Our Couples Massage experience was incredible! I enjoy deep tissue and firm pressure while my husband likes a soft Swedish massage, and they were able to accommodate both of our preferences. The entire spa was clean and peaceful. Everyone was so kind. We have had massages all over Colorado from Winter Park, to Downtown, to several chains in different suburbs around and this was by far in the top three of our favorite massages of all times. We cannot thank them enough!!!! Cant wait to go again!!!!

The anti aging body wrap is a life changer! It is basically three different massages. The first with an anti aging cream the dissolves the top layer of skin. Along with this there are warm stones placed into your feet and hands and those are wrapped up. The second massage is a sugar scrub to exfoliate. Then there is the warm towel treatment to remove the sugar scrub. The third massage with a moisturizing body lotion. I forgot to mention the warm oil scalp treatment! I’ve only had Barb as my technician and she is fabulous! I’m sure the other technicians are great but Barb is the bomb! I can see and feel a significant difference in my skin after just two treatments. I just had my third today and won’t be stopping!

To be very honest, I’ve been coming here for at least two years, and I have to give a very high honor to Mark. He is absolutely awesome! He is a very unique and gifted massage therapist. He is very kind, genuine , and I always go to him! Spavia is truly a high class massage therapy place. The staff is always very friendly And there are awesome trinkets and gifts that you could purchase there. I am truly blessed to have found this place.

I recently started coming to the Lowry Spavia for massages and facials and each of my experiences have been very nice. I like the membership and that I can share the benefits (pricing) with 1 family member. Im fairly low maintenance and Ive never had trouble with the front desk staff who have been kind and answered any questions I have had.The true gem though is Mark. He gives a fantastic massage.

Lovely, peaceful retreat room while you wait. Such professional and expert staff. I get a Brazilian here regularly and the estheticians are experts - making it as quick and painless as possible. This is my first choice for waxing services and I wouldnt go anywhere else.

This was my first facial with Arianna and it was special. Arianna is very professional and knowledgeable, but also friendly. She has a special flair which made the facial delightful!

Today was my first time visiting spavia. The set up of the spa is nice and clean. It looks professional. I did the seasonal facial tropical smoothie and it was great! My skin feels soft and smooth. I recommend the esthetician Alondra. She’s the best!!

Scheduling issue- I booked an appointment on the 6th of June for June 27th. I call on June 27th to let them know I am running late for my appointment. She says oh no you’re at 12:30. So I turn around and then get another call stating she was confused and I actually don’t have an appointment because the person I was scheduled with no longer works there. And that it’s been a few weeks since then and not sure why I was scheduled with him. She says they tried to reach out but not one voicemail or email stating to reschedule but did get the original confirmation email and a reminder email prior to my appointment. I am so upset. I would choose to not even go to this location as the staff obviously is not sure what’s going on. If the massages were not gifted to me I would not come to this location.Also I’ve called 2x times previously asking that my massages were gifted and no one seems to know how gift card or gifting a membership works which is actually a joke.

Had a great massage with Barb. It was thorough and comfortable, getting all the right areas. Bree set me up beautifully in the relaxing room that you first go into, which was perfect. The massage table was fully electrically adjustable. I could have fallen asleep.

I had a membership with Spavia for over a year, and I was happy with their services at the beginning. In last 6 months, my appointments were canceled 3 times, back to back, and suggesting a massage therapist that I did not want to use. Very disappointing as I have unused credits that I cannot use if they only have handful of therapist and they cancel appointments all the time.

Spavia in Lowry has some of the best massage therapists around. I’ve never been disappointed. Barbara was fantastic today. They care about my allergies and always are accommodating. Super grateful.

I love Spavia! Unfortunately, some of my favorite aspects of Spavia have had to be temporarily discontinued due to the pandemic, but they still offer an amazingly lush experience for an extremely affordable price. Pre (and hopefully post) pandemic, they offer robes and an amazing retreat room for you to unwind, relax and prepare for your massage or treatment and recover for a minute post treatment or massage. All of their services are customizable and they even let you choose your own music, lotions and scents and a number of other things. 5 stars, highly recommend!

My experience at Spavia was amazing. Way better then any massage place I’ve been to in Denver!!The manager Kara was the one who greeted me, she explained to me their COVID precautions at the very start and it really ensured for me that my health safety while I was in their spa was a top priority.My facial was amazing as my skin was feeling very irritated when I first came in and the facial provided a lot of relief. Deanna my facial gal explained what I can do to maintain the results at home and why.Cindy was who I had my massage by and she was just a fantastic massage specialist and I highly recommend her for deep tissue work!At the end of my services I was greeted once again by Kara who was very interested in knowing how the results of the facial helped my skin concerns we had chatted about before my appointment. She also remember I had a migraine before and checked to make sure I had gotten some relief from that also. Which I did the massage really made it go away. I will be coming back here.

I went in for my first massage and then so did my wife. After which we got a 3 month package by being pushed into it. What they don’t tell you is that it is not a 3 month package it’s a membership that you need to cancel via a paper form with 30 days from your next payment or you will be charged until for the next 30 day period without even using it. The therapist always feels like they are in a hurry so it’s not very relaxing. The first time my wife got a massage here she came home crying because she was so disappointed, she was looking forward t o a relaxing massage and her therapist just made her more tense because she was in a hurry and would lift her hands and start somewhere else the entire time.

Great experience! The entire place is clean and the staff is very professional. I got a signature massage and facial, it was fantastic! When you check in they ask all the detail questions like amount of pressure for the massage or the music that plays, so when you go in the ambiance is perfect. I would definitely recommend going to this spa for a quality experience.

A’licia Kerr LMT, was my massage therapist and I had an amazing experience! The pressure was perfect, the communication made it very relaxing to know that I had control of every aspect. She definitely eased my back pain and made made the whole experience very comfortable and insightful. Definitely recommend her service and will be coming back!

For the most part it was a good experience. The facial and my aesthetician were wonderful. There was a really unpleasant smell in the women’s locker room. I was also disappointed by one of the gals that checked myself out and another guest. She insisted we throw out our cups of water at the trash can down the street. It was really rude and I just paid 100+ and I can’t throw out my paper cup here??? The other guest and I were both taken aback. Just really unprofessional.

My first visit with my daughter in January was great so I came back and scheduled over the phone. My friend had been dealing with depression and I wanted to do something nice for her. There was a miscommunication on the appointment window and my friend who was joining me later was turned away anf told that they could not take her. She spent her whole drive home extremely upset which is the opposite of what I was trying to accomplish. This was frustrating since I deliberately confirmed the appointment window knowing she would be driving straight from work.Then I went to pay and was told that my card declined so I asked her to run it again and it declined. So I gave her another card and she smugly said, Nope, declined. At that point I asked her to move to the other kiosk. She seemed annoyed that I was asking. What do you know? The transaction processed just fine. Then she said, Oh sometimes we have to refresh the screen. Every bone in my body wanted to say... WELL WHY DIDNT YOU TRY THAT FIRST? But I didnt. Just collected my things and got the hell out of there, never to return again. The massage was great though.

Teri was awesome! She took the time to explain everything and give recommendations based on what I asked about skin wise. My skin feels great and it was a refreshing facial. Staff was very kind and the space was clean.

I have been doing a tour of Denver spas to get some extra relaxation in from the stress of COVID times. Spavia has been one of the ones I could really feel my stress melting away.The woman at the front was very pleasant, and they seemed to have their COVID safety practices down to a science, and were incorporated seamlessly in without making the experience seem lessened. I believe Syndey was my therapist, and she listened to my problem areas (mostly my lower back) and took feedback well during the massage, adjusting when the pressure wasnt enough. The atmosphere was soft and relaxing; a little less cozy than I like, but I recognize they put a lot of time and thought into their rooms to be a relaxing experience.I felt so much better afterwards, and am looking forward to going back.

There was a mixup with my appointment and it didnt get scheduled. I had just driven 50 minutes from castle rock and my esthetician, Teri, had stepped out to run an errand because she didnt know, leaving little time for my appointment and her next scheduled appointment.The gal at the front desk (Angie?) texted her and set up a complimentary mini facial. When all was said and done I got a full service facial complimentary because they worked together to make it happen.I cant say enough about Teri, shes the best there is and thats why Im willing to come from castle rock to see her. She and the front desk staff went above and beyond to take good care of me and thats why the spa has gained my loyalty for good! They are exceptional!! Thank you!!!!!

The massages were wonderful but when trying to cancel the membership I was convinced to “suspend my account” being assured I could just cancel the membership. This is now the third time I have tried to cancel and have been charged for two months I never planned on using. It has been such a frustrating and annoying process I don’t plan on returning.

The massage and facial treatments were immaculate, customer service was welcoming, patient and kind, and the place was very clean.

I love the service of massages from this location. However, I’ve been randomly charged inappropriately several times - either someone has been fraudulently charging my card on days I am not there or some other issue is occurring with their system. I’ve tried to cancel my membership more than four times, and I am still getting charged twice a month. I’m very disappointed in their customer care and upset by the lack of follow-through.

In repsonose to the owner. We had scheduled for a full packaged deal. Not only half of a package deal. It’s funny how you can make sure that a card was on file for the appointment but you couldn’t make sure there was a phone number on file, let alone while I had to make sure I confirmed my own appointment your company could have asked for a number on file at that time as well. But failed to do so. So me as a customer would either have to take the half package (when we wanted the whole package) or reschedule for your mess up. And make time another day. I am a stay at home mom and barely get any time away, for them to make me have to move my day around multiple time just to let me know I mess up for not giving them the information they needed to make sure I had a great experience. If anything it has been nothing but a headache. They couldn’t even reach out to my husband to apologize let alone I didn’t even get an deceant apology. It was I spoke to the person about it and we can give you half of the package. Or reschedule. Great customer serviceWaste of an anniversary gift, and waste of my time. My husband set up a full package deal. I never got a confirmation email/call, so I called myself to confirm appoint and time at 11am. They stated it was at 12:30 not 11:00. So I show up at the new time they told me to. When I got there they then told me I was suppose to be there at 11:00 and they would only be able to either do half of the appointment, reschedule or cancel. They then stated they tried to email me (which was never true,) and when asked why I didn’t get a call they stated they never got a number on file when setting up the appointment. There was no accommodating the situation, it was those three option and a oops but I spoke to the person about that for next time.

I have visited 2 times now, once for a facial and once for reflexology. Everyone at the spa from the front desk to those providing treatment are professional and skilled. The facility is sparkling clean, relaxing, and they are closely following guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID19. Both my treatments were heavenly.

I planned a trip for my wife for our anniversary. I called two weeks ahead of time and scheduled with Tiffany. We confirmed a day at 11 AM and I was told I would get an email two days prior before the appointment explaining what to bring in. A day prior we called since we havent received an email, which was verified when the appointment was created, and whomever we spoke with told my wife to arrive at 12:20 PM. My wife asked if that was correct since I told her it was at 11 AM. The day of the appointment my wife arrived close to 12:20 PM as she was told. When getting there the staff told her she was late and should of arrived at 11 AM. The staff then said they had no information on file to call or email us. This is disappointing since I spoke with Tiffany who worked there and confirmed my information with her. My gift for my wife was ruined, and she never did get to do anything from the plan I set up.

I am a member with them. Everytime I come in for my monthly service. Im treated like family. From the time I walk in. Through my massage. Which BTW. is the best ever! No kidding. Barbara is a wizard. She can even relieve migraine headaches!.After my service Im treated like a king! Ive been to a few spas around town. This one. Hands down is the best Ive seen.

Diana was great. Loved my facial. The ambiance of your place is fantastic. Diana was thoughtful,c intelligent and turned me on to some new products too. Love them! I Im planning to join their monthly membership club and treat myself more than once every few months!

Convenient location. Good parking options. Nice service professionals but do not read the long checkin marketing profile form. Asked for unscented products but smelled like vanilla coconut tutti-frutti for many hours, even after showering.

The Therapist assigned to me Janea was magic. Not only provided a full body massage but focused on the problem area she was able to find during the session. The Spa was clean, the staff was friendly and the feeling of relaxation falls over you once to enter the treatment area. OMG! This place is a total joke! I was gifted a massage here but the receptionist refused to honor this despite my insistence that we have proof in the form of a credit card statement with the name of the spa, the transaction number and date of the transaction. After numerous phone calls, many hours , and finally speaking to the manager who had all of this emailed information, they said they would honor it. I had already lost all trust in them due to poor customer service and record-keeping. In fact the receptionist Lauren totally fabricated lies that I had insisted on speaking to a manager at 5pm the previous day when I had spoken to them at 3pm. Furthermore, they are STALKING and HARASSING me on Facebook! I cannot imagine a more immature and unprofessional establishment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

Very cozy and relaxing. There are many little extra details to improve the customers experience such as a cozy waiting room with over sized chairs, relaxing music and hot towels. Restrooms are large and include an optional salt scrub, changing area, and chocolate mints. The detox scrub I received was wonderful, my only request would be for everything to be a lot warmer I was freezing to the point of shivering and having goosebumps during the entire visit and no one was willing to make it warmer. I will request that everything is heated prior to my next visit, but I do plan on returning.

As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by knowledgeable and friendly staff members. The locker areas are nice and they give you lots of amenities, including a very soft and comfortable towel. The tranquil area was an awesome place to sit and relax while you were waiting for your therapist. They provide you water, tea, and a hot neck wrap. Nico was a great therapist who was able to realign my back and give me helpful tips for my life. I will be coming back every month to this amazing place.Another great thing is that they give teacher discounts which most business do not. It is nice to know that this business supports teachers and the work they do.

My buddy bought me a Groupon to use here. I wasnt sure what to expect. However, from the beginning (when I called), the staff here were very courteous and friendly. The location was very clean and inviting. I was fortunate to have met Cassandra. I received the Deep Tissue, 1 hour-Premier-Massage. Cassandra did wonders for my body. She was able to get to the areas that I was have discomfort in and was able to work out the knots. Cassandra was very welcoming and enjoyable to have work done by. I will definitely look in to booking with Cassandra again!

Not only were the staff friendly and knowledgeable, they truly made our bachelorette party easy, stress free, and enjoyable.Everything was wonderful from our arrival to our departure. I liked how each person could personalize their service, staff members were willing to not only set up our mimosa bar, but also picked up lunch from various locations.The bridesmaids and myself hope to do another similar event for future celebrations.

I really wanted to like this place. It’s a few blocks from my house, so figured it would be a convenient place to get regular massages. I went on Valentine’s Day, and unfortunately, I was asked to switch rooms halfway through my hour massage.Not sure about most people, but i find it takes time to relax, warm up, and enjoy. To suddenly be asked to get up, move to another room (which was freezing cold by the way) and continue was crazy. When I went to pay, I figured a manager or someone would have apologized, but no one said a thing. It was late at night so I didn’t want to stand and argue, but I felt like someone should know.Not sure I even got to experience a true massage here given this, so I hope to maybe give it another try sometime. But having already spent full price PLUS TIP for a terrible experience, I’m a little nervous to try again.

My personal favorite location to get myself fixed up after a month of abuse at work. They are and have been (for me) a help for my bodys soreness. Would recommend the 100 minute options for them to work more throughly and for a usual 20$ extra thats beneficial.

An amazing spa full of eligance and relaxation. From opening up the front doors when you first enter, to the time that you leave after your service, you feel no stress, no time crunch, and absolutely no problems. The robes that are provided make you feel like you’re being taken care of rather than going in for a service and leaving. You’re provided with lockers for your belongings as well as the use of showers for more ultimate relaxation. Step out of the locker room into the retreat room and it’s like a vacation getaway at a resort. The room is filled with soft music, inspirational reading, comfortable chair, and automatic fireplace, hot tea or water. It’s like being at home and being pampered. Never been to such an amazing and relaxing spa :) you will not be disappointed.

The atmosphere was so calming, relaxing and inviting. My masseuse made me feel very comfortable and her work was phenomenal. She also gave me tips to implement when I got home! Highly recommend! I definitely will be getting a membership.

This has become my favorite day spa in Denver. After trying several massage therapists and locations around the city, Spavia is hands down the most relaxing and well-rounded experience Ive had. From their quiet retreat room to the experience massage therapists (youre great, Tim!), Spavia provides everything you need to unwind and get away from the stresses of life. I will definitely be returning and becoming a member through their very reasonably priced short-term packages.

Ive been getting monthly massages for the last 5 years now and Tim at Spavia is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! The entire Spavia experience is by far the best treatment Ive ever had, hands down!

The staff was very friendly. Very clean and comfortable. Service was amazing!

The spa environment itself was very relaxing and inviting, however my massage was not the best I have ever had; the therapists labored breathing and wheezing was worrisome and disconcerting, and her movements not smooth and flowing. I will go back for another service and definitely give them another chance, but would not get another massage with this particular therapist.

We talked about my physical condition, and he based my experience accordingly. Very attentive, aware, asking me questions and concerned for my physical well being. Tim did an amazing job on my body. I am in much less pain than I was. I would recommend Spavia Lowery to anyone. Carman was welcoming and directed me as to what I needed to do to prepare, and walked me through every step. Carmen is an awesome employee. If she isnt the assistant manager, she should be. Excellent customer service and knows almost everything about Spavia. Thank yall for the amazing experience!! The spa shut down before I could get my facial so Im not too happy with my shortened experience. I was told technical difficulties and also that someone didnt show up for the night shift so not sure what the real story is. Very disappointing for my first visit!
