I used to love going to this dispensary but not anymore. The prices of flower have gone up. The customer service has gone down. The quality I can find somewhere else. I don’t like the fact that I wasn’t earning points for a month and a 1/2 while their new system is kicking in. I don’t like the fact that their weed selection was cut in half on the med side yet they are charging more. It’s not worth it anymore. I gave it 3 stars because it’s definitely still got some good weed and ok rewards but it’s definitely lacking now on the flower selection as well as pricing.

Super helpful staff and great selection for a smaller store. The had the Firefly Mini vapes I love which are hard to find in Denver. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

For the last couple of years Ive been an avid customer spending several thousand dollars annually here. However, the quality of this dispensary has plummeted in recent months and they have become extremely unfriendly to customers. Yesterday, I tried to talk out my concerns with their employees on two separate trips and they refused to listen, so I let them know I wouldnt be coming here anymore.Part of the issue has been in new employees who are pretty rude and have straight up ignored my face-to-face questions to them on multiple occasions. Last week, I spent more than 20 minutes in the med waiting room and nobody ever showed up in spite of the parking lot being empty of other customers. The final straw came when I didnt get the monthly members credit they are supposed to give, and was essentially accused of trying to scam them out of $50 when, again, I already spend thousands here every year. I just want them to live up to their side of the agreement. They asked me to come in a second time yesterday to talk to a manager, and when I did I was told that manager had called in sick. So, I asked if they had planned to do anything about this, and they basically said no through a series of technicalities.Its a shame because this was a really great dispensary when we first moved to East Colfax but its essentially corporatized to where its more like an expensive Green Solution.

Surpassed my expectations for customer service. Sean was a great guy, even looking up a local ball game for me and a buddy.. great conversation, great environment, great prices!! Highly recommend!!!

I visited about a month ago while I was there the guy working was too stoned to even function properly and a simple transaction took forever, he told me one price but apparently forget to ring up half of what I purchased. and now Im looking at my CC statement and its saying SilverStem gave me cash back which I remember taping no cash back on their screen.

The staff are super friendly and quite accommodating! Cant recommend a finer and reasonably priced place!!

I’ve been shopping at SilverStem for well over a year. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The products they sell and especially the flower is awesome. My favorite Blue Dream is their own special blend and is quite different than traditional BD.

The blue dream here is really nice and tasty. Most of the bud tenders are personable, but one girl recently seemed distant and was not listening to my questions attentively, which made her overwork and consequently made me look like I was asking for a lot of information. Otherwise, I like this place.

The size and look of the flowers were amazing, the taste was amazing. Great percentage and price for an oz. Fast and friendly! I am definitely going there again. Happy 4/20!

Very friendly and courteous. I mean so friendly that the up sale was very cool and relaxed. I didnt bite but left a tip because of cool vibe my counter person gave. Very welcoming. Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. This place used to be the definitive place for medical customers. You’d get $60 a month for providing them the rights to your plants. I resigned my plants with them this year expecting the same. But when the new month came, my credit wasn’t there. I was curtly told “oh we don’t do that anymore”. There was no heads up or anything to the customer. I don’t even know what I signed my plants over for now? I almost certainly will be finding a new place that’s closer and treats their repeat members better.

Absolutely one of my favorite dispensaries! The MJ staff and Security staff are so much fun to talk to and really make you feel welcome. Their prices are competitive and fair which is why I continue to patronize them.

As I used to be pretty fond of this place and use them as my caregiver for over six months I had the pleasure of meeting where I can only assume to be the owner she was very rudeAs I was leaving and I was still in the waiting room she proceeded to tell To tell her coworker who has always been very kind to me and has excellent customer service skills that I didn’t deserve that treatment because I wasn’t spending enough money Time to find a new caregiver SMH

It was AWESOME. THE BUD IS FIRE. Its more expensive than other places but that sting goes away after you take your first pull of the SKITTLES. FLAVOR COUNTRY. The people are cool and Hella helpful making sure you get the right bud for u.

Refused to provide my medication. Im signed up to have this as my medical dispensary and have never had any issues until my last visit. I couldnt find my CO drivers license and tried using a valid tribal id card. I was then told I cannot use a tribal id to purchase meds and denied service.

I used to love this dispensary but I just had a horrible experience and felt the need to share it immediately. That is about as unsafe in a public place as I have felt since the pandemic started several months ago.As soon as I walked into the tiny vestibule that is impossible to socially distance in, they let several more people pile in there with me. They used to keep people from piling in to socially distance.The wait was long because there was only one budtender, but that wasnt the issue. The guys that came in behind me proceeded to touch EVERYTHING they could with their bare hands, leaning over the counters under the hanging dividers, getting really close to everyone else in the store, and the people working there acted like nothing was happening.I really feel like the people at this dispensary dont care at all about their customers after that experience. This is a pretty expensive place and basic cleanliness and sanitation during a pandemic shouldnt be a concern. I probably wont be able to go back here, and that really sucks.

Ok so first time in the great state of Denver! Me and my wife are from Pennsylvania and we don’t have recreational dispensary’s any where around us. With that said I can’t say enough good things about both of my trips to silver stem!!! The bud tender was spot on with knowledge about there products, he made it a very easy process. If you are ever in Denver I highly suggest you choose this dispensary, don’t waste your time with the 500 others. Just go straight to this place.

I come here all the time (rec) I also work in the industry as a grow tech. I love all of the budtenders accept one chubby curly haired lady. She wont give me my discount, when everyone else will. Also she will give you attitude and tells you there are the same products on both registers when if you take 2 seconds to look shes clearly lieing. She makes me feel unwelcome, and is the reason Im considering changing dispensaries. Otherwise best budtender is Shawn by far hes cool af 👌😎

Best dispensary in Denver! Prices are low compared to other dispensaries, and the flower is not dry like other places that offer “Prepackaged flower”. The quality is amazing, way better than any other place in town. The best in every category!

The quality of the product is above and beyond what the local competitors are offering and the staff here is far more knowledgable. After 2 years of coming here with my dog, who is a certified Support Animal, mind you, these people refused to service us. I dont care what your rules are about pets. My dog isnt a pet. And you have violated my rights by refusing service to me because of her. By law, she is allowed to accompany me ANYWHERE. I dont abuse this privilege, but a dispensary, especially a run-down one of this caliber, is the last place that should be concerned about dogs. A 10lb dog. Seriously.In regards to the selection, its not consistent and EXTREMELY hit or miss. You wont be impressed. I wasnt, and only came the times that I was too lazy to drive a little further up the street.2 years of patronage down the drain, I will never return again. There are *at least* a dozen other MUCH better dispensaries in the area. Save yourself the hassle and go there.**UPDATE: Response to Owner**You run a dispensary, not a medical facility; you do not know what my specific medical needs are, or if my animal is trained to assist me or not. WHICH SHE IS. But would you or your employees know that? No, you wouldnt, because you didnt care to; completely ignoring the BRIGHT PINK identifying vest she was wearing. By law, you cannot dictate where I take my animal, nor can you deem it necessary or unnecessary for my animal to accompany me based on your shallow visual observations. That is not only discriminatory, but disgustingly ableist. Your business is at risk because of your ignorance. Update yourself on the law, and get over yourself. Even if my dog were just a pet, your treatment of us was absolutely absurd, and youd still be losing out on a customer. Its a lose-lose for you, sorry.
