I went here for the first time a few weeks ago for a cleaning. They told me they wanted to re-fill an old filling from years ago. I went this morning for the filling and told them over and over that my bite didnt feel right. They told me that once the numbness wore off the bite would feel better... this is not the case.Not only is my bite off, but it feels like the filling is on the outside of my tooth as well. It is uncomfortable, I cannot bite down appropriately and it is scraping my tongue. They will not see me again for over 3 days because they want me to see the same dentist who saw me this morning - the same dentist who didn’t believe me when I said my bite still felt off. I came here due to the google reviews but I am not impressed with this experience. Beware of the good reviews, as they do raffles and giveaways to solicit them. I wish I would never have let them mess with the old filling.

Just started coming to this office after many years without seeing a dentist. I’ve had a good amount of work done here and everyone has been so nice, professional and patient with explaining everything involved in the process. Dr Mike is excellent.

I’ve been getting my routine cleanings/check-ups at Wash Park Dental for years. I’ve also done a teeth whitening w/WPD that resulted in compliments. I love working with Dr. Doug. He is kind and down to earth. The staff is always friendly and compassionate, as well. Although I’ve moved to Aurora, I still choose Wash Park Dental for my oral care.

Dr. Kim is my favorite Dentist by far. Everyone at Wash Park Dental is extremely nice, friendly and they DO NOT waste your time. They have worked with me tirelessly for a stubborn tooth and I really appreciate their time management. Overall one of the best Dentist experiences I have had!

Washington Park dental is the most competent dental office Ive been to in a long long time. 61 years old and seen a lifetime of dentists I know the difference. The staff is competent and super nice. Its obvious your needs are what matter most. Dr Mike knows things Ive never heard dentist say to me, and he is correct. It put me at ease immediately. If going to the dentist can be joyful than it is there.

Today I was seen for the first time here and am so glad I decided to make the trek from Bailey! I have been getting my teeth cleaned every 6 months for close to 50 years and not once has the hygienist took the time to explain the gum measurements and meaning behind the numbers without me even asking! Not only that but I was asked to look at my teeth when she was done to make sure she had all the stains removed that had been making me so self conscious! I was so incredibly happy with the results and treatment I received here that I booked my next exam before leaving and had to let people know about this office! Rachel my hygienist was by far the best! Id also have to say the receptionist at the front desk Jillian was beyond helpful too! Please visit this office,you definitely wont be disappointed!!

Impeccable dental work! Rachel thoroughly cleaned my teeth and is such a sweet heart. Very personable and professional. Dr. Mike and Rachel fixed a filling in under five minutes that had been bothering me for three years! So happy with this office. Highly recommend!

They were very professional and non-judgmental, offering helpful advice rather than harsh criticisms. Very safe environment even if you havent taken good care of your teeth in a while, they just want to help.

Im getting the impression that this place just doesnt have their ducks in a row. First, they dont call me when their periodontist calls out sick, so I drive all the way there just to be sent home. Then they reschedule me, but they mistakenly schedule me for too short a time slot? So now I have to take more time off work to come back to finally get my teeth cleaned. I think if they continue to waste my time, I will be forced to find another dentist. Staff is friendly at least, so they avoid a one-star rating, but I have very low tolerance for wasting my time. I only get so much PTO, and I dont want to tell my family that I cant make it home for Christmas because my dentist couldnt figure it out.

If you ever asked me whether I liked going to the dentist, the answer would always be a hard no. But finding Wash Park Dental has been a dream. Wash Park Dental has such an efficient system and hires incredibly warm and empathetic staff. I absolutely love my dental hygienist, Rachel! She makes you feel comfortable and keeps things calm cool and collected when I have dental concerns. She always has helpful tips on my personal dental care, and teaches me about my specific mouth - I always get to learn new, useful information and tips! Lets be honest, Rachel is one of the coolest people out there. Also Dr. Kim is wonderful. He is generous and genuinely curious when I come in with concerns. He helps problem solve and is really patient too. I have an appointment next week and Im. not. nervous. Never in my life would I thought id feel that way about going to the dentist. I love that Wash Park Dental accepts so many insurance plans too. All to say, I 100% recommend going here for your dental care!

My fiancé recently had an appointment to receive a temporary crown. Over a week later she was still having terrible mouth pain. I realize sometimes these things happen however she called the office multiple times to try and speak with someone to see if these symptoms were normal and never got called back. Pain following procedures is one thing but a total lack of urgency and care on the customer service end is making me warn others about getting major procedures done at this office.

Best place to go for any dentist work. Everyone in there was very friendly and nice. They worked with me on a payment plan. I would say don’t waste ur time going anywhere else for dental work.

Poor Covid-19 protocols all over the board. Seemingly no air flow in a small and cramped office, 4 people in the 7x7 ft waiting room, a hygienist who wears (as I discovered later) a face mask with a exhalation valve which means no protection for the patients. Clearly no leadership from any of the dentists because if there was the practice would be safer for everyone. This is probably the most unsafe I’ve felt in a public setting since the pandemic.

I have been going to Wash Park Dental for a few years and Ive always had a very positive experience. However, I went a couple weeks ago and their COVID-19 protocols were not very strong and I felt very unsafe there. They were letting patients family wait in the waiting room, said they were taking peoples temperature but never took mine, and when I was in the dentists chair, there were tons of staff coming in and out of my room the whole time, ones who werent even working on me, but who were just moving around the space. Also, I overheard two staff joking about getting COVID and one said that if the other got it she wouldnt feel bad for her. I just dont feel safe going here anymore.

This place is convenient for me because it is near my house. I’ve gone multiple times over the month or so as a patient and the people are positive as well as the Dentist Dr.Kim himself. They have the best options for what I needed done, as a college student having the best pay options for me and my insurance is important. I’d recommend this place for certain 100%.

I recently switched dentists and I am so pleased with Wash Park Dental! Everyone I’ve interacted with so far has been incredibly kind and helpful, from the big hearted receptionist to my hygienist Aundrea (who remembered more about what was going on with my teeth at my last cleaning than I did) to Dr. Doug who is funny and approachable and clearly out to make all his patients happy with their teeth, regardless of their goals or reasons for being there. The place is no frills, very comfortable, and inviting, which is a lot to say for a dental office. I am really excited to have these folks as my new dental family and can’t recommend them enough!

I had been referred to the dental office by a few people. I went in and the staff was relaxed and very kind. Thorough with new x-rays and my exam. When the dentist came in he spoke gently and matter of fact. Everything was super clean and homey.

Have you ever made a dentist appointment to have your teeth checked/cleaned only to show up, have them take half the x-rays, say that someone else is having x-rays so we will need to do that later, and then not clean your teeth? Well if that is what youre looking for, this is the place for you! After an hour in the office I was told I would need to make another appointment to have my teeth cleaned because the doctor had looked at teeth that day. What?? I have never had a waste of a time appointment like this at a dental office. We will be going elsewhere. But if youre looking to kill some time, everyone is very friendly!

Great Care. Transparent billing. In my experience the biggest complaints Ive had with dentists has always been getting a clear estimate of costs; and how much insurance pays vs me. Thats always been like pulling teeth. Like its some mystery.The dental Care is five stars. Thats the easy part.The cost estimates are clear and transparent and presented easily for a lay person to understand. No medical code jibberish. Thank you!

The dental hygienist was so gentle while cleaning my teeth. The Dr. was awesome. Normally when I go to the dentist I am told I need a list of things done and this Dr. said everything was good to go. I was so relieved! I will definitely be back!

Went to this dentist for the first time yesterday. I was recommended by my mom who is on Medicaid/Medicare and she raved so much about how kind the dr was to her in helping her with her dental issues, that I decided to become a patient there! When I went for my first visit, I was seen right on time, and the woman who does the cleanings is very gentle yet thorough. Loved meeting Dr Doug and truly enjoyed my first patient experience there. Would highly recommend it!

I have had an insane, and not uncalled for, fear of Dentists since I was a teen. That is , until my friend told me about Dr. Doug @ Washington Park Dental! Everyone here made me feel relaxed and appreciated,and when I explained how afraid I was ,on my first visit, the lovely Dental assistant, Joyce, held my hand, and wiped my tear away. The receptionists were completely knowledgeable about every billing question, I had. And Dr. Doug explained every procedure, asked my opinion on this services needed, and had the most gentle, PAIN-FREE touch , Imaginable !! I havent had a single stressful moment having dental work done here, since that first visit, thanks to this terrific staff. Its like going to hang with a group of my friends,now. I HIGHLY recommend this wonderful group of Dentists and their welcoming professional staff to ANYONE needing Dental Care! They get an A+ from me!

I moved to Denver not long ago I needed to establish a dentist. This office is really close to where I live convenient at Alameda and Downing. The staff was very friendly and the exam and cleaning were very thorough. There was also a lot of education provided which is nice because I would preferred to not come back to the dentist for problems. I definitely would recommend this office to friends and family

Professional and efficient, especially during COVID.

Everyone was amazing. I had a crown come off and I was concerned and they got me right in. They checked the crown said it was a good thing I came in because the crown shouldnt go back the best option would be a bridge. But Dr. D didnt push like Ive had other dentists do in the past. I came back had my teeth cleaned and cavities fixed and Ive had no bite issues or extra sensitivity. The parking is in the back but its a great practice.

My dentist and his assistant were super helpful and kind. I’m early in my pregnancy and they were extra cautious to my needs and gentle on my teeth. It was probably the best experience I’ve had getting a cleaning.

Filled out their online form 3 times multiple weeks apart and never heard a response. Read all the amazing reviews and wanted to give them a shot. Not a peep. If you cant respond to a simple inquiry take the box off your website.

I really love the services here one thing i loved was i had 2 wisdom teeth really hurting bad and every other dental office told me i had to see the surgeon and would take weeks. At Washington park dental they got me in the same day. I was thankful to walk out with no wisdom teeth.

Such a great location and they gave me a free whitening kit... but the most painful cleaning Ive ever had. I take great care of my teeth and gums, but the dentist was so rough, I had to ask her to stop a couple times! I have visited a different dentist a couple times since with zero problems or pain, so there is no reason why it should have been so painful there :/

I am pleased to leave a very positive review for Dr. Kim. He is gentle, calm, informative, and highly competent. I am a fearful dental patient and his calm demeanor, concern for my comfort, and detailed explanations of the work he was doing, put me as at ease as possible in a dental chair.

I hope you told my dentist that I MUST HAVE SURGERY FOR SEVERE SPINAL SYNOPSIS BEFORE I CAN HAVE THE DENTAL WORK DONE. IM GOING TO BE 70 AUG 28 AND AM THINKING I MAY BE TOO OLD TO HAVE THAT MUCH MONEY SPENT ON ME. I MAY REQUEST A FULL SET OF DENTURES INSTEAD. HE IS CLOSE TO WHERE I LIVE SO IM NOT CONSIDERING ANY OTHER DENTIST.

I am terrified just about the concept of a sharp needle penetrating my gums, its just unsettling but.... I gave this place shot (no pun intended). The receptionist Summer she is a sweet kind lady and she convinced me that my dentist Dr. Nack would be very gentle and I wouldnt even feel a thing and hes a very nice guy and sure enough my experience there was incredible! Im not scared to go to the dentist whatsoever and his assistant Francis is wonderful too and he took such great care of me both of them that I can smile now with confidence even though I was embarrassed at first going in but now I can smile thank you Doctor Nack! Its in a cute quant what used to be a house. Its a cozy environment with excellent staff.
