I’ve been calling, leaving voice messages and sending emails for the past two months, and no one reached out to me! I needed a refill for my medication and I was planning to make an appointment for acupuncture as well. The worst customer service I’ve ever had! It doesn’t feel like I’m dealing with a doctor because she simply doesn’t CARE about her patients!It is ridiculous.

I would caution anyone from going here. I explicitly asked (and documented it all via email) the front desk/administration to help me check if acupuncture was covered under my insurance. She took all of my insurance information and told me she would contact them to confirm my coverage. She then told me it was completely covered for me and all I needed to pay was $25 per session. I listened to her and booked a couple appointments, only to later receive a large bill from Denver Holistic.

Unfortunately my experience here wasn’t great. I was unable to schedule an appointment by phone and was only able to book with the NP online.I’ve had a plethora of symptoms since October and unfortunately was only able to voice maybe 5 of them. I felt unable to voice all my concerns as the ones I was able to voice seemed to be written/explained off. I dislike conventional doctors because of the fact that I tick all the boxes for being “healthy” and therefore any issues I may possibly have are “in my head.”Some basic labs were drawn but those labs were not capable of providing a full picture of what my body does on a daily basis. I’ve done more research than the average patient but felt treated as though I knew nothing. It seemed as though the NP was unwilling to work with me to find a solution. My labs came back “perfect,” so it was all fine in their eyes.My hope with initially choosing this place was that they understood it’s the patient living the experience, not the professionals. I hoped they would take a considerable amount of time to understand the patient and what they experience on a daily basis. Instead, I felt like I have in every doctors office previously: unheard, unimportant, and crazy.

Denver Holistic Medicine has helped me with my shoulder pain from an old injury. I’ve had traumeel injections and acupuncture. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have more services but what I’ve experienced they’ve been great!

After several trips to different GI doctors I decided to take the holistic route. After my first visit I felt like Dr. Simone cared by asking all the right questions to help with my illness. She ran relevant tests and prescribed supplements that have helped me. My first acupuncture experience was great as well and decreased the headaches I get. The staff is also pleasant and quick to respond!

As a woman of AMA Dr. Simone helped me get pregnant at 41! She and her staff were always friendly, timely and made me feel supported and comfortable at each visit. I have recommended her to many friends and will continue to do so!

Ive been working with Dr Simone Sturm and Erin Sunday NP for the past year and its been a wonderful experience. Their depth of knowledge in combining both holistic and traditional medicine has been a very effective and highly personalized approach in dealing with my tricky health issues. I especially appreciate their readiness to listen and flexibility with treatment. I am in trusted hands with Denver Holistic Medicine and highly recommend their services!

I have been having consistent visits with Dr. Simone for a while now and I only have good things to say about my experience.Not only is the office professional and clean but everyone that works here makes the visits feel far from a doctors office and much more of a nurturing and safe space.It can feel overwhelming to try and find a place to heal or maintain good health and I am so thankful to have come across Dr. Simone’s office because I genuinely look forward to going and give so much credit to her for the improvements I can see in my overall well being.

As always, our experience was excellent. Dr. Simone was warm, helpful, and caring. Her communication is both thorough and prompt. We will continue to turn to her for any of our medical and holistic needs.

I had a great experience with Denver Holistic Medicine. Dr. Sturm listened to my concerns, offered testing and follow up. Then provided detailed results and a plan of action. She was even available to follow up questions!

Dr.Sturm is amazing!I get fire cupping with some acupuncture sprinkled in. Fire cupping has kept my back and shoulders capable of weekend warrior chainsaw and wood chopping for quite a few years now. Highly recommend this fantastic treatment for sore and abused muscles.

Dr. Simone helped me by running some tests and providing some beneficial supplements. However, I ultimately chose to leave this practitioner after feeling there was a lack of investment in my health beyond surface conversations. I experienced Dr. Simone as transactional and perhaps burnt out. When I communicated my concerns respectfully to her about what was missing for me and needing further education/conversation around my treatment she became defensive and actually suggested I find another provider! This was one of the least professional experiences I have encountered and it verified the lack of investment I was feeling. I don’t recommend this doctor for those seeking in depth and comprehensive communication in the patient-practitioner relationship.

Watch out for simone sturm. very dishonest.

Ive only been with Denver Holistic Medicine for a few months but theyve been more accommodating and caring than Kaiser who Ive been with for 20 years. So far Im very impressed

Dr. Simone is fantastic and I would highly recommend her. She really takes the time to listen to you and in my experience it can be challenging to feel heard in standard medical practices. Her office is relaxing and doesnt feel like a typical Drs office which helps to put you at ease right away. Dr. Simone developed a holistic regimen to get me back on track and feeling my best. Finding her practice was truly a blessing.

Id highly recommend Denver Holistic Medicine and Dr. Simone Sturm. She has addressed my autoimmune condition and hormone imbalance methodically and quickly. She has been the only doctor to ever help me achieve remission and elimination of my symptoms (without use of high doses of Rx) and Ive seen numerous specialists, both functional and holistic, over the past decade.

Supposedly the provider I saw is no longer part of the practice, but I had a horrible experience. I called in advance to ask if they were trans-friendly and and they told me that they were and then the doctor couldnt fathom that I wasnt a woman. It sucked.

Highly recommended! I just had my first appointment with Erin for my Well Womens check up and it was fantastic. the process was so smooth from booking, throughout the appointment. Everyone I encountered was so kind and made me feel very comfortable!

Had the initial consultation and then heard nothing back except to try and schedule accupuncture. There was no plan of action presented or communicated so am looking for help elsewhere.

I highly recommend Dr. Sturm! I have suffered with endometriosis for the last few years, and over the last two years it has significantly progressed. It was ruining my quality of life, missing tons of work, stuck in bed for days in excruciating pain, missing out on a social life, trips to the ER. It was taking over my life!I was having some degree of pain everyday for months and months at a time. I’ve had to make trips to the ER on several occasions so they could help stop the pain, it literally felt like someone was constantly stabbing me in the abdomen. I was prescribed Vicodin, which was horrible for me, but sometimes was the only thing that would help numb the pain. I would have to take multiple doses before I had any relief., I felt like my life was over!The last ER trip in March, it took 4 doses of their strongest pain medication and finally a dose of anti inflammatory to numb the pain, and before that trip I was given morphine, which made me very sick. It was a nightmare, and after struggling with this for so long, and almost losing my job because I was missing so much work, I decided to schedule a hysterectomy. I was terrified. That felt like my only option and I was crushed. I am 40 years old, and thinking of all the side effects I could face was devastating.By miracle, my manager at work stumbled onto the Frankenhauser Treatment while she was searching for medical supplies for work. After doing some more research I found Denver Holistic Medicine. After receiving 3 injections over a 3 week span I was feeling better. Soon after I started feeling pain again, so I came in during a time when I was having a lot of pain and Dr. Sturm gave me the Frankenhauser injection. I was in horrible pain for about a day after the injection, but after that I was completely pain free!I couldn’t believe it. The pain was gone! It lasted for a couple months, and now I am getting these injections when needed to be proactive. I am happy to say, as of now, I was able to cancel my surgery and avoid having my uterus removed! I couldn’t be more pleased and hopeful. I highly recommend this treatment for endometriosis, which has no cure. It has given me my life back. I am able to do things I love, like hiking and working on my yard, etc.My belly was always puffed out from being so inflamed, but now I feel skinny again! I do have some pain during the time i’m menstruating, and that’s when I usually get another injection if the pain feels like it could get really bad and it helps knock the pain out within 24 hours! This has been such a long and crazy journey, but I am so happy that I have a holistic option to manage this pain. I haven’t needed opioids, or to visit the ER, or even my OBGYN that was going to do my hysterectomy, for months and I couldn’t be happier.Thank you Dr. Sturm! I appreciate your professionalism and care. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Strum is smart, kind, and excellent at what she does. Highly recommended.

I went to see Dr Sturm in hopes for a holistic approach with pregnancy & long-standing gut issues. I’m sorry to say it was a terrible decision. 1. She doesn’t seem very experienced with long standing gut issues. 2.Besides being super expensive and not accepting any insurance she recommended an expensive test that after looking into was unnecessary and costed $100 over what the actual test company charged. When I asked why she charged more she had no comment. 3. After my appointment she said a follow up care plan would be emailed to me-it wasn’t. And if I had any questions to email them to her -so I did. She responded to them along with an accidental back and forth email between her & the office coordinator that was very rude and unprofessional regarding their client asking too many questions -me.

Dr. Sturm takes time to get to know her patients and wants to make sure they are functioning at their optimum level. She understands my concerns and has made recommendations, but also leaves the decision up to me. She explains everything very thoroughly and I have never felt like “another number” like I do with most doctors. It’s not an in and out in 10 min type relationship. Highly recommend!

Dr. Simone has been wonderful to work with! My daughter has special needs and she takes the time to review medical docs and come up with a plan to help. We have seen improvements with our daughter and will continue treatments!

Dr. Simone is my babies doctor and she’s wonderful. Glad we switched. We go to her for their yearly check up and wouldn’t have it any other way ☺️

Denver Holistic Medicine is incredible. I have been seeing Dr. Sturm for a little over a year now and every encounter with her is wonderful. She has a very clam and nurturing presence which is what you want from a healthcare provider. I have seen incredible results treating a hormone imbalance with her and I continue to see her monthly. I send all of my girlfriends to her as well. Highly recommend!

Dr. Strum is extremely knowledgeable. I came in with an issue is which the current Doctor o was seeing wanted me to have invasive surgery. Dr. Strum sat down with me and put me on a protocol which involves diet, herbs, and a probiotic. Within 90 days my health situation went from severe to non existent and no surgery was needed. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Strum to anyone who is looking for alternative ways of healing your body.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about my experience with Denver Holistic Medicine.I found Dr. Simone after I was diagnosed with PCOS. I was looking for an alternative solution to managing my PCOS, anxiety, and depression and I found one!I was also told it would be difficult to get pregnant with my condition and within a few short months of acupuncture, herbal supplements, and lifestyle changes, I found out I was pregnant with my son.I now have a healthy, happy 1 year old with a happy, healthy mom. I have Dr. Simone to thank for this!

I found it difficult to get a hold of anyone. It was also super expensive with no results.

Dr. Sturm is awesome! She figured out why I was having trouble maintaining pregnancy, when no other doctor could. I was then able to become pregnant. Her treatments are good, she is very thorough. Once I moved to Washington, I was diagnosed with AutoImmune Thyroiditis. She did a phone consult with me, and sent me a fabulously affective tincture and another supplement that really helped. Any problems with pregnancy, odd diagnosis or otherwise obscure problem, go see Dr. Sturm. you will not be disappointed!!!!

My son was diagnosed with Aspergers. He suffers from anxiety, depression, and headaches. He does not like doctors in general, but absolutely loves Dr. Simone and her staff! We drive all the way from Monument because shes the doctor my son wants to see.
