I’ve been frequenting this location for over a year as a med customer. I spend hundreds (yes hundreds) a week and have been told I’m one of the few med customers this location has. For the most part everyone who works there is so friendly and I’ve really enjoyed chatting with them! Unfortunately though, though the pre rolls have not been rolled well in the past couple of months (really loose at the base) and the credit card machine is often broken in the drive thru, but I was looking past that because there are so many other positives about this location.Today, the GM, Sarah (who proudly announced who she was, unsolicited) treated me like a child when I asked my husband what strain I liked last time. Shouting that “he does not qualify for the sale!” Then proceeding to school me on the law was not necessary. She could’ve just asked politely that I do not consult with him during the sale.It’s important to note that I understand and respect the laws that are set forth by the government, however, the way it was relayed to me by Sarah was extremely unprofessional and condescending. Certainly not how I would expect a GM to communicate with customers as I’m sure she is considered a leader. This incident was the straw that broke the camel’s back.With that said, I’m unfortunately going to be going elsewhere moving forward. What a shame.

I purchased some items at the drive thru. They ran my card and took money from my account but I didn’t receive any product in exchange because THEY had a card reader error…. I feel robbed.Lack of sympathy from the closing staff on the issue.Over all Shady business practices. Use cash only. Don’t expect consistent customer service. They trade off employees very quickly.

Love this place. Great selection. Wish they would have had more edibles, but all in all, a great experience. They are very knowledgeable and seem excited to teach people about each product. Will be back

Budtender was fine. When I asked what other sections of the stores products were they said it was medical. I inquired to learn more but that was all I got from him. I felt like he wanted us out of there asap. The edibles on the medical marijuana side were ones Ive bought before at other locations without a medical card.

This place is A++ as is everyone who works here. I drive for 30 minutes to shop here because the awesome selection and staff that are more like friends than people who are paid to be there. Good folks.

If you buy anything here, then make sure it is not expired. Just made a purchase and when I got home 10 minutes later noticed the item had already expired months ago. I called to inform their staff and the staff member began arguing that they don’t sell expired items. Thought I was doing them a favor by letting them know but they made me feel like I did something wrong. Had to drive back to show them and they said they would remove all of that particular product from their shelves and contact corporate because what they sold me was indeed expired. They offered an exchange or refund but the entire time acted like I was inconveniencing them. Again, thought I was doing them a favor. Liked this store before and have shopped there a few times but never again with those attitudes towards customers.

Super friendly service in a clean, comfortable atmosphere, although a smidgen too pricey for me, personally,, being on a fixed income, and tax, but other than that, great product, and I just had to get Jam Master Jays on the rec side, (what brought me in) and they totally hooked me up with a discount because I had a med card, and they werent selling those, on the med side. Overall, great place for the price, if youre not on a fixed income, like me!!😁 Loved it here!

Customer service was super lacking, they didnt really seem to have their system organized so it seemed to take longer than needed.Edit: I placed an online order for the drive- thru - got all my texts the order was ready, drive up and the two guys in the window just stared at me for a few moments before even asking for my ID. It took the guys 5+ mins to find my order but it was placed like 20mins before?I know some dispensaries fill orders as you arrive, but it was like they lost the order or were too high to get anything done smoothly.

Whenever I come back to Denver, this will be my first stop!!!The prices are great and the budtenders are nice and very helpful.

Went and purchased some flower last night probably worst buying experience Ive had all year. The bud tender Zachary P. was pretty rude the whole time, just gave me blank stares when I asked questions, and acted like he could care less then upon ringing me up proceeds to charge me more than Ive ever paid in the 4 months Ive been signed over to them as a medical patient. Then when I get home the flower was sub-par at best, super dry, no smell, terrible taste and a very weak potency. For $75 for a medical half ounce of flower was absolutely terrible and Ill be taking my money somewhere else and signing up with somebody else. The only good thing was the female cashier covered me on 30 cents.

I like pot but Im not as into it as they are. Super helpful with medicinal questions and information. Reminds me of kid robot or the NY Supreme store.Take your time when you go and know what you want when you get there for a much better experience.

Been coming here for a while. Had an issue recently once again that my bud wasn’t weighed out correctly. I went in to address it and was told it’s not possible, everything is perfectly weighed out and so I decide to give it a chance again. Once again my 1/8 weighed in at a light 3.2, meaning it was barely there. I call immediately to address it since apparently it’s “impossible” that this could happen and upon letting my bud tender know I’m told that it’s not their responsibility. With so many shops within a mile, shop around before you go and get shorted on $40 1/8s. Specially when the bud they display looks nothing like what you get in your container.

Drive thru is convenient. The associate who helped me was very kind and helpful.

If I could give zero I would. If you are a tourist even from the United states. You will get your ID confiscated and have to wait in the lot for two hours like a dog in a parked car. The dispensary was highly unprofessional Didn’t ask for any thing else and even gave the wrong information to call for help

Native Roots not only looks amazing inside and out but they have the best staff!! Paul gave us so much information on everything before entering the store, Mike was welcoming and super sweet, and Marques thank you so much for your recommendations, I don’t usually buy bud but you made so much easier and it was super helpful!! My favorite of the chain locations always Is stocked with medical side unlike some of the others in the chain. Staff is super chill too. Member pricing is best.

Everyone that works here is awesome. Knowledgeable and super friendly. Went 2 days in a row. Went to dispenseries all over on our way from mass through the entire west coast and this place was by far my favorite.

Love the new floor plan and how interactive the budtenders are in helping find what you need. Very clean with a huge variety of products. Even have a full table of CBD only products for you and you animals. Definitely will be coming back!!!

Went in to the new Native roots on the corner of grant and speer last night with a friend who was shopping for flower and edibles...a very nice new shop with a decent selection of product.But the service...the staff were absolutely wonderful...our budtender Norm was very professional and knowledgeable about what he was selling, and a more personable budtender I dont think Ive ever met. Marques at reception and Lauren were great as well. Highly recommend this dispensary!!!

Theres a reason why theres not more reviews. Its because no one comes here because its one of the worst dispensaries in Denver. Terrible product and a hassle to pick up. They didnt want to accept my federal ID something Ive never had a problem with.
