Went in looking for Max Flower but it appeared they had sold out, but both the lady at the front and Shane recommended the Waiting Game strain, Im very pleased with the batch I received! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR ID IS CRACKED. I’ve been here about 8 times after recently decided to give it another try (stopped coming after it was no longer red eye). Anyways my ID has been accepted every time until this recent time saying it’s too damaged, mind you these new Ids are brittle as fook and mine was complete, just a hairline crack and tape to stop it from spreading further. All of the sudden my ID isn’t good enough after it’s already been accepted 8 times before in the same condition. Good product and adequate pricing but management and business practices can definitely be improved, I’d suggest weighing your stuff before consumption, you will find discrepancies in the weight you paid for vs the weight you get.

The staff here is pretty nice, but the (astronomical) prices they have up on display for some of their products are incorrect. I bought a gram of some live res recommended by the bud tender, it said 18.25 pretax on the display. When I check out, I notice the price for everything is pretty high, but I just pay and leave…. When I get to my car, I check the receipt and notice they charged me like 20.45 pretax for it. Whatever, it’s 2 dollars, shady but not worth the hassle. Once I get home, I notice the gram is like 58% thc… bruh… I guess it’s my fault for not asking prior, but like come on, who do you think is smoking this? My mom? Why are your budtenders recommending the weakest stuff in the store just to not give the display price?

I’ve been a daily smoker for six years and recently moved to CO to enjoy the legal benefits. I can go through an ounce in a week easily and GM-Santa Fe’s shake prices at $44 an ounce including tax keep my habit affordable. I’d say 9/10 bags I get have minimal stems and I almost never see seeds. When I do get a stem heavy bag, I remember that the hit rate is still pretty good and dedicate thirty minutes or so to picking out the stems and problem solved. Though it would be nice if someone at the shop could dedicate a little bit of time to getting the shake as fluffy and stemless as possible, it’s not always the biggest issue and is part of the reason it’s as cheap as it is. I might occasionally stop in at other shops for concentrates or edibles, but GMSF is my only stop for flower.Editing to include another thing I appreciate about the shop: the range of THC available in the shake and flower. I prefer to alternate between %s in the low teens and 20s to keep my tolerance from getting too high and they almost always have an option in the under 15% range.

Last couple of times me and my husband went the waits have been to long. The shop was opened late, and jose was the only one working, we let him know we were very displeased with our wait. The last time, again it was opened late this budtender told us jose no longer works here which is unfortunate cause he was so respectful and kind. This budtender was also alone, and seemed a bit overwhelmed. Bunch of open spaces on the flower shelf. Low variety of edibles and cartridges. And the overall experience reminded us why we stopped shopping here before. Dont know what kind of changes are going on but we will be taking our business down the street.

Visited CO for less than a week and can say with the most pleasure that we visited the SANTA FE golden meds location about 4/5 times. Amazing selection, great customer service and keep an eye out for those awesome deals! Wanna give a shout out to TYLER who helped us out on our last day in town and got us enrolled in the rewards program even though we are out of towners. Golden Meds on Santa Fe is normally my least liked store because they have a long line out the door to the parking lot, but they stay open late so it was my choice for that days transaction. The flower is superb for the price & the amount of products they have are great. There was no line so everything went quick and easy
