This was the first time I visited the salon and it was a great experience. Very pleased with my haircut. The atmosphere was very welcoming which added to the positiveness of the experience.

Every time I call to make an appointment I get the answering machine. Ive left messages and got no response. How am I supposed to schedule an appointment if I cant get a hold of you? Went to another salon down the street that actually answers their phones and responds to messages.
