NOT HAPPY AT ALL! They sent us away because our insurance had my husbands name on it but he wasnt there! They said it didnt match! It didnt match because my husbands name can be male or female and they thought it was me! They are ridiculous! I called to explain later and the boy said he only worked there for three weeks so I asked to talk to the Dentist (So they could explain to him that the name on the insurance card is who covers the family). I was even being kind. He told me no and HUNG UP ON ME! Absolutely ridiculous and a great way to lose patients! Never in my life have I experienced such rudeness by everyone there! Ive never had my husband have to hold our hands to go to the doctor or dentist just because his name is the one on the card WITH OUR NAMES UNDER HIS! UGH! The crazy thing is they saw our son 6 mos. ago with no problem and I even told this punk kid! Get better people...KIND PEOPLE! You never know whats going on when your away DOC!

I had to have one of my wisdom teeth extracted on short notice and Belleview Dentist office was more than happy to see my the next day. Prices were affordable and they were to extract the tooth in about 5 minutes with local anesthesia. Everyone was very friendly and efficient. Would gladly return and recommend this office to others. A bit tricky to find the office and find parking close by, but otherwise no complaints at all.

I have had more serious dental work done here over the last 2 years than I have my entire life. Danielle has been there for both of my major incidents (1 implant and 1 crown today) and she is just awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. And Dr. MaCallum has been fantastic as well. I would absolutely recommend this dentist office.

I liked this office before. However, my recent experience was simply just awful.I came in for a simple cleaning then left with a tooth ache due to a very painful and unnecessary porcelain filling. I can’t even find the right words…

First off scheduling was a breeze. The financial aspect was clear, concise and easy to follow! Thanks Hailey! I had 3 crowns done in one sitting and it was efficient and actually a pleasant experience. I was made comfortable and never felt as though I was an after thought, Thanks Roxanna and Daniel! The finished teeth are awesome! I experienced very little pain at all and was continually asked about how I was feeling. What a great Dentist Dr. McCallum is she was extremely professional and efficient. I must say they made going to the Dentist a fun time! I would absolutely recommend this office to everyone! I recently moved to the area and scheduled a new client appointment for an exam and cleaning. I was welcomed and all of my questions were answered. I appreciated their upfront pricing and friendly dentist and staff. I worked with Cara McCallum and she was open and helpful throughout my appointment. Lets face facts, no one likes going to the dentist. Its intrusive, awkward and sometimes painful. However, despite all of my past experiences, both military and civilian, Belleville has gone above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and ensure a relatively pain free experience. Dr. Ashley(McCallum) is a master of her craft and walked me through every step of what is now an ongoing process (invisalign). I would highly recommend Dr. Ashley for any of your dental health needs.

Dr. McCallum is great, very professional and efficient. Her Staff made it easy to get an exam and crown replacement the same day. Will return.

My anxiety when it comes to dentistry is almost unexplainable! But Dr. Walker and her team were AMAZING. I had root canals done by Dr. Chan who was beyond impressive, very honest, and informative. I was there for 11 hours with multiple surgeries to my mouth including veneers put in and numerous shots. This morning, the day after, I have ZERO PAIN! None. Dr. Walker was caring, professional, and kind the ENTIRE time. Even as her office staff was leaving for the day I didn’t feel she rushed through anything and I’m the one who actually ended the apt early. I live over and hour away and will choose her as my dentist and drive to her from here on out!!

Not happy with my experience at this dental office nor with the billing manager. If the billing had been transparent, I probably would not be writing this.You should know that if you go there you must pay up front based on what the billing staff determines your insurance will be paying. Not a problem, but for me their calculations were wrong and there was no refund of the difference. They also charged my insurance $74 for oral hygiene counseling for my son who did not receive it, said that it was a required charge.The billing for my crown was not what my insurance company said it should be on my explanation of benefits. I was charged $200+ more. I brought it to the billing managers attention who has found every excuse not to refund the overpayment. They billed the insurance for an all-porcelain lab crown and charged me for what they said was a more expensive in-office CEREC crown. When the claim was processed my insurance statement said I owed $200 less than they charged me because I was in-network. Mistake? They refused to correct it. However, to be fair, the dental work was done well.Their policy on X-rays and photos leaves something to be desired. We went as a family for our first visit, and after they x-rayed my whole mouth they also photographed my whole mouth. I wasnt given an option to have the photos or not. They charged me for every photo, which my insurance did not cover and I had to pay. When it was my husbands turn for his first-time cleaning and he said no to X-rays, they refused to treat him saying X-rays were required.Overall it was the type of dental experience where when you say you have insurance, they say great and then try to maximize its use at every turn, and you leave questioning what happened.

Had a pretty poor experience with their billing department. There was a mix up with our insurance and we were billed $170.00 for the visit. Not a big deal. After numerous times contacting the office and going round and round we were finally assured that the mix-up had been cleared after we provided the appropriate documentation the $170.00 would be paid and we would receive no further correspondence about the dues. A month later we get a letter in the mail stating we’ve been sent to collections! For $170.00 which we could afford. We are in the middle of purchasing a home and this is just absurd. This could destroy our credit.Pretty bummed out about it. They have an answering service so you can’t leave voicemails and they don’t return messages left by the return service. Here’s the hilarious part. They called today to remind us of our appointment next month! WTH?!?! You guys need to fix this ASAP.

I hated going to the dentist for years until I found this place. They make everything very comfortable and are very careful and gentle with all procedures. I’ve had nothing but good experiences and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new dentist.

This is the best dental business that I have gone to. I have been to multiple dentists in Colorado and the quality of work was subpar. I would really recommend going here instead. I had a 2nd root canal done today which went very smoothly. The previous dentist that I was going to had made a big enough mistake to where I ended up with an infection and I had lots of pain underneath the tooth. I went here to get another root canal done. There werent any issues and their was no pain during the procedure. The dentist that specializes in root canals that works here did an excellent job. He also explained the work he would be doing in detail. Go to this office instead.

This dentist office goes above and beyond for their patients and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. It’s very scary and never good to have a dental emergency (especially during a pandemic), but they were able to get me in for an appointment right away and put all my worries at ease the moment I sat down in the chair. Everyone from Alexa the office manager to Dr. Heather Hong did everything they could and more for me, and were just absolutely amazing. I’m so glad I found this office!

I had a wonderful experience! Everything was so clean and everyone was extremely friendly, from the receptionist/benefits coordinator to the dental hygienist to the dentist I felt very cared for and informed throughout the entire appointment. I loved the fact that there was time aside to walk me through cost before treatment that my insurance didnt include, a very transparent and honest practice. Keep doing what youre doing!

Dr.Tran and Miss Kin are amazing I could not feel a thing and he does a fantastic job checking in and making sure you are comfortable. It took no time to do two root canals. Only place to get dental work

Going to the dentist isnt generally something I enjoy, but this staff made it wonderful. From the receptionists to the dentists, everyone was friendly and kind, great at explaining procedures, recommendations, tooth care and costs. It made me feel knowledgeable and in control of my teeth, and I know Im not going to get a surprise bill in the mail, due to the benefits coordinator coming over and discussing the cost of all procedures before proceeding. Highly recommend them for anyone!

I am at a loss of words for how AMAZING this office is.. They were all so amazing, and so personable. I went into the office to get a crown, they explained the procedure and even payments options for me so that it fit it my budget. They made everything so easy for me to understand.. during my procedure they made sure I was completely comfortable.. they even gave me snacks while I waited on my crown and a blanket because it was chilly in the room.. This will now be my new dentist home and dentist family. ♥️

Do not go to this dentist. They told me I had all of these things wrong with my teeth. I went to go get a second opinion and my dentist that I love now told me I didn’t have the things wrong with my teeth like this dentist claimed that I had. It’s always important to get a second opinion and make sure you stay away from chain/franchise dentists. I now see Dr. Gibbs down the street from this place at Cherry Hills Dental Associates off Belleview.

Fancy office, but the dentist is constantly trying to up-sell you on everything. She pressured me heavily on each up-sell telling me I would have terrible consequences if I didn’t chose them. She seemed much more motivated about making money than helping me.I just wanted a routine cleaning and to ask a question about jaw pain. I will not be going back.

Very clean, professional, friendly dental office. Went in for a 6 month check up and cleaning after recently moving to the area. The entire staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The hygienist & doctor informed me that I grind my teeth at night, and by the looks of the damage to my teeth, which they pointed out in detail to me very clearly right there in person and in photos, I have been doing it for quite some time, probably years. Meaning every dentist I had been to before moving here (and I go to the dentist every six months, and have moved a couple times so its definitely been more than one dentist) had decided it wasnt important enough to inform me of this habit that could be the cause of headaches I have frequently, interrupted sleep, and the tooth sensitivity and chipping that you can clearly see on some of my teeth. They told me about my options with getting a mouth guard, but did not pressure me into buying the expensive version made with a mold in office, and told me about more affordable options I could look into. I am thankful they took the time to tell me about this, and I will definitely be going back to this clinic for checkups, cleanings, and any other dental concerns I may have.

Dr. Taryn Yee-Paiva was very kind and professional. She seemed knowledgeable and had answers to all my questions. The actual practice was a different story. I had a crown done on one tooth and a filling on another in October 2017. During the crown procedure she left a deep painful cut in my gums from from the lidocaine shot. I had to return 3 different times because the crown tooth was in pain and each time they were convinced they had to adjust my bite more. After the third visit my crown was drilled down to a flat nub and barely touching my bottom teeth and I was still in terrible pain whenever i ate or had anything cold. After the third bite adjustment with no relief I was actually terrified to return to Belleview dentist office in case they would try to drill my tooth anymore. I didnt feel confident they knew what they were doing. I also started to have pain in the other filling that they did at the same time. I waited until the end of the year and changed my dental insurance to open up my options more and I went to another dentist that was recommended to me. Sure enough I had to get a root canal on the crown tooth. Now its February and Im starting to get a lot more pain in the other filling that was done at Belleview Dentist office. I fear I will either have to get the filling redone or god forbid another root canal. I have been going to other dentists for a long time and have never had a crown before let alone a root canal. This is not something that just happens. Dont skimp out on dental insurance. Pay up and get someone good. Your teeth are worth it.

Let me begin by saying that the dental hygienists and office staff were great and that is the ONLY reason that I gave them 1 star. They made me feel very comfortable and worked with me on my payment. However, the dentist, Taryn Yee-Paiva, was HORRIBLE! As a grown person, with beautiful, healthy teeth, I do not expect to be scolded for, what she felt, was not taking care of my teeth. I made the appointment expecting to have a normal 6 month check up that would be 100% covered by my insurance, only to be scared into agreeing to extensive dental work that was not at all covered by my insurance. I dont know about the other dentists in the office, but avoid Dr Yee-Paiva at all costs!

Previous dentist experiences have taught me to hate and dread going to the dentist but Dr. Yee and her team have completely changed that for me! Not only are they incredibly friendly and nice but also very prompt and professional. Dr. Yee makes you feel like you are in control through out the entire procedure which adds a level of relaxation that really helps. I did not feel an ounce of pain and the procedure was very speedy. I have had the same procedure done at other places and the overall experience does not even come close to what Dr. Yee and her team offer. Highly recommend to anyone, specially those who hate or get anxiety going to the dentist.

Dr. Yee-Paiva was absolutely wonderful during my cleanings and crown work. In fact, the entire staff was wonderful and efficient in my appointment process. I was referred out to their specialist who could see me sooner and their recommendation to their other office for a root canal was also pleasant- as much as it can be for that procedure. Even fell asleep during it they were so good! My follow up with Dr. Yee was wonderful to complete the work. She did an amazing job with my crown as well as a filling to cover some discoloration. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yee. Detail oriented and makes sure everything is perfect. Plus all new technology in there makes visits incredibly painless and easy.
