We went to this store but it was cleared out. They needed to remove this location but luckily we went into Trader Joe next door so it wasnt a loss.

I agree with the other reviews way too expensive glasses (overpriced). I bought a pair that came crooked and like a fool I just kept them. Went to have then adjusted and staff just shrugged their shoulders and pretended to fix. Will shop elsewhere for new glasses in future

I had great customer service and everything went great!! got two pairs of glasses and was fast. I also sent a coworker who was very happy with service and selection. I will recommend to my other coworkers and friends.

They sold me defective sunglasses and would only credit me for half the amount to put towards a new pair. I won’t recommend them to anyone.

Staff very unprofessional and unfair, bought expensive glasses with my lenses the frame broke a half dozen times, bought them back 5 times to fix even out of state would be 6 obviously the frame defective very poorly made, staff didn’t care,My whole family goes there. Not anymore would not recommend

The in-store staff is terrible. Making a simple appointment for my sons and myself took over 10 minutes, we have the same last names, addresses, phone numbers and insurance policy number. Unfortunately this is about the only place on my insurance plan that takes kids and is close to my house. The other issue is if you need emergency glasses do not go here, it takes over a week for the glasses to come in.The doctor is great. She is super thorough and last year she corrected my sons prescription, his old glasses were giving him headaches and were way too strong. She is really the only reason why I am coming back and NOT traveling to another option further away.12/6/18: Update! Called store on twice to have the prescription sent over as my son needs new glasses and even if my past experience hadnt been so bad at For Eyes new insurance necessitated a changed location. I called twice and both times had to spell my name numerous times as the people who work in the store are not bright and twice gave the information to have the script sent and it never came. Ended up having to go to the store and pick it up.This place is a mess, go anyplace else.

I would recommend going somewhere else for glasses or contacts. The customer service here is terrible-- or else the staff is grossly under trained/does not know how to book appointments. Twice I booked an appointment only to have it not on the books when I showed up. I can understand this happening once, but twice within a week?! Also stay away from the late afternoon appointments-- the doctor doing my initial exam kept checking her watch and even asked me what time is was during the appointment. That was a bit unprofessional in my opinion.The only reason I am giving a 2 star review is because the doctor is very thorough and knowledgeable once I was able to get an appointment made and kept....

Dont be deceived by the few high ratings this place has. They were given by corporate employees at the company. Even worse the VP of supply chain, Jorge Alfonso, has the audacity to give his own business a 5 star rating but to rag on his 2 closest competitors in his review and then to even go as far as posting bad reviews for the competitors as well when hes likely never even been to their offices. Its also obvious from their poor reviews that they only care about making money and they do that by selling poor materials at a huge markup (the 50 dollar frame probably cost them pennies). They could care less about selling you quality products or even taking care of you. Even their own employees, past and present, have posted about how poorly they are treated on places like Yelp and glassdoor. They might hire skilled staff but they only do it to look good. The staff cant actually do their jobs the way they should because its all about making a buck. Even if you cant afford much Id stay far far away from any of these offices because their corporate could care less about you.

MUCH rather purchase from a private office (like Seaview Optical) who doesnt go online and bash its competitors... Sad that the only 5 star review is from someone who works for the company.

For an acceptable eyewear experience, go elsewhere. Rx lens and frame were returned to me damaged once, and incorrect on the second round. Upon returning to have them checked for accuracy, staff at this store said they were correct. 3 days of headaches later, I went to another business to confirm my Rx was wrong. Incredibly poor service, communication, and nearly no client respect from the staff at this store.

If i can give them 0 stars, i will. Be honest with your customer, and they weren’t honest with me.

Terrible 1st experience, I setup an appointment and no one called a day before to remind like they said they would.My phone reminded me , then I get there and was told my appointment was moved ,with no warning due to the doctor leaving early very disappointing...I never leave reviews but this was worth mentioning just because it was very impolite.I left work early just for this appointment and I didn’t get anything done , they asked if I would like to reschedule I said NO I rather go pay more money to another facility.DONT BOTHER COMING HERE!!

Screwed up my glasses 3 times.

Took my wife and kids here, Way below average experience. Poor customer service. Maybe they had a bad day but it seems like a pattern here.
