The flower is good but the service was poor. The other bud-tenders were short and rude. I wanted to package two eighth from one strain. They allowed it but told our bud-tender to not do that again in a nasty tone. I would go check out another location to see if their service is better.

I came in the other day and had the best experience. I now prefer this dispensary over all of the other ones. I got helped by a young lady named robin, she helped me out by walking me through the menu and showing me different items I can buy. I am usually a flower type person but robin even talked me into joints and edibles. I enjoyed my experience and I will be back.

Generally speaking the staff is kind and with coupons the product is reasonably priced. The guy with dreads is consistently rude and for this reason I will begin shopping elsewhere. I felt welcome at this store until he began working there.

Best distillate cartridges in town, at the best price! The Pure Colfax location is killing it! The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful. They really go out of their way to make sure their patrons are satisfied and leave the store happy. They answer any questions you have, and make you feel welcome in the store. This was a very amazing staff working Sunday morning (10/18/2020). We were doing the cooking with cannabis class so we were asking what to get for it and the girl with yellow or blonde hair I believe was on it! Like knew what to give us (a syringe) and explained why it was better than the other options, and the guy was talking to my wife about CO and how great it is. Overall great service and awesome people!

Arianna is really nice and shes helpful. I never have to wait more than a minute, its never crowded, and they have good products. I will keep coming back here.

COME EARLY OR THEY WILL CLOSE BEFORE 10PM. This is the second time they’ve closed their doors early. The first time they did this I left a review and was immediately called by a higher up who explained that was NOT their policy. I pulled up 5 minutes to close Saturday night and they told me that their new policy was to close the doors 5 minutes early. I was greeted at my car by the assistant manager who, while polite, personally refused service and turned us away. Went to Affinity up the street and spent my money there. Get it together Pure!!!

This was my go to store for years, even though they ALWAYS put the wrong stuff in my bag, but on my last trip the girl at the door was SO RUDE, i wanted to smack her right in her face. The woman behind the counter would not let me pick my own, insisting I had to stand 3 feet from the counter where the tags could not be read. NEVER SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE.
