Seemed like they where in a hurry we wanted to shop but in and out! kind of rude!!

I walked in 15 minutes till close. I didn’t expect to be helped last minute, with a bigger then usual crowd, first time and no medical card! JULIA walked me in so we could print my card, already she’s gone out of her way to help. Of course when you do things last minute nothing ever goes right.. nothing! Regardless she was persistent about getting me in and out, and after like 15 minutes I was able to purchase what I went there for!! Mean while she helped, she was friendly and positive! great first impression. Friendly staff, awesome quality concentrates, and good deals!!

Came from out of town and I have an unexpired plastic license with a hole punch because Im getting my motorcycle endorsement and then I provided my paper one and they wont let me in. Any decent human would let me wait inside in their waiting area at least but no they kick me out in the 20 degree weather. Not worth your business, plenty of other dispensaries around.

I’ve smoked weed for 10 years. They have amazing flower but high prices, probably because of the location. It’s great that they also sell seeds from “the Bank”. I highly recommend if you don’t mind spending a little extra money for top quality cannabis.

The Clinic Highlands has the best customer service anyone can ask for. They definitely know how to make a bad situation into a good experience for a customer. Bad reviews on this place are bias. They also have the best selection in everything. Great deals and great products!

Good strains but they do not prioritize medicinal clientele. For example: currently their lab is the only one that make pods for the PAX era (thankfully this exclusive contract is coming to an end) they charge 60/pod regardless of med/rec. Other dispensaries sell the same pods for under fifty. Thankfully they are losing this exclusivity and the free market will cause these pods to be more affordable for everyone! I could see this being a great rec dispensary, but red card holders should avoid at all costs.

They don’t honor their own online pricing.

So dissatisfied with the dispensary called The Clinic. I’m not going back there. They used to be the best but now, they are one of the worst. Don Pelicar may not have the best weed in the world but it’s consistently good and you can spend $100 on an ounce out the door (with tax) everyday and I’ve never gotten a bad batch. Shame on you The Clinic. Bad weed bad prices and bad customer service.

Ive tried this place multiple times and have had the worst service in the world. This most recent time I went and I have a rip in my giant paper med license. Its been there for months, used multiple times THIS week already in that condition. In fact, Ive already spent over $1000 rhis year at the clinic (different locations) with that exact card. But this location tells me that they cant serve me because of the rip. They were super unhelpful, and I decided to take my business elsewhere.Next place I go to mentions the rip, but lets me in and serves me. And before I was done the manager came out of the other room with a new paper license that she printed for me! Unlike the clinic they were helpful and actually wanted my business.Ive been using the clinic for a long time and spent a lot of money there to just be treated like that. I will never go back to thst place again, and with all the options out there, I dont recommend you use them either.

First they’re way over priced. Second, new cards are PDF files, but The Clinic want a printed copy? They have no way to print on they’re printer, won’t accept a text or email. They’re in house rules have lost me as a customer, and I’ve been shopping there for since this location opened.Since they also haven’t realized there is a price war in Colorado, I found a new place I like better.

Service was okay, I live in TX and not only informed the person who sold me the CBD ,but he also took my license before we went in the back and additionally I had the bottle with me of the product I wanted to purchase and was told it was identical to what I had (same manufacturer and product. when I got home I realized the CBD oil had THC I called and they were not aware the manufacturer made different products . I could not take the oil home as it is illlegalin Texas and no refunds.Oh well

Ive been coming to the Clinic Highlands for over 3 years and I have always gotten the most amazing customer service who go out of their way to help me find what I need. They also have a huge variety of high quality strains. My primary medical needs require me to use Indica or CBD edibles and they have the best selection Ive ever seen.Thanks, Kathy Jo

Their selection was terrible, there was only one gram of extract to choose from and the buds were mediocre at best. I bought a 2 pack of the Micro G pens and when I asked what it came with the employee forcefully dumped everything out of the box to let me look at what it included. When she put the items back into the box it wouldnt even close anymore, and when I got home it turns out she left out one of the jars it was supposed to come with, the grinder card I saw inside the box when she dumped it out, and the mini tool it included. When I called to ask about it they just told me they arent responsible for the product, the manufacturer is. That doesnt even make sense!! Ill never go back to this store. Ridiculous

Im supposed to purchase with not being able to see the product outside of the bag and without smelling? Smells like a scam to me.

I have been going here since I can remember but it seems that the product is more expensive for everything compared to most shops, but some solid stuff helps this place reasonable people.

Best weed ever! This place is literally the whole foods of the weed industry. If you want a dependable, and strong strain, the clinic is the place to go. Also, I do recommend the CLINIC HIGHLANDS over the other clinics just bc everyone there is super nice, and always has a smile on their face. Whereas, the other clinics have the same amazing products and nice people, the CLINIC HIGHLANDS seems to have Disney birds, and cartoon butterflies singing when you walk in. Anyway, hash awesome! I like their edible selection process. Bud tenders know what theyre talking about. Yah! Great place! Love it! (And btw, prices are fine. If you go in for happy hour, you get 10% off. The weed is better than any other store, literally, so in my opinion it should cost more. And if you get a punch card, you get a free eighth for every eighth you buy, AND ounces dont cost $300. You can get an ounce for $220. Plus, if you sign up the clinic as a caregiver, they will give $100 free product when you spend $50. So everyone else complaining is just being a turd.)

Baddest dispensary I have ever visited they just stole my money by selling me messed up concentrate when I went back to return it they refused and told me we could give you a credit for our messed up concentrate but we can’t take it back, so in order to take advantage of this credit I had to buy another concentrate which they told me it’s more expensive than the one I had and you need to add extra money besides the credit, they just force me to spend more money and buy crappy stuff again I will never go to any of the clinic dispensaries and for sure I will advise anyone I know to not go to any of the clinic dispensaries.

Dont go here with out of state people or with more than yourself. If theyre busy theyll let in regulars before you assuming you dont know what you want. When I told the receptionist we read the menu and know what we want she rudely told us we would have to wait since were in a group.
