This place is amazing and I highly recommend it. My family has been coming here for about 10-12 years off and on (my uncle once worked here and my grandma used to get massages here). With the stressors of college and everything, I finally agreed to a well needed massage and it was so relaxing. My extremely tight muscles feel happy and I cannot wait to go back. Having the student and first time massage discount was also nice for my first time!

Nicholas was very knowledgeable with anatomy and very effective in treating my hip and neck pain from years of snowboarding and car accidents. Be prepared for a get-in-there therapeutic massage, not just a plain Swedish massage for relaxation. Come in with an ISSUE. If you’ve got a specific concern or issue, he’s your man!

Had a 90 minute deep tissue massage with Antonio. Best $100 I have spent in a long time. Highly recommend! 🏅

I really wanted to like this place. I originally booked a massage for a weeknight evening. I was already in my ride share vehicle on my way there when I received a phone call telling me that there had been a scheduling error and my massage had been cancelled. I was informed my next massage would be free. I booked an appointment for my next massage (which was lovely) but after leaving the clinic, was charged for my “free” massage. The massage itself was great but the overall process was too much of a headache for an activity that is supposed to be relaxing. I don’t plan on returning.

I was delighted to find Manton. My massage therapist moved out of town, and I missed my massage. I read the reviews, and thought it sounded good. The therapist I now use is very attentive to my specific needs. Ive brought a friend to Manton, and she loves it as well. It is not a fancy place, but everything is clean, peaceful and inviting. You cant go wrong here.Several years later, I still feel the same way about Manton.

Kade was a fantastic massage therapist. He did a great job addressing my needs and went above and beyond to provide me with some stretches to help me moving forward. I will absolutely be back and will request Kade the next time I am in.

Eli is outstanding. Ive had many massages over the years and he is hands down (no pun intended) the most therapeutic of all of them.

I have been receiving therapeutic massages from the professional clinic at Manton Massage for several years. The therapists are knowledgeable, skilled and intuitive. The ones I have worked with are very good about checking in with me on amount of pressure, areas to work on, and so forth. The environment is calm, with music and wonderful oils and hot packs if you like.I would recommend paying the extra $10 ($45 instead of $35) to go to the professional clinic instead of the student clinic. The quality of massage is well worth the price difference.

OMGavin! THE BEST. I cannot rave enough about the deep tissue work I just had done. I have had a handful of massages in my life and never understood what the big deal was, until today. This does not have to do with the massage. This is about scheduling. I bought a Groupon for a massage and scheduled my first one online. I called but got no response and so I sent a text. A day later I got a response and I asked them if my appointment was confirmed. It was not so I had to schedule A DIFFERENT appointment. So I schedule the next one for after work. I get a text and voicemail that my therapist “called in” and I’d have to be re-scheduled. They don’t have availability for TWO WEEKS. So I show up this morning for my rescheduled appointment and they said that they had no idea where my massage therapist was and I’d have to be rescheduled AGAIN! I just want my massage.....

This is a great place to try if youre looking for some pain relief that others may not have been able to find for you. I had an appointment with Gavin. He listened to my description of the areas of concern (lower back) and focused his time there, while making sure to treat the entire body and connective areas. Although this was my first appointment, I walked out with much less (almost no) pain in my back for the first time in a while. Even temporary pain relief would be worth it, but I suspect that this is a better road to recovery than surgery or other PT. Ive already booked another appointment .

Awesome spot for a massage! They often do deals on the massages if you sign up for their texts and Groupons! So its pretty affordable. Ive had a few massages here and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. They are very professional and have a great atmosphere. Ask for Gavin! Great masseuse!

I always go to the same guy, Kellen, and hes fantastic. The location is great and have always had a great massage there. Been going once a month for over a year. They have packages and deals as well.

My wife and I just had massages here and we are both extremely impressed. Juliana is amazing – she is different in her approach in that she focuses on how muscles connect to each other and works on the entire muscle. Most typical massages seem to be about the same but Juliana is more thorough and you feel it afterwards. She is extremely pleasant. This was the best massage Ive ever experienced. We will be back!

This is the best massage I’ve ever received. Nancy has this trigger point technique. I’ve never experienced anything like it before and I fell in love with it! I highly recommend the therapists at Manton Clinic.

I first went here through a Groupon. I knew after my first massage, that I would be going back. Each time Ive gone, I have experienced nothing but the best from the customer service to the actual massage.Ive gone three times now and have had different people each time. Everyone has their own massage style, but all of them are amazing!These are people that truly care about what they do and make sure you have a great experience! **updating my previous review from 1 to 5**Spoke with the manager, Erin, about what happened. She was very friendly and helpful. She listened to the problem and expressed genuine concern. After speaking to her, she apologized and comped two free massages because of my experience. I did get scheduled to come back the next day to fix the problem from the previous massage. The massage therapist, Phillip, did a wonderful job helping me and even gave me suggestions on what I can do on my own at home. He was absolutely wonderful, one of the best massages I’ve had in awhile!I went in for a 90 minute massage yesterday. I left the massage feeling great, but woke up this morning in excruciating pain in my upper back. The pain leads up to my neck and has made my whole left side stiff. I called to talk to the receptionist, the first time she wasn’t very friendly and said she would contact the girl who massaged me to get more info then call me back. I called back a second time and she had misheard what I told her the first time (makes sense as she was very short and quick with me, and not very friendly). I explained my pain again and she told me she was booked for the day so she couldn’t help me today. I told her that I would like my money refunded so I can have this issue fixed. She said she would get in touch with the manager (but it seemed as though she wasn’t quite sure who that would be) and they would call me back today (then quickly changed to just “call me back”). I’m upset, frustrated and worried about what was done to me. I have still heard nothing back.

Allie gave a fabulous massage! Pressure was perfect. All the staff were very nice. Rooms are clean. The only downside... I wish I scheduled a longer massage. :) I will next time!

This place is professional, relaxing, and such a great find! Their staff really care about making sure you have a great, relaxing experience. Ive had several massages from 3 different therapists. I am very picky about chosing therapists and I have to say that all 3 were fantastic. They clearly are well-trained and very knowledgeable. My most recent massages were with Maria and Eli, both terrific. I would definitely recommend them and Manton Clinic to anyone.

Maria has absolutely just changed my life. I very rarely leave reviews, but I need to praise this woman from a mountain top so other people with chronic pain can be saved! I have had a host of weird symptoms for more than a year, been to all kinds of different doctors, done all kinds of medical tests, and no one could figure out what was wrong with me.I warned Maria, as I always do the first time someone massages me, that I need pressure so deep that shes not going to believe Im human because thats the song and dance that happens every time someone has to call in the bodybuilders to get me to even feel it.But Maria listened and communicated with me better than any massage therapist Ive ever had (and there have been a lot), trusted my guidance when the trigger points were so deep she couldnt even feel them, and was so invested in helping me feel better that she kept up the detective work, asking questions about my symptoms and suggesting different techniques. She suggested techniques she doesnt specialize in and was going to refer me to other people.She started to get near my armpits and I freaked out and jumped away because I am SO ticklish, I never let anyone touch them. This brilliant angel-detective had me put my hand on her hand to trick my brain into thinking it was just me (because you cant tickle yourself!) and was able to get in and release trigger points that have been building up for 35 years apparently and my muscles immediately relaxed. I still have a lot of work to do because this has gotten so bad, but over 90 minutes (that poor woman deserves a massage of her own!) she got rid of more pain than I ever thought possible. Ever.Im not sure if I cried, but I definitely hugged her when I left. Go to this woman. She is life changing.

I really enjoyed my massage and appreciated the great knowledge and suggestions my LMT gave me. She was just wonderful. I would like to see a more updated decor surrounding and feel the clinic looks tired—WD-40 for all squeaky hinges, fresh paint, better lighting, art and plants taken care of better through better placement, framing and gent shut placement would definitely make the flow of energy better not to mention the look of the place just less of a “basement” in your Chinese grandparents’ house from the 1970’s. I was hesitant to try this place again after having one disappointing experience, but after speaking with the manager, Erin, she recommended me to a therapist (Maria), that was PERFECT for my needs. Having multiple surgeries has created a challenging environment for my body and Maria knew exactly how to provide me relief. I was thrilled to have such excellent and knowledgeable care in my first visit to a therapist, normally it takes a few sessions to get to know me. I also appreciate the clinics philosophy of making prices reasonable to allow many to receive massages; they care about their clients and I look forward to returning.

My girlfriend and I were able to get a side-by-side massage here. Which is to say, we scheduled ours at the same time, but they were in separate rooms. The atmosphere was great. Jami was very skilled and provided an amazing experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good massage.

Called over a week ago to schedule two 90 minute massages in the same room (they were able to do it then). Today (the morning of our massage) I get a call saying no way we can put both of you in the same room, we never had room for that...You have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so I would have been charged $25 per massage if I called this morning to cancel..? So unprofessional!!

This was a great unique spa experience. It was my first time having a Russian massage and banya treatment. My masseuse was skilled and made me feel comfortable. The tea and fruit was just what I needed afterwards and I loved reading the Russian magazine.

This place is super chill, very positive, nice and professional. The therapist Gavin was awesome. I threw my back out and for 2 weeks have been in serious pain. He knew excatly what to do and the amount of pressure to use. I am finally pain free (Thank god cuz I was literally going crazy). He even wrote down muscles for me to stretch when i got home. Dani was amazing- I had a 60 minute massage with her and she used hot stones and aromatherapy and it was everything I needed.

This place is great. I was having some issues with my knees and Patrick found a trigger point in my lower back. Ive been fine since, as long as I pay attention to that place.
