I have been working with Dr. Lauren for the past few months and it has been an absolutely wonderful experience! She takes the time to really get to know you as a patient and works with you to make sure that you receive the best care possible. This has by far been the best experience that I have ever had working with a doctor and also the most heard and understood that I have ever felt in a healthcare setting. I initially came to the Naturopathic Clinic because I felt lost and was struggling in order to understand some of the ways that my body was changing. Like many other people, I started taking birth control unaware of ways it would impact my body and then went off of it thinking it would solve all of my problems. It didnt feel better and instead I felt lost, confused, and hopeless about what to do next. Dr. Lauren gave me direction and also has helped me figure out a way of life that is not only sustainable but also realistic. I spent so much time looking for quick fixes to my problems but can honestly say that I am enjoying the process so much and am looking forward to continuing my health journey. I feel better now than I ever have and will always be eternally grateful to Dr. Lauren for all that she has done for me. I cannot recommend Denver Naturopathic Clinic enough!!

I highly recommend Dr Asplin and the clinic. She has always been so “dialed in” when we meet and she really turns over every stone to try to get your body in peak working order. The response time from the staff and Dr A is second to none as well. My wife and I both are big fans.

Ive been seeing Dr. Kelsey for about 6 months now, and I am floored how much of a difference she has been able to make in my life. I came to her skeptical of all medical practitioners after being burned by so many traditional MDs, PTs, herbalists, etc. She helped me diagnose pretty significant hormone imbalances and prescribed natural supplements to help correct them. It took about 90 days and a lot of my trust, but they kicked in and are incredibly effective. More effective than prescription sleep meds, anxiety pills, CBD, all of it. Paired with a great therapist, a naturopathic doctor is an investment into your health that will actually give results. I had been written off by so many medical professionals before, and now I actually have a medical team I trust that is barely more expensive than my out of pocket with an in-network provider.

I think I was Dr. Kelseys first patient at Denver Naturopathic Clinic or one of the first. I have always been very pleased with her work and thorough attention to my health and wellbeing. (I ultimately fled the state because of the cold white stuff that falls from the sky all winter, but if I do return, it wont take me long to reach out to her for a checkup). I keep up with her newsletter and practice information, along with her instagram for great health advice as I completely trust her health advice. Ive learned that Naturopathic doctors are very talented and have the knowledge to cover a wide range of topics that youd normally otherwise go visit a specialist for. She has provided me with second opinions when I was considering a surgery and has helped me to enhance my health overall. I still have her notes and view them from time to time for a boost to my diet/health. She is great, trustworthy and an exemplary scholar who in my opinion is quite a role model for Bastyr University. 6 Stars was unfortunately not an option on Google reviews.

Dr Lauren gave me incredible cranio sacral therapy. I was very impressed with the way she was able to help me understand what was going on within my body on the physical level as well as the spiritual and emotional level. She helped me discover what areas of my life I needed to work on and gave me the resources I need to continue my healing process. Both Dr Lauren and Dr Kelsey are amazing and have been very helpful in educating me on how to improve my life and strive for optimal wellness.

Dr. Kelsey listens intently and shares her expertise to collaborate with me on improving my wellness. I very much appreciate how she documents everything clearly and concisely, and then quickly shares her notes so I can review and digest what I learn from her and follow up by email with questions. Dr. Hacker performed craniosacral therapy on me for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. It was incredibly relaxing and soothing and helped calm my pain tremendously. She also helped me to see the connection between my emotions and my physical condition and work through and process some of my intense postpartum emotions. Dr. Hacker is a great listener and made me feel validated and respected more than any other doctor I have seen. I will definitely go back!

Dr Kelsey helped me with a diet and supplement plan to help me with some stomach issues related to a surgery I had when I was younger. Havent felt this good in years!!! Would highly recommend!

After searching for years for a naturopathic Doctor locally, I met Dr. Kelsey Asplin. She has changed my life both mentally and physically. From my initial meeting with her she listened to my needs, concerns and hopes for bettering my health through naturopathic means. She has made recommendations that worked with my needs without pressure and speed. It was a combination of therapy filtered in with homeopathic remedies to support my physical ailments. I feel incredible now both mentally and physically. Being from back east where I have been faithful for over 20 years to my naturopathic Dr there, it’s so refreshing to have met Dr. Kelsey and now I have someone equally as trusting and good as my east coast Dr. here in Colorado where I reside!
