The people at Concentra Advanced are Great very friendly informative they know what theyre doing Ive been there a few times and my left wrist was operated on July 20th of this year and I can fully move it now even though theres a plate in there. The techniques that Michael has shown me Ive been working thank you Michael. My other therapist Brianna is also been very helpful with my recovery I had a hip replaced July and it still hurts but not as bad as it did when it before I started working with Brianna I thank you very much for both of your service doing a great job I look forward to coming there and my continuing to come there I appreciate everything Concentra has done for me. Great experiences which Concentra at 12:12 South Broadway Denver Colorado. Physical therapist, receptionist physicians assistant and doctors always traded without ultimate Care and professionalism. I wish I could say the same Concentra 25th in Denver.

I had a scheduled appointment at at 1:30pm. I arrived a few minutes early. I was informed they were running late. After an hour I inquired when I would be seen. They said they had a lot of walk-ins which put them behind. It appeared they prioritized the walk-in patients over the patients with previously scheduled appointments. After waiting one hour and 20 minutes and not being seen by the doctor I had to leave to go to a another appointment that was previously scheduled.

Staff are great!COVID Precautions taken.Hope you never have to come here, but if you do youll be well taken care of.

If you were injured at work Id suggested going elsewhere, approval for treatment takes ages. On my last visit my primary care doctor didnt know anything about the visit with a specialist (same company, same computer system). I explained the specialist recommendations, he wrote them on the bed and told me i looked less anxious, asked if I had questions and then left.

Health care is important and I like it to be an in and out process. I was seen by the doctor very close to my appointment time. The care team was efficient, polite and very professional. I felt like you really cared and not just another number. Thank you. Adrian

I have had multiple appointments either being incorrectly scheduled (although they still had me wait for the doctor for 40 minutes until they let me know they didnt leave enough time for my appointment) or Ive had appointments scheduled to go over tests that were run elsewhere, and they dont start looking for the test until you are in the doctors office. Then I get to hang out for 30 minutes while they call to get the results, only to in the end be told sorry, we dont have the results. While my Dr. Seems competent and likeable, the experience as a whole has been very poor.

The providers and MAs are RUDE, AND THEY SCHEDULE FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS AN ENTIRE MONTH OUT WITHOUT REFERRING YOU TO someone else .

I was referred to Doctor Sacha by my very very capable and amazing primary doctor. Unfortunately my visit with Doctor Sacha was very rushed. He also seem to jump to conclusions without taking into consideration what lead up to this visit. He appeared to get very frustrated when he offered his opinions and I would counter those opinions with a correct timeline of injury that differed from his determination. He also tried to associate the pain I was feeling to an old injury which is not only completely healedI but has never given me a bit of trouble. Even when I could give him an exact cause for this current situation he did not want to accept that as the cause but wanted to pin the problem on the old injury. Let me repeat: I have had NO problems with anything physically until my work injury.I feel that it is extremely important for a doctor to take the time to listen to his/her patient, ask relevant questions, and not jump to conclusions based on his/her preconceived ideas about who they are and what they do.

I went to get a referral to a podiatry surgeon I already knew I needed surgery. First visit took over 3 hours for the “doctor” to see me, the second visit was over 2 hours. Both visits were a week apart, I’d already seen the surgeon so there was no point in the second appointment and he wanted me to come back in 2 weeks. The “doctor” never looked at my x-rays or even looked at my foot ( I shattered my heel and my ankle bone) the only thing he did was squeeze my calf muscle to “see if I had a blood clot”. Thankfully I didn’t or he would’ve released it! Very unprofessional, waste of time and a waste of money!!!

Going to the doctor can stress out just about anyone, especially when injured on the job. I have been treated extremely well, listened to, and my concerns addressed. Thank you everyone, especially Dr. Counts.Julie Connor

I was treated for a workman’s comp injury, my primary care provider for my claim was above and beyond expectations!! The only things negative I have to say about this establishment is the specialists, they all just about made me feel as if my pain wasn’t a big and nor did they address my injuries promptly. I’ve had to wait far too long to get the help that I need.

After 5 months of some progress with physical therapy, I was referred to Dr. Aschberger who gave me a steroid injection with pin point accuracy in my shoulder joint .. I can finally put on a shirt and sleep on my sides without pain/numbness for the first time in 5 months!

Dr Zyzda...the foot specialist that Dr Counts the primary doctor refered too for my plantar fascis...injury...in the two visits...Dr Zyzda..saw me no more for five minutes. EACH TIME Dr Zyzda...pointed to different locations for my heal....primary one location...I keep saying to both doctors that I still have pain wrapping around the back of heel...Both Doctors seem to want to locate to one area....I did get a MRI and lloks like MRI was a partial not entire foot. The results showed clean non tear ligaments....This is after I had 12 weeks of restricted healing time....Also...I have no comparison from the first time I went in to Dr Counts...This week I moved my storage unit into a Un haul truck which was my original job with Two Men and a Truck...My foot is left foot is right back to the same stabbing pain like it was on Nov 10th 2017.Nothing has change.Dr Zyzda...doesnt seem to show much concern....Couldnt get a solid reference about MRI or general explanation....Not sure why I even went there, I did not like fact that head me answer one area pain questions than entire area. It seems the Dr side stepping somethingBottomline, my foot still has pain like the day

This is an update to my previous review of this office. I am in utter disbelief that Concentra would even consider closing down this location!! To put the doctors and therapist in other offices throughout Denver, that are already WAYYY OVER CROWDED during a PANDEMIC is APPALLING! This action of closing this one office is going to put hundreds if not thousands of more people at greater risk. Don’t you see that doing this is putting your already over worked and busy offices at greater risk of becoming a hotspot for your employee and patients?I have been going to this office since 2014 and have still gone to this location after my WC case was closed because I know them and they know me. Throughout my years I have been to almost all the other locations and am disgusted by your actions of closing this location. Even if there was no pandemic, the thought of moving this office into other locations is absurd to say the least. I would think that maybe you would recognize that this is a bad idea by just looking at your turn over rate at the busiest offices your have, like Stapleton! You can’t keep staff because of how bad and crazy they are. So putting more doctors in them just doesn’t make much sense from a business stand point at all.I can say that I will most likely be switching doctors now, just due to the horrible experiences I know will be coming once you do this.I have left my previous review up for when this office was great but if you read this after 02/2021... all I can say to you as a patient, go somewhere else. They will waste your time at most of their locations and you’ll wait for HOURS for a 15 min talk with the doctor.Review from 2018Concentra Advanced medical specialists is the best Concentra location in the Denver area. I can honestly say that because I have been to almost all in the Denver metro area.Everyone at Concentra Advanced Medical Specialist staff is always cheerful, efficient, and willing to help with complicated issues. You get excellent service from them as well as actually being treated as a human being. That is NOT the case at other locations.The Doctors are also very professional and listen to you without predetermined judgement. They explain what they think and what type of treatment plan that they are going to request.I would highly recommend Concentra Advanced Medical Specialist to anyone that has to go to a Concentra location for a Specialist appointment.Thank you to all the staff and doctors for being so wonderful and making the trip to the doctors bareable.

Sickingly horrible, staff are completely rude. They lie about anything an will back up their coworkers with any excuse to belittle you. I watched them kick a man out for voicing his opinion on a matter they created. Dont go here they will screw you over and lie to youre face.

I went in for my mmi and come to find out the ir was not sent to dr smith for the mmi. Dr smith had to call the dr hall boss to get the rating but it didnt have the information dr smith wanted. So i waited. When i was leaving the receptionist was suppose to email the paperwork from dr smith to fill out. I still have not recieved it. I called this morning talked to vanessa she said she would get it to me but still have not recieved it. Its fustrating because this papers is so dr smith gets paid and proof i was there.

I Had to wait way too long after checking in, I LIKE TO SET AN APPOINTMENT AN ARRIVE KNOWING I HAVE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT AND NOT SIT AN HOUR WAITING ON MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

The Drs and the all of the staff are great people .you can tell they care about your injury and really want to help get you back to 100%.

This was by far the worst urgent care I have ever been to. They only had one Dr working, which made the wait extremely long. After waiting for a few hours, I noticed that people who arrived after me were being seen by the Dr before me. I came here because of the proximity to my apartment, but I will not be returning.

Long wait and the doctors rush to get you out of there
