This was my second time getting my eyebrows threaded at this location. The first time another women did them and I was somewhat pleased so I decided to return. There seems to be a sense that it is okay to not ask how you would like your eyebrows and just doing whatever they please. I always have to let them know not too thin. I like my eyebrows pretty natural but today they were done too thin and the women was in a hurry. I’m left with one eyebrow thinner than the other.

So upset! I messaged ahead of time asking about getting my brows waxed. When I got there I again stated I wanted them waxed. Waited my turn only to have the lady repeatedly try to pressure me into threading. I told her no several times (I should have just left but I’m getting married this weekend and needed them done) and showed her pictures of my brows when they’re done. They turned out nothing how I showed her. She still ended up threading them at the end because she said it had to be done to get the small hairs. I’m so upset and crying because I hate how they look, she did what she wanted anyway and now I’m stuck with it for my wedding. They’re completely ruined, uneven and there’s nothing I can do to fix them.

She did a wonderful job! I have been getting my brows threaded for years from various places and I finally found the right spot! She listened to exactly what I wanted regardless of the fact that its not popular. Thick, dark brows are currently in style, however I have been trying to get back to thinner high arch brows because I feel it flatters me more. Most threading salons were hesitant to give me that, but she listened and executed perfectly! She made them thinner but still retained my natural high arch and shape. Excellent! I will be back!

Sanjeena did an amazing job doing my eyebrows. She was very patient and listened to everything I told her since it was my first time getting my brows threaded at this location. She took her time and really made sure that my brows looked wonderful and even. She did a slightly different shape than what Im used to but in all honesty I love how my brows suit my face now even more than before. I look more awake and fresh. Please give this place a try, you wont regret it! Theyre also doing discounts since the location just recently opened. You dont have anything to lose at this point, definitely go and check this place out!

This place is great. I had an eyebrow threading and tinting and it didnt hurt, I didnt even shed a tear. She told me that if I cried in my past threading appointments at other places that means they werent doing a good job. I definitely recommend this place, I got a lot of compliments on my eyebrows. I got my eyelashes done here and after they touched my eyes with no gloves I got a bad reaction the next day. I don’t think they wash their hands here. I’ve been to the eye doctor to fix what they had done but even then my eyes have never completely healed. They still swell up time to time. Never go here.
