Dr. Enos is the first practitioner I’ve been to that has actually heard me when I talk about what’s happening with my body. She is kind and supportive and encouraging. I love that naturopaths focus on what I can do to get at the root cause of why I’m feeling the way I do while also recommending things to support me on that journey. I’ve seen great progress! Dr. Enos is simply fantastic, I recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Enos is the BEST! I have a long history of chronic stomach issues that manifested into a lot of other health problems. Prior to seeing Dr. Enos, I had spent years looking for answers with very little success. I have been working with her for a little over a year and currently feel better than I have in over 10 years! She really takes the time to listen to you about what is going on, and then uses that information to treat your body as a whole instead of just trying to mask the symptoms. When she feels it is necessary, she also does appropriate bloodwork and testing in order to get a better picture of what is going on. She takes the time to thoroughly explain everything and to answer any questions you may have. Additionally, she is always available to answer questions or follow up in between appointments. One of the things that always amazes me about Dr. Enos is that she never comes to a dead end with my treatment. If one thing isn’t working, she always has another idea/solution. She is incredibly knowledgeable and compassionate. I am so thankful that I found Dr. Enos because without her, I would not be where I am today with my health! I cannot recommend Dr. Enos enough! You will be in good hands with her!!

Dr. Enos has been tremendously helpful. Ive been under her care for over 6 months now and have made steady improvements in the original cause for which I sought treatment. Ive even made great improvements in other underlying issues. Ive seen such an improvement in my wellness across areas I would have previously thought unrelated and can now read my body better and understand how it is all connected. There have been bumps in the road on my journey but with her calm demeanor shes helped educate me along the way, establish better lifestyle habits and assured me to stay the course. I am so happy I found Dr. Enos, she has been extremely helpful in my healing journey. Dr. Enos truly cares and takes the time needed to dig deep and ask specific questions to get to the root cause of the issue and not just treat the symptoms. I am so thankful I was able to work with Dr. Enos! Shes been incredibly helpful in the treatment, and literal curing of the IBS I was diagnosed with by my PCP several years ago. Ive seen multiple different doctors, tried different diets and food eliminations, etc, all to no avail. Only the year long attention and treatment for Dr. Enos was able to heal my gut, which ultimately improved my menstrual cycle and seasonal allergies. I’ve been seeing Dr. Enos now for about 3 months. I came to her because I’d been experiencing chronic, undiagnosed stomach pain for 3 years. No other doctor could tell me what was wrong with me or even cared to keep trying other options after certain tests would come back normal. In every session I’ve had with Dr. Enos I’ve really felt that she’s cared about me and really wants to find the exact treatment I need to get better. In between our appointments if I’m having a hard time with certain supplements she takes my calls and adjusts my plan right there on the phone. I’m already feeling the best I’ve felt in 3 years! I will continue to keep seeing her and look forward to keep feeling pain free.

In March I was diagnosed with Graves Disease. I worked with Erika and an endocrinologist. By June I was in remission... I think the natural suggestions and homeopathic medicine that Erika customized for me led to such a quick remission. I am currently off all thyroids meds and continue to see my endocrinologist and Erika for follow-ups. I find Erika to be very smart, thorough, and compassionate. I highly recommend her.

I saw Dr. Enos for a year and a half, and I was really happy with the results and learning I got from her anthroposophic/naturopathic approach.I originally went in for help with my 20-year battle with acne, and was so excited to see seasonal allergies, pet allergies/asthma, chronic migraines, digestion, hormones, and energy levels all improve a lot along the way. I use alternative healing methods in general, so I was aware that issues in my body could be connected, but I was really surprised to see these other issues getting resolved so well while on a path for acne. Nothing I’d ever tried before had resolved them the way Dr. Enos’ treatments did.For anyone who doubts the efficacy of homeopathy or herbalism (or gemmos and undas!), I would say that the effects of her treatments were way more noticeable and dramatic than any conventional, dietary, or supplement-based treatment I’d ever tried before. Having chronic migraines suddenly be non-existent is thrilling and shocking and lifts a huge weight off your shoulders. Same for allergies; a couple months in, I actually got to hang out with a cat for HOURS with no sneezing or wheezing!! And my hormone shift was also so dramatic and felt very healing. Digestion and energy took/take some more time, but I think those are deeper issues anyway, at least for me. Acne-wise, I still have some digging and potentially a couple years to go with getting to the bottom of my detox/gut issues that (I now know) cause it, but I’m really happy with where I got by the time i ended my treatment with Doctor Enos.Those were just my experiences, and every body is different, but the neat thing about that is that Dr. Enos’ practice is completely customized and takes in the whole picture of each patient, so I don’t think I’m alone in my success with her.I learned sooo much from Dr. Enos, and have recommended her to several colleagues.
