Great Dentist if you are looking for a new dentist or are new to town. Shelly is the best dental hygienist, though I’m sure they have others there too that are just as good.No worry about them performing work that doesn’t really need done like some other dental groups that are in it to just take your money and do work that doesn’t need done. Make an appt today if you’ve been putting it off. 😁

Not so good experience, hygenist talks too much, makes you uncomfortable, should know better for someone who does that kind of job. I mean you should definitely not be talkative and chatty while you have fingers in my mouth! The rest of the staff is ok.

Dr. Bassett is amazing! He was very gentle and fast during my procedure. He explained everything I needed to know and what to expect. I highly recommend going to see him!

I called at 11:30 am with a horrible tooth ache. The receptionist was amazingly friendly and helpful. By 12:10 I was with the Dr, getting a good solid solution to fix my problem. The staff was friendly and welcoming, for a first time visit I was highly impressed and fairly certain this is my new dentist!

Very helpful in assessing and getting a new night guard in all aspects from fitting to finance. A love this place which is why I drive 45 minutes from Thornton to get my dental work done there!

I had a wonderful experience here. Dr. Reid Lowther and his associates did an amazing job, very thorough and explained everything they went through with me. Felt safe and taken care of, which in the past, has been a rare experience for me anywhere else. They gave me honest and thorough answers and together we were able to figure out the best plan for my dental hygiene. I now recommend Dr. Lowther to all my friends and family.

My family has had a lot of work done by Dr. Ray, including crowns, bridges and invisalign. He is a perfectionist and Ive never had crowns and bridges that fit just right the first time from anyone other than Dr. Ray. Their prices are fair and they do everything they can to keep cost down for the patient. The entire staff is very friendly and professional.Also - as far as age goes, we came from a dentist who was ready to retire and I now wish we had switched sooner. Dr. Ray stays up to date on all of the latest dental procedures through continuing education and he requires his staff to do the same.

So there I was... needing to get some serious dental work done, so I started looking around. I went originally to a place called CD. They didnt tell me what I needed, but instead what they were going to sell me! No explanation, just a bill. When I asked her to give me more info she said she didnt know... yep, you guessed right... I walked out the door! So there I was... back at square one, needing to get some serious dental work done, so I started looking around and thats when I found Hampden Family Dental. Everything I said about the last place, just going ahead and flip the script; it was the exact opposite. It wasnt just a bill of sale, but an explanation of what needed to be done, a plan, and how it was going to be executed... together. Now this is my kind of place! Dr. Dave was flawless in his work! Krystal did an amazing job of calming any concerns I had (I was not easy to deal with but she did great) You can bet your bottom dollar this fellow right here will be back for ALL my family and Is dental needs... and so should you!

The staff here at Hampden Family Denist was warm and welcoming. I have a terrible fear of dentists and after meeting Dr Bassett and his staff I know I am in great hands. They explained every part of the process to me and took away my fears. They gave me options and explained each of them to me. For the first time ever I am looking forward to going to the dentist. If you need any dental work done this is the place to go.
