I bank online, because I thoroughly dislike banks, however, this credit union is truly a breath of fresh air. Every single employee at this location as always been incredibly pleasant, fast and knowledgeable. I actually enjoy going into this institution.

Daniel was very welcoming, professional and knowledgeable about available services that would be beneficial to me. He provided information about different types of bank accounts offered which would make me money. Keep up the great work Neighbors! Although the two employees at the front didnt say hello or goodbye/have a nice day when I entered and exited the building, Daniel made up for it. It wouldve been a 5 star experience otherwise.

I enjoying banking here. I like how you can use the ATMs to do really anything and if you need to speak with someone, you just touch the screen and a teller comes on to help you, during business hours of course, I am a server so being able to make quick cash deposits is awesome. I know there is a branch in Prairieville, but a branch in Gonzales would be really helpful! Only downside really is if you need to speak with someone, in the branch, the wait times can be kind of long. Not sure why, but when they do help you they are nice and understanding.

Anytime I have been in the lobby, I am greeted at the door and directed to the area to complete my business. I like that part of the Neighbors experience. All of their personnel are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Never have any problems that they can’t take care of, in a friendly manner and making sure that you are happy. They do so much for the community and they treat you like you are special too.Amazing people working at an amazing company.

Timothy Brocato was the online teller who took my car payment. Not only did he do his job in a very quick and efficient manner, but he was so pleasant to conduct business with. I hope he will be there when I pay my truck payment next week!

I’ve been a member for over 15 years. Products are great, but Customer service has declined greatly. Remote tellers, not very neighborly. I’m writing this while sitting in line for the drive through, 45 minutes and counting!

Don’t use the neighbors bank in denham if you have large amounts of cash to deposit. I went in to deposit all the cash I’ve made during the week I had $200 in ones along with other bills and they pointed me to the automatic teller I explained to them I had a lot of cash and the automatic teller takes forever you. And still they did not help me while they were all just standing at the front. Took me 30 minutes to deposit all my cash. I usually have a great experience here but not this time.

Live tellers is the WORST decision this bank has ever made. ive been in line for the atm for 30 MINUTES. this is unbelievable

Have always gotten wonderful service from the employees. I have been with them for almost 40 years and have never even thought of making a change.

Be careful this is not the credit union that was so wonderful from our past. I purchased a boat from Bass pro and neighbors financed the transaction. We paid the boat off two years ago Neighbors sent me a bill this month for six dollars and said it was an overdraft. Have not had a statement since March. No transactions have occurred since paying the boat off. . I cannot reach any branch to cancel my account. Try the phone number before you join.
