer dentist they have, well the one woman is always late and if it werent for the assistants this place wouldnt do so good. Give your assistants more credit because I see them do more than just assist.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE!! Not only is the service terrible(they forgot to check us in, resulting in waiting forever cause they are majorly overbooked and understaffed) they are racking up a bill of unnecessary work on your child because they lost so much being closed during covid. I couldnt believe that actually said it but it all made sense when I took her elsewhere for a second opinion and theres not much to actually do. They didnt even address the issue I brought her in for either.

Why is the lobby full of so many people....? No guidelines are being followed and my family doesnt feel safe!!! Way too many people in the teeth cleaning area, people walking in and out with their whole families!!! Not a safe place

No social distancing is being followed whatsoever. 25 people in the lobby standing right by each other.... patients should be asked to wait outside or in their cars!!! Waited more than an hour for my app.... too many people are being seen and it doesn’t appear they have enough staff!!!!!

Had appiontments in vision and dental for all 4 of my children today and they were provided great care. Staff was so friendly and helpful the whole day. We will continue care here regularly after such a great experience during a not so great time of filling cavities.

I would give this place more stars but ortho office and vision are awesome great doctors and staff , on the dental side they schedule about 20 kids the same hour it is not safe at all, the front office staff is horrible i was ignored by the little short one she was very rude she spoke to me in a manner of hate , I was helped by another receptionist with colored hair she was amazing helped me right away answered all my questions also the dentist and the assistant jesus was great if it was not for the other dental front office i would give this place a 5 star

Yeah I agree the staff there is friendly but when I went in a week ago to get fillings they were running behind which was kinda understandable but once I got called back I just felt like they where rushing, the Novocain shot was given to me incorrectly, I also asked for laughy gas but still felt everything they were doing it hurt so bad I started crying and they didn’t even care ! just said “you’re doing fine.” I don’t know what they did wrong but the whole left side of my mouth has been in so much pain for the last week and I’ve never had this much pain from getting fillings it’s feeling worse then when I got my wisdom teeth removed!?!?

Adventure vision is a great eye doctor for children very fast close to my home and they are very professional. They also give you a total amount out of pocket for the glasses and if you can not get them right away they are understanding and dont pressure you into getting the glasses. All the staff are very polite and helpful. My son is 7 and was dilated and was upset and the technician was very polite and let him take his time to do the other eye. Thank you adventure vision and I look forward to coming in with my oldest son in the summer.

My two year old had a great visit with both the eye and dental providers. There very good at working with kids through the exams. Plus the colorful artwork on the walls made the atmosphere more kid friendly!! Rebooked a second appointment. Thanks

Great experience! I have been going there for 9 years since my 1st child was 1 and now I take my other two children there as well. Everyone is always so nice and polite and great with the kids!! Ive never had a long wait time and I absolutely love the TVs on the ceilings for when the children have to have dental work done! That makes the kids feel very comfortable! I love adventure dental & vision!

I think overall it’s a pretty good office we visited all three the dental,ortho,and eye I had them scheduled the same Day and everything was all at the incorrect times. Left me confused but the dental assistants are kinda rude there not very warming. The dentist was so nice and the ortho was too and the front office for eye was not very nice but the eye de was super nice.

MEDICAID FRAUD!! My little girl is 4. They tried to say she had 18 cavities, needed her 2 front teeth pulled and would need to.be put under. I of course, got a second opinion and they said she only has 4 cavities including the front two teeth. I called Adventure Dental to hear how they came up with that amount of cavities and why would they recommend her to undergo something as serious as anesthesia. Guess what? No call back EVER! Im not surprised. Since having dealt with them Ive asked around and other people have had similar experiences with them where they say that the child has an outrageous amount of cavities and would need to be put under as well. So ya no! I was really excited to take her here too but was disappointed by this. Well never go there again.

Scheduled an appointment over 2 weeks ago had the confirmation pulled up on my phone yet the lady at the desk said i dont know who scheduled that appointment... But hes not on the schedule. She proceeded to say you can wait on our float schedule but there is 6 patients ahead of you and it could take 30 minutes it could take 1 hour or more just to be seen. The place was packed full of people the social distancing thing well that didnt even exist. I was told we would have to call when we arrived in the parking lot and they would escort you in. That did not happen. And they wanted us to sit in the crammed office and wait for hours to be seen. Ummm.... Is there something wrong with this picture? Dont make an appointment in advance because they wont know who made the appointment nor will you be on their schedule youll have to sit in the filthy office and wait for everyone to be seen before you.. I wouldnt recommend.

I have had four kids go there and two got all there work done and two did not. My child got her braces off and then we went in to see why her retainer did not work, they said her baby teeth where coming in and through them away. Her grandma was there and she told that we can save those, they tried to grab them out of the trash and give them to her. My fourth child needed to have surgery and they sent us to get it done, when we got it done I called to schedule an appointment and they would not because they said we never got it done. I explained that i had proof and they still would not schedule an appointment and they said when they get the message from the surgery center they would call us to schedule. Then about 3 to 4 months later we get a letter in the mail stating that do to are lack of compliance they are withdrawing treatment, So they are dismissing us as patients. So I called and told them that we all ready told them that we are not patients there and please stop sending letters. That was in 2017 and it is 2019 and I received a certified letter today stating that my son is not allowed to get and treatment there ever again do to not follow the orthodontic treatment. So here I am calling them again and they stated that they would take us off there mailing list to not send and more mail to us. What upsets me the most is that we as patients did nothing wrong and we are not allowed there they should fix there staff and not treat there patient the way the treated my family. I have worked at a dental office and we never treated are patient like that and this is so in-professional.

I loved this place my children loved it the dentist even sang to my daughter however my only complaint is that while busy with one child someone a dental assistant I dont know who she was just took my other child off into another room without telling me anything .. being a single mom with a restraining order on my childs bio father makes me so uneasy .. I only wish that she would have introduced herself and explained where she was taking my daughter. that didnt happen the day of our appointment I in turn suffered from an anxiety attack

I was rushed and it seemed as though the lady cleaner her teeth had no patience with my daughter who is very young.

Everyone was very friendly. It was clean. And they got to use quickly. My only complaint is that this is a place for young kids, and there are no books or toys for the kids in the waiting area. At least in the vision/Ortho side. I was expecting at least a activity table. And with 3 young children, it would he even very helpful.

Dr.Reddy was great ! Everyone was very professional and attentive. They made the overall experience for my daughter easy, his assistants were very helpful in keeping her calm and she was comfortable throughout her crown procedure.

My children are on Medicaid and we saw Dr. Smiley. She told me that my son, then 4 years old needed 5 gold caps on his teeth. Right when she said it I thought there is no way, absolutely no way. I didnt trust her since she hardly looked at my sons mouth before making her diagnosis. After getting a second opinion from a different dental practice, I learned my son needed ONE tiny filling and that was it... not a single gold cap, let alone 5!!! Trust your gut as parents because being on Medicaid, these dentists think they can pull a quick one!! I wouldnt trust Dr. Smiley with making a diagnosis for anybody. The dentist we see now is lovely and takes her time with every patient, unlike this one. I wouldnt suggest the dental practice here at all, as for the vision... they do a great job, very thorough.

The doctor was very rude about me asking questions and this is not the first time we’ve had this specific doctor, she also got annoyed at me when I asked about her assistant touching things with his hands and without gloves, I was not happy with this appointment at all and the doctor kept blaming the fact that sorry about the hiccups we’ve been closed due to covid which is understandable but they also have to run a professional business and make sure you have the proper tools and equipment needed to take care of the patient, lastly I had to wait almost 45 minutes to be taken back when we were on time to our appointment.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Staff is slow! Staff doesnt communicate with other staff members at all! The front desk knew I was pregnant & didnt notify the ladies that were going to work on my toddlers teeth so when I was holding her down in the back. The 2 ladies gave her gas for less than 2 mins and asked if I wanted to keep trying. Well yes of course I do! How about try harder & do your job. You work with children so you should have more patience with them! And when I said yes keep trying because I came to get her teeth worked on before Im induced tonight, the one lady said they couldnt continue because I was pregnant. No one at the front desk that I spoke to mentioned me not being able to be in the room with her or to have another adult come to be with her. So of course I got upset because it was a waste of time! Make sure your staff knows how to communicate with each other and with parents. And have more patience with young kids who are scared & dont know whats going on. Worst experience Ive had so far at this location. Will probably look for another facility that is more professional & knowledgeable. I was told she needed 2 caps and 1 filling but then when they were gonna start the gas they said no its 3 caps with no fillings.

I love the service by the doctor Reddy and Edda Heidi it just took longer to get pulled back from the scheduled time of appointment . And the office has way to many people waiting in the waiting room for dental .

Very disappointed! I made an appointment today for my son who has an infection in his tooth. They only had 4 pm time. Told them I really need this done and going to be a little late for that appointment. They said that is ok. Im 15 mins late and they said no! Wanted me to reschedule never coming here again!!

This is one of the best places to have braces put on. My daughter enjoys coming to all her appts. The facility is very clean and staff is very professional. I recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a great dental experience, super clean facility, and wonderfully trained staff. We have been coming her for 7 years and never had a problem. Love, love, love this place.

POOR SERVICE my son has braces in hes 10 years old in he had a broken wire that he didnt kno Hes pretty good at letting us kno in the dentist worker flip out on him. In also told him. Nd my wife that next time he goes in with a broken wire or bracket. That they will pull all hes wires and brackets out what kind Of service is that a 10 year old will not be 100% with braces or brackets like a adult will but my son has been. Pretty. Good in being really careful cause he has pit down before by the dentist about hes wire and brackets not the way to threat.
