The staff are very nice. Plus I love the customer rewards. On Fridays and Sundays the grams are $7 and they also have happy hour which one can get the 3.5 for half price. I live about 90 minutes away from Trenchtown now, since I moved west of the Front Range. However, I still go out of my way to go to Trenchtown because their product, prices, and customer service are all seriously on point. The staff is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Edibles, flower, concentrates, and cartridges are some products Ive purchased here, and I have not been disappointed once. Their prices and the daily deals they have throughout the week are awesome, too. Well worth the drive, especially when you compare to shops closer to me in places like Fairplay, Grant, or Bailey. In those spots, product quality is lower and the price is higher, based on my experiences. Ill continue going to Trenchtown as long as Im within reasonable distance.

Ive explored the rec shops around the city for years. I was pleasantly surprised when I found Trenchtown. The staff has always been incredibly patient and knowledgeable. Weekly deals are always on point with good bud and shatter. As a Sativa smoker, Ive always found a wide variety of strands to choose from, always tasty and testing heavy. Was not expecting much, but this quickly becoming one of my favorites. All their tree is one tier, and is mostly pretty good. Daily ounce deals are dope. There’s a few strains that were kinda mid, but for price and consistency.. Trenchtown is definitely smooth.

Today was my first time to this shop, and I am happy with the kind people who helped me get my high today. I was exhausted from just getting off of work and their bubbly and polite mannerisms definitely lifted my spirits. Jay did well with helping me choose a strain, which I decided on the Cherry Tropicana. It is beautiful bud, smells great, and has a pure taste that leaves my mouth begging for more. And I dont believe I got the name of the person working the front, but he was also helpful and understanding with my lagging brain. Well done team! I will definitely be back!

Have to wait too long for medical. Took 40 minutes to help one customer. Stop talking. You can move faster. Total time from check-in one full hour. Maybe put two registers on the medical side! If you go after Thursday you might not have real selection on flower. They restock only once a week.

I went out my way to get their deal today, they don’t accept out of state virtual Identification. Way to step it up with the policies and make things difficult durring covid. Well grown, small batch harvested marijuana. Their selection is good, always offering an array of indica, sativa, and hybrid. Bud tenders are well versed in the nuances of their hand weighed flower. Due to their small size, wait times can be a bit, but I have never been disappointed with my flower purchase.

Dispensary usually really good but lately for some reason I dont know if theyre grow their crops not coming in good or if they just want more money but theyre charging a lot more for their ounces and the buds are looking really skimpy and when they have a deal for 105 but yet they tell you that their boss tells them that they cant sell the ounces for that and they have to pay 115 plus tax. Just not cool when the deal says that so its kind of just you know them needing more money maybe in the future Ill go back.

They are some of the best flower Ive had in Denver. I was on the med side and had no issue with dryness, they were sticky and moist. Everything tasted and smelled great, with a smooth smoke. The people there were really chill and cool to talk to. Im sad they arent closer to Boulder since I no longer work close to them I usually dont make the trek

It would be 5 stars but theyre kinda expensive. Everyone in the reviews mentions the good price but close to $40 bucks an 1/8 is not a good price.The weed is fantastic though and the staff was really nice. The art on the jars is fun as well. Still 4 stars after all things considered.

I decided to give this dispensary a try and glad I did! They had a decent selection of flower on the med side. All the strains I looked at smelled amazing and the nugs were beautiful (can also attest it is quality product upon using). I had called before I came in and whoever I was on the phone with was very helpful answering my questions about their deals and caregiver sign over. My only gripe was that the budtender I dealt with was not the most personable. I have a regular dispensary I go to and the vibes there are chill and they never make me feel like I’m an inconvenience, which is why I like going there. But I moved recently, so that dispensary is just a little out of the way now. I don’t know if it was just an off day maybe, but I kind of felt like I was an inconvenience, so I will probably not be doing my caregiver sign over here. I did get a first time discount though which was nice and very appreciated. Thank you Trenchtown!

Great Customer Service and Amazing product at great prices

Was overcharged 25% for a product I didn’t want because they didn’t have what I was looking for and was reassured what they had was *exactly* the same. This was not the case and now I have a product I was overcharged for and doesn’t help. It was for chronic anxiety so that’s really disappointing. I don’t have money to throw away on things I can’t use and was trusting their guidance. I went back today to spend more money on something similar, not asking to do an exchange, which would have been appropriate. I asked if they could compensate on an additional product for having been overcharged in the first place. I had my head ripped off by an employee, as if I’d done something wrong, saying they would not help because I didn’t have a receipt. Regardless if they were willing to help or not, this was terrible customer service from the start and I should not have been talked to that way. I was treated poorly and taken advantage of. This left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be going back. You can’t treat customers that way and expect them to want to do business with you.
