I have found Dr. Michelle Cohen to be an excellent physician. My problem is with the office staff. Today I held on for three times. Got disconnected once and then called again in the afternoon and waited 14 minutes until somebody picked up the phone. I asked for a callback since I’m having surgery in less than two weeks and suggested that they call me back at four since I was now at another doctors appointment. At five after four I calledThe office was closed. The lady that I spoke to in the office never said a word about that. So once again I have wasted a day trying to get in contact with them. Spending over an hour on the phone with no success. This is a great way to start my week just like Friday was a great day with them to close my week. I don’t know if I will ever go back to Dr Cohen after this time. I really have no complaints about to the office staff is the worst than I have ever dealt with

Never go here they are so rude and nasty and i was there for 2 hours sitting and went and told the lady at the first desk that i have to be somewhere and she yelled at me and said sett down i almost slapped her down.

My son went for his yearly physical he’s 24 years old He goes to a x-ray technology school they asked for a medical form to fill out his staff made us come back 8 times because they can’t do there job probably also I gave them a vaccine record to copy to his form for school they also reply that he should get the mumps and chickenpox vaccine over when he had all of of vaccines when he was a child I think Dr. conde should consider getting a new staff very unorganized and nasty

Front office is rude and difficult to work with. They are also discourtesy ro the patients.I am a patient of Dr. Figera who is wonderful it is impossible to work with her staff.They just don’t care

They forgot to take the needle out my sons arm and I was yelling at them and the lady at the front desk came and hit me so i am trying to file a law suit.
