Emily was very professional, friendly, and helpful in helping me pick out frames! Great customer service from her! My glasses took roughly a month to get in but I believe that was the manufactures doing, not Urban Eye Vision Care. They were very professional and responsive by keeping me up to date with my glasses with any updates/questions I had while they were in the process of being made. Will be going back!

Yesterday was my first time at Urban Eyes. I was impressed by the short wait times, attentive staff, and knowledgeable eye doctor. They also had a unique eyewear collection and infinite patience with my kiddo and me when we were trying on so many pairs. The entire office is engaging in very safe COVID prevention practices as well. I feel lucky to live so close to my new eye care team!

All I can say is wow. Before we even began looking at glasses, Jessica was incredibly rude. She was unfriendly upon greeting me, she interrupted me as I began to talk telling her saying that I forgot my frames. She asked me what we were doing since I forgot my frames. She then mentioned that I forgot my frames three times in less than a minute. I then pulled out the prescription for the two sets of glasses I was here to fill, and I told her I wasn’t sure of the process or how it worked and she cut me off and said that she has filled prescriptions from my eye doctor before and she’s aware of the process. She then asked me what we were doing in a short tone and as I began to speak my mask slipped off of my nose and she quickly stated that she preferred me to pull my mask up while I was talking. That was it for me. I abide by the mask mandate, support it and ask my patients to do the same... in a much politer fashion. My mask was not blatantly not covering my face, it began to slip as I spoke. The only reason I’m not giving them 1 star is because I never even got to see the eye doctor here.I was referred here after being involved in a car accident and I have had vision troubles over the last 7 months. I waited two weeks for this appointment to be treated like this. I am incredibly disappointed. As someone who works in this area, I will certainly help people find a better place to find glasses.

Urban Eyes, Dr. Patel, and Warren were incredible. It was the most thorough eye exam my husband and I have ever had. We felt immensely taken care of! We love the TOMS brand eyewear selection and the entire vibe in the office (even during pandemic times) was orderly, inviting, kind, and helpful. I’ve been an Urban Eyes patron since 2017 and have always been given exceptional customer care and service. That have provided me everything from eye exams, buying new glasses, having sunglasses re-lensed, and getting scratched lenses replaced on warranty. When an issue for a very special pair of my glasses frame came up they went far and beyond to correct the problem. Even during this pandemic they maintain the best professional care and service you can ask for. I really appreciate them for being the high-class optometry shop they are in our community.

Dr. Patel is the best eye doctor! She pays attention and listens to her patients, gaining a better understanding of how best to help. I’m a confusing eye patient, but Dr. Patel has figured out what I need an why. The staff is amazing, too! They are incredibly helpful and upbeat. This is the best, best optometrist (and staff) in the world. I had an unexpected, toddler-induced eye injury on Christmas Eve. This team bent over backwards to treat me, which included a visit on Christmas Day. They were caring, professional and, most importantly, they made sure my eye healed perfectly. Highly recommend.

I’ve been wearing eye glasses since the age of 6 and I must say I’ve never had an experience like this one before! Jessica, Emily & Warren are amazing to work with and wonderful people. They have a wide selection of quality frames and excellent at picking the right ones for you.Jessica picked out these cool funky Tarian frames which I was skeptical at first but then could not resist! I bought two pairs in the end. I never really think much about my eye exam because I’ve never had many issues, but I was very impressed with the thoroughness of the doctor and team. I have never been very loyal to any optometrist but Dr. Patel was sharp and attentive to making sure all was well with my eyes. The front office team was nice enough but could have been a little friendlier.In terms of cost, I never liked the cheap vision checks and would rather just pay retail because it’s a doctor for goodness sake, not a discount clothing outlet. I thought for what was done the cost was more than fair. Discount doctors are tacky and full of gimmicks.I’ll be returning for sure. I liked their very cool glasses selection too.

Personalized, caring service. Its been a long time since I visited an eye doctor who does almost the entire exam in person, without being shuffled from one person to another and multiple machines. Yes, they still have all the modern equipment -- even an eye mapping feature. And two of the standard tests were performed by an assistant. But Dr. Patel spends time with you, takes as much time as needed, to discuss both eye health and vision correction options. I felt like I got A-1 service and was in excellent hands. After 10 years of trying different eye doctors, I finally found one I trust and respect. The practice is small, the glasses selection is on the small side, but the choices are nice -- well made frames with unique looks and styles even if they dont have 1000s to pick from. They use a local lens maker too, so if you like supporting local businesses, this is definitely worth a look (no pun intended) :)

Really grateful to Dr. Patel, who has been wonderful! The optical nerve on my left eye is showing swelling. She has been super informative, worked with other physicians, and kind. I am grateful she is throughout in my eye exams.

Talked to a Elle in person, left because their selection was awful. My bad, I should have done my research. My insurance got locked after they looked up my stuff so I called and asked Elle to unlock it, which another store verified should take two seconds, ended up getting scolded on the phone because the lady on the other end is incompetent and has no business in the service sector. Learn to do your job butter face.
