This place is great! The lady on front desk remembered me, my order and the frames I was trying a YEAR ago! Very nice and helpful stuff.

As a ten year veteran of the U.S. Army I have served my country with the patience and valor of a solider and to not be treated the same, was disappointing!! This is why I was upset but not surprised! when I visited one of the many sub contractor the VA uses to service military veterans. I am use to waiting on lines and on my day off it doesnt bother me, But when Anna the sales person did not show me the same curtsy after waiting for her 30 minutes. I lost it!! Her customer services skill are lack luster and crude. Her feble attempts to apologise left much to be desired. She looked like she needed to clock out and come back when she had a better attidude!!
